Quality iis sadly lacking in this order. Culvers on El Jobean Rd. I ordered a Walleye Pike piece. Previously the Pike Ive ordered before was fish shaped and considerably larger. This order appeard more like a Scary piece of Cod. Therefore I was miffed at the $9.00 price tag for such a pitful piece. Not only that but I saw a shaggy looking employee boy? girl? working food service, no hair net. It looked like a very shaggy dog. Could not see the face even. The King's Hwy continues its downward slide. Six minute wait at the order box, not to get to the order box. But a six minute wait just to give a simple three sandwich and one fry order. Which they filled inaccurately. They shorted me one sandwich. Duh. Plus a nine minute wait after paying. They were not that busy. Twenty minutes to get 2/3 of what I paid for. Duh. The staff persons have zero personality and even less skill. It's just hamburgers, but they cannot get it right. I have to admit my foolishness as well. I have been returning to this Culver's drive thru for years but keep getting bad service. Inside is better. In Charlotte County, Stick with McDonald's, Dairy Queen and Chick Filet for Drive thru. Well, when in Florida go to Culver's. Check. Unfortunately it was only drive through that is why I gave it 4 stars. Just ordered the classic burger with fries. So good. But my drink choice was a room beer float you have to get some ice cream when at Culver's. Our wait to order was not too bad...only 2 cars in front of us. But we had to wait for our food maybe about 10 minutes. It was worth the wait. Food was made fresh. When we left the line was out of gge parking lot. This was around 830 night. Clean. Stickers on the floor for social distancing. Friendly greetings as we entered the restaurant from friendly staff. All were wearing masks, but we knew they were smiling. We could see it in their eyes. When we ordered, we forgot to ask for combo, but cashier made it a combo so he could save us money! Hand sanitizer was at the counter (pump) and cashier wore gloves. Our food was delivered hot, good and quickly by a friendly staff member wearing a mask and gloves. We sat in a booth, away from others. All condiments and napkins are delivered now. The soda machine is still self service. Drive through was busy. Watched cars lined up and saw drivers receiving their orders curbside. Good experience in every way. read more

drive thru girl was dumber than rocks. i order a chicken basket with cheese sauce on the side. she didn't understand what "plain" meant.... didn't get my cheese sauce, and did not inform me that its new chicken sandwich day. so i wasn't aware of my price and didn't realize there was no cheese sauce. she left people at the window for food... that's why you have stickers with numbers!! we waited almost 10 mins for 2 items ( no cheese sauce) so had to pull around again, paid over $1 for half ass empty cheese sauce. NO BAG too btw,.. unsanitary and managers should have been on her ass for that OH and there was literal plastic or tape in my pretzel box... wtf. at least the food was decent. read more

Just picked up a chocolate concrete at the drive-through for my wife at home. Lots of confusion as to what I ordered. They wanted me to tell them if I wanted it mixed. Said I wanted no mix in the concrete. Just plain chocolate would be fine. I got home and looked at it and saw that it had some white stuff in it along with chocolate syrup. You need to get your act together and give the customer what they're asking for and make sure you were employees are Trained properly. read more

My order was spot-on when I got to the window, where she greeted me with a big smile and friendly vibe. I forgot to ask for an ice water earlier, but she was so kind and quick to help. Then, while I waited in my black compact SUV around 5:03 PM, another young lady brought my food--smiling, complimenting my shirt, and just as professional. I left so happy! The flavor was there but the sandwich was at a proper temperature her issue was the cheese wasn't melted and was directly on top of the meat patty ! My choice was their Culver's Bacon Deluxe, a delicious juicy double cheeseburger with bacon. Very tasty. The staff we encountered was all friendly and when needed, helpful. The place was busy but they had multiple registers open. They give you a number and track you down to bring you your food when it is ready, which didn't take long at all. I wish they had actual TV on their TVs and not just Culver ads, but we were just there to eat. I had to skip their dessert this visit, having to drive and all. read more

The food is always good, the service at the drive thru, not so much! Almost every time in the afternoon/night, we get attitude at the window. This time we were ordering, the teenage girl at the window kept saying "yeah" after everything we ordered! They don't believe in normal decent customer service anymore, at their customer service job? I've never heard anyone say yeah repeatedly with an attitude at a restaurant before for absolutely no reason. Really hope they get it together soon. read more

Not sure why this has a poor rating but I was adequately impressed! The service was quick and friendly, I ordered a bacon deluxe with a strawberry shake and it came out within five minutes or so. The burger was delicious, cooked to perfection, and have a good size to it. I was a little wary about the crinkle cut fries however they were picked to perfection as well. Nice and crunchy. For my drink, I had a strawberry shake and wow! It was so good! This place does not deserve anything lower than a four-star. I would recommend checking this place out! read more

E and I were on the way to visit family and we just can't drive past a Culver's without talking about stopping.
