Went for lunch the young lady at the front took my order and I received the food in a timely matter. I guess there was no help for the dining room. The tables were not wiped down! The floors were a mess. And the garbage was running over. I don't know their situation cause people don't want to work. The lady at the counter taking orders was by herself and it got very crowded with a long line. She did so well. She was polite and apologetic. Good God, what a disgusting hovel!! Everywhere you step your feet stick to the ground and you can literally hear the sole of your shoe peeling off the floor. While I waited, two separate tables had to go the counter and ask to have a table cleaned. Seriously one person in line giving an order and about 8 or 9 people milling around waiting for food. 25 minutes later, honestly 25 minutes after placing my order received a cold burger, fries and an almost completely melted shake. RATE ZERO STARS - THE WORST As a prior manager and business owner satisfying basic customer needs is a number one priority. Especially if it's within your business model. After pulling into the drive through at 10:15 this morning ready to order breakfast behind maybe 6 cars the movement was nearly halted. At 10:30 someone came out to flip the sign and after those 15 minutes they still hadn't taken my order. By 10:40 after finally making it to place my order I was informed breakfast was over (it also shows online Sunday breakfast until 11). I informed The associate on the speaker that I had been there well before 10:30 and it's clearly unacceptable that they can't fulfill the order. There was no apology other than the "computers" were having problems. I do not care I have 8 people waiting for breakfast. Why didn't someone come out to inform customers of the issue while wasting our time? I make good money for my time and I expect to be compensated for upsetting my family and wasting my time. I will visit the management in person and teach them a lesson in business if they need it. read more

Restaurant didn't have the items we ordered no one told us until after we got all the way to the end of the drive-through. They have ghost pepper chicken nuggets currently and at 5 o'clock in the afternoon they were completely sold out and then the next day at 12 noon they were completely sold out but didn't tell customers when they came up to the drive-through and ordered them. Staff is incompetent and does not know what they are caring and what they do not have available. Ordered original chicken sandwiches and they didn't have the buns for them. They also refuse to take more than one coupon at the drive-through. This is completely turned my entire family away from ever going to another Burger King again. read more

I stopped here on 4/25/19 at about 6:30 PM as I was driving for several hours and they messed up my order. I called and told the manager on duty about it once I discovered it because I was already on the road and it would have taken me a half hour to turn around and go back. He apologized and told me that they'd replace my meal next time I was there. Well, the next time I was there a full week later the general manager was working and she treated me horribly. She didn't check the book where the other manager wrote my name down, she didn't replace my complete meal, she obviously didn't believe me and she treated me rudely. I obviously called the corporate office to complain and I gave them my name and number and told me that they would tell the owner and district manager and the other and GM did not call me back to apologize. It's not MY fault that THEIR restaurant screwed up my food order. It's the general manager's fault that she's rude and that she refused to completely replace my meal though. And it's the owner's fault that he couldn't be bothered calling me to apologize for his employee's screwing up and then being rude and not fixing THIER mistakes. I worked at this location and it's nothing but poorly managed they don't offer raises of any sort and treat their employees horribly I witnessed transphobic comments and deadnaming towards 2 different employees and nothing was done because USALLY these comments came from the manager's favorite so they would never get reprimanded they let the favorites scream at employees and when I asked about management positions I was told I could not get any extra days off or vacations and I'd have to work more for $1 extra they "offered" a sign on bonus but never actually gave it to anyone and still to this day are treating their employees like trash do not spend your money here the owner is a cheap who won't pay his employees fairly ( he also picks favorites) and they also let food sit well past the 30 min hold time thats why your burger is cold or your mozz sticks are hard they also didn't clean the soda machine regularly so maggots would start to live in them with a thick black gunk trust me save your money their crooks read more

Worst experience. They are out of most items. Waited in drive thru line for 45 mins. 3 items were missing from our meal. DRIVE THRU intercom doesn't work. Got to Burger King about 2:30 today two cars ahead of me took 15 minutes to get to place an order when got there was asked to wait , waited 5 minutes for person to get back and take order. Finally got to the pay window ,this took 10 minutes because of 2 cars ahead of me. Finally got to window where a young guy looked out window at me for a few minutes before finally opening it to take my card. I would really be shocked to know there was a manager there, because kitchen was a mess and than took 5 more minutes at the window to get order. Would NOT recommend this location. We went through the drive thru, and when we got to the window, we got the wrong food. No worries, stuff happens, we hand it back (mind you, we had a lot of people so our order had a lot of food), and we get the correct food. Somebody got the "mozzarella" sticks. You might have noticed I put mozzarella in quotations. I did this because I highly doubt there was any mozzarella in there. From what I know, mozzarella is white, but, it was orange? That leads me to assume that was not mozzarella, but an american or cheddar cheese. Anyways, I went with some chicken nuggets because who can't go wrong with chicken nuggets right? WRONG. I bit into the chicken, and it reminded me of those dinosaur nuggets you ate as a child. I take that back, comparing these chicken nuggets to dino nuggets is just OFFENSIVE to the dino nuggets. There was no crunch, no crisp, and I wouldn't be surprised if the chicken was microwaved. Somebody else got the Chicken Fries. They took a bite of one, and it snapped. Didn't crunch, SNAPPED. If a chicken fry breaks off like a Kit-Kat, you know it was in too long. The only thing that saved this review from being a one star was that the staff was tolerable and my friend's burger was good. Went today and ordered burgers and fries and drinks. The ice machine didn't work. The drink had no effervescence. The burgers were cold and dry. The fries were cold. St least 5 people behind counter standing around. Two workmen came in and ordered. When one of workmen started complaining he went up to the counter and demanded a fresh hot burger. This interstate Burger King came in clutch on our late night trip from Fort Myers back home to St Petersburg. Sure the nuggets were pretty stale and the fries tasted like they had been made fresh a few days prior, left out, and microwaved upon our order. No big deal. Even after we were told that there were no Oreos for our Oreo milkshake, we were rewarded with a treat at the window when we were told that also there was no Cinnamon Toast Crunch for our Cinnamon Toast Crunch milkshake. There was, however, Fruit Loops, so we rode that train. Grabbed two ice cream cones for 80¢ a pop - these things were mountain-sized. Other employees weren't doing much to help the cashier get our order together, but whatever. Oreo cheesecake was alright - definitely recommend getting some water to help wash this thing down. All in all this Burger King fell short of our already diminished expectations, but those cones sure were dank. read more
