First time at Culver's and I am super happy we finally found one. We don't have a Culver's in Miami unfortunately. Our Mushroom & Swiss burgers had us saying "mmmm" with each bite! Fresh, tasty, juicy and delicious! The Cheese curds were really good and the mashed potatoes with gravy tasted homemade! The Hot fudge Sunday was perfect and the Concrete Mixer was awesome! They put all other fast food places to shame IMHO! Our server, Lauren, was friendly and helpful. Service was fast. They put the meat on when you do your order so it's juicier. Good plan! The ambiance is first rate, classy and casual. Besides the drive thru you can eat inside. Free parking in their private lot. I cant wait to eat there again next year and/or Google a closer location. read more

It's not Lent if you don't have their Walleye sandwich. I could eat one every day. Food is always hot and fresh. I see complaints about this store, but I have never had a single one and nobody gets it right every time. Of course, the dessert is to die for. Just ask my hips! read more

We have been patronizing Culver's in Baxter, MN for the past five summers. It is excellent in every way: consistently delicious food, excellent service and clean facilities. So, we were naturally thrilled when a Culver's restaurant opened in near our winter home in Punta Gorda, FL. Their food quality has always been consistently excellent, however, the first winter after opening, they apparently had a staffing and/or management problem as orders were often taken and/or filled with errors. By this winter, however, Culver's here in Punta Gorda had solved their start-up problems and now offer the same level of excellence as any other location. You can tell they are doing something right because the place is always packed and the drive-up is always full! BTW, during Lent, Culver's serves walleye sandwiches and meals that are to die for! Their pork loin sandwich and double mushroom burgers are both outstanding, also. And, our great grandkids love their kiddie meal options. I would probably eat there every day of the week if my spouse would allow it! read more

Also, waiting in one of several lines outside the restaurant drive-up is not working well either. Iron out these issues please. This is my favorite Culver's ever! Yummy food and the nicest staff is the kindest, most professional and consistently knowledgeable of the area, from my experience. This is also the cleanest, freshest Culver's location in the area. Erica, the manager, is incredibly knowledgeable and very, exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable. Geoeff and other staff members are always very polite and helpful. It shows a great deal about the quality and atmosphere that this Culver's restaurant seems to have kept the same staff over time. This best "fast food"! We had Deluxe Burgers with french fries & onion rings. Everything was very fresh. We loved it! The lettuce, tomatoes and onion were super fresh! We also ordered a delicious pint of Carmel Pecan ice cream... Loved It!!! Amazing Ice Cream! And, I love how they have steamed broccoli for yummy healthy options. So we came here at around 5pm. Dined inside It's busy here. Lots of employees, must be 8 behind the counter. Parking was good. Place was clean. Drive up looks like there's a wait After you order you pull ahead and wait. Faster to go inside if ya can. Burger was ok. Nothing to write home about. Crinkle fries were good. This place is OK. The inside is cool! Super nice layout! The staff was super nice as well. They bring us the food instead of us having to go up to the counter. The wait time isn't bad either. My only problem is the food. The fries and chicken tenders are OK. They were not 5 star. I felt sick after eating the food. The custard was good. ;) . We came to Culver's in Punta Gorda tonight around 8:00pm and decided to place our order in the drive through. I noticed as soon as we pulled in the parking lot to head towards the drive through there was going to be a wait, I just didn't realize how long it was going to be, at this particular Culver's drive through when you pay for your order at the drive through window and pull forward it opens up into 4 lanes to stage and wait for your food and all four lanes were full 3 cars deep waiting for their food to be delivers to their car. We pulled up to the speaker and ordered 4 burgers, 1 large order of cheese curds, 1large fry and a chili, the order came to 30.00 and some change, not horrible for Culver's. We pulled up to pay and this particular Culver's hasn't been open long at all so of course everyone is new, and the young lady who took our payment was very kind professional and courteous. She then instructed us to pull forward and put the number 39 on our car mirror. Next is why I gave Culver's here 3 stars, we waited 31 minutes for our order to be brought to our car and when we arrived home 3 of the four burgers were made incorrect, 31 minutes is pretty ridiculous and then to have 3 of the 4 burgers made incorrect is unacceptable. read more

Hi! I don't usually leave reviews. We placed our order at 6:20 in the drive-thru. They have a three lane system in the drive-thru for you to wait, which I've seen before, however, we waited over 40 minutes for our order and even when we asked about the order they just said okay and we still didn't get our order for over another 20 minutes. I wouldn't have cared if the cars around us weren't getting their orders, but they were. Very disappointed in this trip. read more

I went to this location and had to argue with one of the female employees because she said what I ordered wasn't on the menu. I ordered a small value basket with a cheeseburger. I do not ever recommend coming to this location the female manager was absolutely terrible and it's not the first, second, or third time that they have been rude all because they are rushing to fast and gave another person our order but tonight the female 'manager' told me "it's not her problem" and then proceeded to tell us she didn't have our number and then continued to speak rudely when I was directly behind her about myself and be extremely rude to the rest of the staff members around her. Do better here. Manager training or change of managers on staff. No "I'm sorry" or really wanting to do right from her and that was very disappointing and disrespectful.
