The BLT and Chicken Ranch BLT were the only things even CLOSE to being right, but just a sprinkling of lettuce on the BLT, and no added pickles to the Chicken Ranch BLT, and really, really MESSY subs. They're usually really nice looking, t.v. commercial -grade. The Tamiami Turkey wasn't made at all. AND they made an Italian and a Ham Turkey Club that I didn't order. I called to rectify the situation, but they closed early. I left a message stating my disappointment, then left my name and number and asked for a return call. I didn't receive one. Staff is friendly and super helpful if you're not sure what to get. The place was crowded at lunchtime on a weekday with plenty of regulars, they know a good thing when they taste it.
