Worst McDonald's around. Absolutely the worst customer service ever. This shouldn't be the 24hr location. Drive thru service is slow to the point you might as well order and cook your own food. Employees are rude and don't take their job seriously. Orders are always wrongs food is sloppy and cold. I get it's fast food but come on do better. Fast food is fast food...some places do it better than others.... McDonald's is usually a very consistent brand. I stopped at this McDonald's on N Main street and I went through their drive thru. It was busy as usual...about 4-5 cars ahead of me. The line moved fairly quickly, but the area around is kind of difficult to maneuver since it's close to the shopping center entrance where many cars come in / out. I do not go to this McDonald's often, but when I do, there's something always wrong with my order. Coffee with Splenda, I get coffee with sugar. Sausage egg mcmuffin - english muffin should be grilled... on both sides!! Should not taste like it was pulled out of the package and slapped on top of a sandwich. I regularly have problems at this McDonalds. Wrong orders galore. One time, my fries were missing, and they made me go back to the car to get my receipt. Same time, instead of nuggets, I just had a container filled of special sauce. On my most recent time, instead of a double cheeseburger and a large sprite, they gave me a double cheeseburger and a large fries. When I pointed it out, they cheerily told me to keep the fries and the gave me a sprite--except I didn't want fries, and fries cost over $3 more, so I lost out. There are better locations. read more

Tried to go in and wash my hands (people still do that before they eat, right?) and then I was going to order on the app as I typically do at other locations. They will not allow you to use the bathroom until you have your food and a receipt. Not even if it's to wash your hands. It's insane. So happy I didn't place an order here. People inside and seated but was told I needed to order on the app and pickup at the window because she didn't have enough people working. I was WALKING. Staff is rude. Starbucks, across the parking lot was more than happy to welcome in a customer to their store (novel idea!) and I ended up eating much healthier. This place is literally the slowest McDonald's that I have ever been to in the entire country. I have lived here for a year now and every single time I have ever come here they make me pull around and wait in the mobile waiting spots with at least 3-5 other people already waiting and then I have to wait for at least 10-15 minutes. I'm not joking when I say I literally have never gone through the drive-through at this McDonald's and actually gotten my food at the window on any of the 10-15 times I've come here. This is for simple orders like a single sandwich. It truly just doesn't make sense that a fast food restaurant can consistently be this delayed ALL THE TIME. They also close at least 1 to 2 hours before their sign says they do every night so you can't go inside to order. There was a time that I came to this McDonald's on a somewhat regular basis for breakfast sandwiches on the weekends. Racing over before 10:30am always seemed a challenge but I was successful on a number of occasions in any case. I've never actually been inside this location but I am familiar with their drive-thru. The drive-thru here can be a pain sometimes. Depending on which way you enter this extremely busy plaza its either quite easy to access it or you have to do a round-about and loop-de-loop to position the car in the right direction. I have to say though, the landscaping within the drive-thru is quite nice... a number of tall orange flowers line the bend in the summer months among a great deal of other greenery. Service is "a-ok" here. The line usually moves pretty quickly and my food is always warm and delivered as ordered. There's plenty of parking to pull off and nab a few bites of fries before continuing on the road. Solid location if your looking for a quick, fast food bite to eat. read more

And I know that McDonalds doesn't make their burgers medium rare!! It's all frozen and they served uncooked meat!! They said they were backed up but their dining area is closed for goodness sake. I wasn't provided with a rationale as to why they were backed up, instead I just sat here and listened to crickets chirp for a while before having enough and driving off. However, the restaurant itself had flies in it. The tables were pretty clean and staff friendly though. Ok, I don't know if all McDonald's are being told this now, but they actually introduce themselves when taking your order. It is something small but appreciated (even though it might be just instilled in them). They are very quick here and have always taken my order correctly (rare for fast food). They get a star peg taken down because their drive through area is a bit of a crapshoot, most McD's keep their drive thru away from parking and deliveries, but here there is always blocking and potential accidents. I know it is the design of the area but they might want to consider a redesign as I have seen with lots of McD's lately. read more

Service is very slow because typically they get your order wrong and you have to correct it at the first window. always check your order before you leave because typically By the time you get to the second window it's still wrong. If it's wrong by the time you get home don't bother calling and telling the management because they will just be incredibly rude to you and insist that they did nothing wrong. I was told that I would have to bring my entire order back to have it corrected, I have three children under the age of five were starving at that point and I just had to give them half of what I paid for. I understand that occasionally mistakes happen but we've tried this four times in the last four months and each time there's been a problem.
