I paid 11.98 for 2 snack wraps and 2 medium iced coffees "regular". The iced coffees were almost white due to the amount of cream. I asked if they could make them darker and the girl at the window Said she could dump some out and add more coffee which was fine with me. I heard someone inside complaining about that but I didn't let that bother me. When I got the coffees back they were still pretty light but better. When I got to my destination I realized they had dumped all the ice out of 1so I had a warm iced coffee. The snack wraps were 75 % tortilla. It took 3 bites to find the chicken. Having worked for McDonald's for 21 years, most of those years in management, I can say this particular restaurant is way below McDonald's standards. Apparently they're now selling quarter pounders and putting cheeseburgers in instead. Take a look at my picture. I don't usually have this problem but it didn't even have the usual order ticket stuck to it and had a piece of sticky/ripped cardboard on the box like someone ripped one off and sent it back. This is fucking pulverized to a pulp, hard, and well-done. Someone I know went in recently and says they say they fry everything in onion now which imo they should have a sign saying so god forbid anyone has any diet restrictions so yeah beware if you have any GI issues or allergies. Idk why that would ever be the standard lmao. They try to make you order through a screen and you can't even put notes in or make it custom/upgrade to a large which btw will only be filled halfway. Burgers used to be smothered in sesame seeds which I loved and sometimes I swear they only come with like 10 on them like someone's hand-sprinkling that shit. Buns are hard and white on the bottom a lot and the fries are never blanched/fried right so either they're white and soft or old, hard and super salty. This McDonald's was one of the most unkempt, slowest serving locations of this fast food chain that I have ever visited. Decided to get a quick bite to eat before a movie at the discount theater in the area and was met with an unpleasant atmosphere. No one was in line ahead of me, yet it took me at least 10 minutes to receive my food. It was as if they had no one working in the back or they were too concentrated on the drive-thru to deal with the customers inside. Unfortunately, after waiting for my food I was greeted with an extremely messy dining area. Used napkins littering the floor and tables, empty straw wrappers mixed with bits of food and grease. Absolutely disgusting. No one to clean up? No one to cook food? Whats going on here? If you can't serve food in a timely manner and keep your restaurant looking decent, should you really be open for service? read more

The food tasted like it had been sitting out for days, the fries were soggy and cold, and don't even get me started on the 'fresh' salads that looked like they were made last week. Ok it's McDonalds! But, this location got soooo bad - I literally would not go to this one for at least the last 2 years. Ripping this place down and starting from scratch was the best thing they could have ever done! The new store is beautiful and modern looking. I did drive thru and love the double lanes for busy times. The staff were friendly and the food was the best looking food I have seen come out of a McDonalds drive thru window in a long time! I really hope they keep it running as well as it was this evening. Watch out - numbered value meals have been removed from the menu - not sure if I like the new layout / menu style - but it does seem to offer many more options for whatever your favorite McD's fix may be! read more

We live around the corner and will drive an inconveniently far distance to AVOID going here for our food. Orders are consistently wrong and the meat is either way overdone and cold from sitting on the heater for too long, or undercooked (literally pink on two instances) from being rushed through. Fries are rarely filled to the top and I don't think I've EVER had that 'hot & fresh' burn your mouth fry that I'm looking for from here. I've been double charged here as well which results in pulling teeth to get refunded. This is virtually a brand new store since the complete redesign inside and out. It used to be a real bad store, but now it's actually very clean and they have the new design that you see on the commercials. Long drive home from Boston and figured I'd swing in ,use the bathroom and grab a coffee. One register open and they are having trouble reading a credit card on the machine. After the fifth kid came over and swiped the persons card ten times while three of us in line patiently wait. No one acknowledges our presence never mind putting someone on another register they all gather around to mess with the stupid cc machine. After about ten minutes and my blood pressure starting to spike I walk out, go through drive through and sit there for five minutes. To make a short story long I left without my coffee. I went to this location and asked for no onions on the sandwich and they gave us only 1/2 box of fries ! I went back in to discuss the fries and my friend started to eat his sandwich and it had onions on it and there was a wrapper with no onions on the label and they made me a new order of fries and squeeze the box and gave us again only a 1/2 box of fries right in my face so i question the girl about it and she said i gave you what we are allowed to give so I called McDonald's corporate about a complaint from one of their restraints putting onions in a sandwich when we asked for no onions and the fact that they only put 1/2 a box of fries and a woman from Napoli called back and basically said they only give customers a 1/2 a box of fries then questioned if the person who ate onions was really sick or not ! Stay away. I spent 25 minutes inside waiting for a salad and a Bic Mac and decided enough was enough and asked for my money back. One guy back in the kitchen. Drive up line was endless. Four hapless girls just staring into the kitchen saying "we need everything." As the clerk was counting my refund, I said " I'm scratching this place off my list" and she told me " you have to understand, things happen". It appears the associates at this location feel they are doing us a favor by serving us. I purchased a large hot coffee on 8/5/15 at 2pm and the product that was delivered was cold. When I returned it and asked for a hot coffee, the cashier thought I wanted extra hot coffee. I then had to wait while another pot was brewed. Then you get to the register and there's nobody there for you to pay. and pull your own soda. It took me 15 minutes just to get a cup. I left the money on the counter then they told me there was no soda. If I wanted to do all that I would just buy the soda at home and pour myself. HOWEVER, we each got only ONE McDouble. The other burgers were just regular cheeseburgers. They were labeled as McDoubles and we were charged for them as McDoubles, so they definitely heard us right. New look. Same shitty service ! They screw you on your fries by squeezing the box and dumping s small size into a medium box or a very small medium into a large box and claim they weigh it. They don't just ask them to and they can't. McDonald's shows you a picture of a box of fries overflowing not a 1/2 empty box. Also the food is not always hot or even warm and the people are rude and they just throw things into the bag. They skimp on the condiments and charge you extra to put the amount your supposed to get normally. Be ware the owner operates 10 local Mcdonald in the area. Go to the one on Taunton ave in east providence. At least you won't get over charged and get what you pay for. Don't be ripped off by these thieves. If you want Burger King across the street has really good people food and deals. But RUN RUN RUN away from this Mcdonald s.
