Handling their dirty phones and food.
Clinton M.

Handling their dirty phones and food. One was even standing there eating a snack wrap. No customer service, no greeting or thanks you's given.

Grinch Salt
Trenton L.

McDonald's December 10, 2025 (2 Stars) I stopped in mainly to try the Grinch Dill Pickle Seasoning Salt, which was very strong in flavor but not bad overall. However, the location itself is extremely small, with only five tables in the dining area, making it feel cramped and uncomfortable. You can't refill your own drinks, and it was difficult to get any staff attention for refills. Staff tended to stay in the kitchen, and there wasn't much customer interaction or acknowledgment. The drive-thru is very slow, and inside isn't much better due to limited space. Napkins and condiments aren't easily available, so you have to ask for everything, which is difficult when the staff isn't readily accessible. Overall, not a great experience beyond trying the seasonal seasoning.

The lady cross contaminating food while touching her eyes and nose

I'm honestly disappointed with the amount of people who are working here you think they would remember the rules of cross contamination the manager in the dark blue shirt I'm assuming she's the manager kept rubbing and touching her eyes with her fingers, touching her nose and then proceeded to touch food When another customer noticed this thinking that all of us don't know what puta? Means in English I felt really sorry for the customer because she had called out that lady for touching food with her contaminated hands. I honestly feel sorry for the customers who were defending that worker because it should be common knowledge that you should be wearing gloves while handling food this lady was not, and then the male manager who I'm assuming is the higher manager at this McDonald's he told the sweet lady that they did not call her a bitch in Spanish, but I heard it and so did everybody else I mainly worried about the cross-contamination here she just kept rubbing her eyes and her nose. You don't know if she's sick. I wonder how many people she got sick today either the district manager needs to come out and make sure everybody has their food handlers certification and to notify them that they need to be wearing gloves or this McDonald's needs a whole new line of management and employees because I'm sorry this place has gone downhill.

Loved this place so much I went back for a 2nd time in the same day ha. Well this place came up…read moreseveral times in my research for some of the best coffee in town and in Mckinney and it did not disappoint. Got the: Paramore - Honey Walnut Matcha with Brown Butter Salt Foam - and wow this was amazing. Suppose to originally be made with hojicha but they told me they got a bad batch of hojicha and said the matcha verison would be a good alternative. I can't even imagine how much I would have loved the hojicha version (hojicha is one of my favorites). Really made my morning when I got this! Sopapilla Latte - honey, vanilla, cinnamon - my 2nd latte I ended up getting when I was in the area again ha. Was great I don't think my research for some of the best coffee in town was wrong coming here. Interior was much larger then I thought. From outside it seems like a small shop in Mckinney. Only street parking available and definitely didn't help with whatever event was in town when I came with half the streets shut down with detours but you will still be able to find parking somewhere near I enjoyed this place quite a bit and would definitely come back!

The cafe was busier than anticipated and they were nice enough to open up their back room for us to meet in. I think you usually have to reserve it ahead of time, maybe at a cost (not sure), but they were so accommodating of us. It was my first time there so I had a few questions and wanted recommendations and the barista who helped me was so nice. She answered all my questions and didn't make it feel like she was put out. A lot of places give you the most basic, unhelpful answers when you as for recommendations. I ended up getting one of their fall sesame matcha drinks and a blueberry (?) bar. Bother were delicious. On top of that, it was complimentary because it was my first time. I will definitely be back because we like to make coffee runs on the weekend and Starbucks is not it!

Also nice that they carry quality flower. That is all located in the back. The front has offerings of coffee, tea, refreshers, shakes, and smoothies. I ordered the Pineapple Express refresher and added blue lotus mushrooms and delta 9. It tasted amazing. You can also add kava to your drinks as well! Would love to go back maybe earlier in the day next time and try their Rose Gold coffee. It sounded amazing!

They've carved out cozy seating nooks, tucked-in corners, and little pockets of personality everywhere you look. Think indie coffeehouse meets game night: puzzles on tables, interactive games within arm's reach, and an atmosphere that basically invites you to stay longer than you planned. I've only sampled the coffee so far, but wow--there's a huge lineup of signature drinks, and the one I picked was prepared to perfection and served with a smile. A fun, creative little gem...a must try!
