McDonald's December 10, 2025 (2 Stars) I stopped in mainly to try the Grinch Dill Pickle Seasoning Salt, which was very strong in flavor but not bad overall. However, the location itself is extremely small, with only five tables in the dining area, making it feel cramped and uncomfortable. You can't refill your own drinks, and it was difficult to get any staff attention for refills. Staff tended to stay in the kitchen, and there wasn't much customer interaction or acknowledgment. The drive-thru is very slow, and inside isn't much better due to limited space. Napkins and condiments aren't easily available, so you have to ask for everything, which is difficult when the staff isn't readily accessible. Overall, not a great experience beyond trying the seasonal seasoning. read more

He was sweet, kind and apologetic after i had to flag him down regarding my order. I placed an online arrive 8 minutes afterwards to sit and wait for 40 minutes on a simple order. (Being patient because I many minors work there and just following the managers orders) However let's do better. To witness a few vehicles up and receive their order in minutes by a different worker, who didn't acknowledge myself or another family. (This family who arrived before I did and had to cut through the drive thru line to complain through the window in order to get their food) The drive thru was cranking out orders but my order was nowhere in sight. Again thankful that Jose came out and helped. I shook his hand and thanked him. The smile said it all. Give him free food for a week and a day off. He deserves it. read more

Means in English I felt really sorry for the customer because she had called out that lady for touching food with her contaminated hands. I honestly feel sorry for the customers who were defending that worker because it should be common knowledge that you should be wearing gloves while handling food this lady was not, and then the male manager who I'm assuming is the higher manager at this McDonald's he told the sweet lady that they did not call her a bitch in Spanish, but I heard it and so did everybody else I mainly worried about the cross-contamination here she just kept rubbing her eyes and her nose. Visited on June 18 at the McDonald's located at 103 E Princeton Dr, Princeton, TX, and had a terrible experience. I'd give 0 stars if that was an option. The staff was rude and got our order wrong. When we brought it up, the manager was extremely unprofessional and started speaking in Spanish with an attitude, which felt disrespectful. We ordered 50 nuggets and they barely gave us any BBQ sauce. When we asked for more, they said they'd have to charge us but only handed over 2 extra sauces. For such a large order, that's ridiculous. The ambience was just as bad--the place felt tense, unwelcoming, and not clean. There needs to be a new manager and a new crew--this location clearly doesn't care about customers. read more

Placed a small order: one #9 meal and two McDoubles. The wait was longer than expected, but the bigger issue was accuracy. When I got home, the order was wrong and missing fries. I drove back, they remade the items, but when I checked before leaving, it was still wrong. Only on the third try was it finally correct. That's way too much trouble for a simple McDonald's order. The food is just convenient, not worth the hassle. Thank you to the manager who helped. Then on 08/11/2025 and young black American guy didn't want to do a partial transaction partial in cash and partial on card he took the entire amount on my card without even asking me. I have been the biggest fan of McDs my whole life. After tonight, I decided I'm done with it forever. The food quality was not good. That wasn't even the turn off for me. It's just that the signature flavor that I craved all those years was suddenly gone. My final meal was my go to, a double cheeseburger and small fries. They have a special bundle with those two items to where it's cost between $2.50 - $3.50... historically. I asked myself if I would be sad never having a Big Mac again, being that Big Mac was my original sin. I thought, "no way! All their food tastes the same." Matthew was a horrible manager. He was disrespectful almost the whole night. We ordered our food at 9:20 and waited until 10pm people had come and gone we got our food and sat in the child area to finish. Not once when handing us our food at 10 did he mention we needed to leave. By the time the guy came up to us it was 10:10 and we were almost done my 1 yr had 2 nuggets left and I had a few fries he came at us aggressively when I told him I didn't want to leave because we had just gotten our food and were almost done. As he was walking away he was calling the cops which I had told him okay I will wait. When the cops showed up he stood behind the cop hollering at us the cop had to turn around and ask him to walk away. We explained our reasonings to the cop and she understood she walked away to talk to the manager and he expressed that he wanted to even trespass our one-year-old the cop said she wasn't going to do that to our baby but would do it to us. She came out and told us to go ahead and call back in the morning because he was on a power trip and she had no issue with saying that on her body cam. While we were talking to the cops the manager came outside in front of the cops yelling at us the cops had to make the man go back into the store. Another manager came out with him and was trying to get him to go back inside apologizing to us over and over again. So we went through the drive through again and made a complaint and they finally agreed to remake the now three large fries we ordered. We pulled up to wait and the manager (who had the worst attitude) gave us our fries. I was finally happy that we finally got the fries with salt we paid for. Then guess what? The fries were terrible over-salted, as if they had gone out of their way to drench them with salt just to be a smart ass. I come here almost every day. It's usually great, but tonight gets 1 star. I worked a very busy shift (in the restaurant industry, actually) and decided on McDonald's on the way home. I waited in a drive thru line for over 30 minutes, and even sat at the speaker for over 7 minutes before anyone approached (laughing to their coworkers). Bear in mind, I shouted "hello?" on three separate occasions, with people honking behind me. Once I finally got to the window, I expected a quick and easy food hand off (I ordered through the app) but still had to wait. No biggie there, but my issue was the fact I saw THREE different employees on their phone. I had not received my drink, and actually never got it. The lady at the window prioritized her phone usage rather than making sure I got my drink. I even saw her check it again after giving me my food. I'm not sure if I saw a manager near, but there was someone wearing a black shirt around them, and if they were a manager it's very unprofessional to allow your employees to be on their phones during a busy time for your restaurant. I hate being "that person," but as someone who WORKS food service, I am unbelievably annoyed and angry. And while it doesn't reflects tonight's experience (aside from the missing drink, which would've felt amazing to my throat), there have been times this location has totally messed up my order. I did not receive the two cheeseburgers that I purchased. I was asked to pull up while they made them. That wasn't a problem. The problem was I waited for over 10 minutes before I went in to see what the problem was. I waited another several minutes for someone to come to the register to help me. I visit this location about once a week typically for breakfast via drive-thru. Service has been fairly good though sometimes they forget to put the sauce in the bag for the breakfast burrito. However, my two dine-in dinner experiences have been very poor. I'll use last visit (Saturday) as an example. Ordered at the self-serve kiosk; total order as just shy of $32. All happy meals were supposed to have cheese; 2 didn't. Had to ask for soft drink cups, Happy meals were missing the apple juice, and had to ask several times for the shake that was ordered. Previous dine-in visit was similar; things wrong/missing. My observation is they have plenty of staff working but nobody coordinating. IE someone to make sure the order matches the screen, to direct people on what needs to be done/corrected, etc. read more

A vehicle was advised from the drive through to park next to me to wait for their order, that's when I flagged down an employee when they brought the food out for that vehicle.
