McDonald's December 10, 2025 (2 Stars) I stopped in mainly to try the Grinch Dill Pickle Seasoning Salt, which was very strong in flavor but not bad overall. However, the location itself is extremely small, with only five tables in the dining area, making it feel cramped and uncomfortable. You can't refill your own drinks, and it was difficult to get any staff attention for refills. Staff tended to stay in the kitchen, and there wasn't much customer interaction or acknowledgment. The drive-thru is very slow, and inside isn't much better due to limited space. Napkins and condiments aren't easily available, so you have to ask for everything, which is difficult when the staff isn't readily accessible. Overall, not a great experience beyond trying the seasonal seasoning. read more

He was sweet, kind and apologetic after i had to flag him down regarding my order. I placed an online arrive 8 minutes afterwards to sit and wait for 40 minutes on a simple order. (Being patient because I many minors work there and just following the managers orders) However let's do better. To witness a few vehicles up and receive their order in minutes by a different worker, who didn't acknowledge myself or another family. (This family who arrived before I did and had to cut through the drive thru line to complain through the window in order to get their food) The drive thru was cranking out orders but my order was nowhere in sight. I'm honestly disappointed with the amount of people who are working here you think they would remember the rules of cross contamination the manager in the dark blue shirt I'm assuming she's the manager kept rubbing and touching her eyes with her fingers, touching her nose and then proceeded to touch food When another customer noticed this thinking that all of us don't know what puta? Means in English I felt really sorry for the customer because she had called out that lady for touching food with her contaminated hands. Visited on June 18 at the McDonald's located at 103 E Princeton Dr, Princeton, TX, and had a terrible experience. I'd give 0 stars if that was an option. The staff was rude and got our order wrong. When we brought it up, the manager was extremely unprofessional and started speaking in Spanish with an attitude, which felt disrespectful. We ordered 50 nuggets and they barely gave us any BBQ sauce. When we asked for more, they said they'd have to charge us but only handed over 2 extra sauces. For such a large order, that's ridiculous. The ambience was just as bad--the place felt tense, unwelcoming, and not clean. There needs to be a new manager and a new crew--this location clearly doesn't care about customers. read more

Placed a small order: one #9 meal and two McDoubles. The wait was longer than expected, but the bigger issue was accuracy. When I got home, the order was wrong and missing fries. I drove back, they remade the items, but when I checked before leaving, it was still wrong. Only on the third try was it finally correct. That's way too much trouble for a simple McDonald's order. I have been the biggest fan of McDs my whole life. After tonight, I decided I'm done with it forever. The food quality was not good. That wasn't even the turn off for me. It's just that the signature flavor that I craved all those years was suddenly gone. My final meal was my go to, a double cheeseburger and small fries. They have a special bundle with those two items to where it's cost between $2.50 - $3.50... historically. Matthew was a horrible manager. He was disrespectful almost the whole night. We ordered our food at 9:20 and waited until 10pm people had come and gone we got our food and sat in the child area to finish. Not once when handing us our food at 10 did he mention we needed to leave. By the time the guy came up to us it was 10:10 and we were almost done my 1 yr had 2 nuggets left and I had a few fries he came at us aggressively when I told him I didn't want to leave because we had just gotten our food and were almost done. As he was walking away he was calling the cops which I had told him okay I will wait. When the cops showed up he stood behind the cop hollering at us the cop had to turn around and ask him to walk away. We explained our reasonings to the cop and she understood she walked away to talk to the manager and he expressed that he wanted to even trespass our one-year-old the cop said she wasn't going to do that to our baby but would do it to us. She came out and told us to go ahead and call back in the morning because he was on a power trip and she had no issue with saying that on her body cam. While we were talking to the cops the manager came outside in front of the cops yelling at us the cops had to make the man go back into the store. Another manager came out with him and was trying to get him to go back inside apologizing to us over and over again. He walked inside and asked them if they would remake the fries with salt and they refused and just gave us packets of salt. He then went back inside and made an order of one large fry and asked them if they could put salt on them this time. And guess what? No salt once again. So we went through the drive through again and made a complaint and they finally agreed to remake the now three large fries we ordered. We pulled up to wait and the manager (who had the worst attitude) gave us our fries. I was finally happy that we finally got the fries with salt we paid for. Then guess what? The fries were terrible over-salted, as if they had gone out of their way to drench them with salt just to be a smart ass.
