Order was accurate, and unlike other McDonalds they dont insist on plastic straws even though their lids are travel sippy cup style (so we dont need straws). This was hands down the worst McDonald's experience I've ever had. The service was absolutely horrible. One of the employees was aggressively yelling at customers, swearing openly, and acting completely unprofessional. He even knocked over food, didn't apologize, and continued to lash out at people who were just trying to order. His behavior was intimidating, and honestly, I felt unsafe being there. We waited 45 minutes for our food, only to never receive it at all. No explanation, no refund offered, nothing. The employee with blue hair who seemed to be running the front looked visibly hostile and erratic, and the overall atmosphere was tense and unsettling. Fast food is supposed to be quick and basic -- not something that makes you feel threatened. This location needs serious management intervention and better staff training. I will absolutely never return, and I strongly recommend others avoid this place read more

Someone needs to step in, and fix this place.. this is the ABSOLUTELY WORST MCDONALDS IN THE WORLD! The saddest part is you can't contact anyone, but yet they are next to a corporate training facility??? What the heck is going on? Supposed to be fast food was the total opposite. If I wanted to sit and wait for my food for 40 minutes I would've went to Applebees or something. But I'm pretty sure anything else would've been quicker than McDonald's at point. Consistently incorrect anytime after breakfast. You will almost never get what you ordered if it's not in the morning. Cold sausage burrito and no fork for big breakfast. Had to eat scrambled eggs with bare hands while doing 70mph down highway. It's a good thing they also forgot the syrup for the pancakes so I didn't have to lick it off my fingers while eating pancakes barehanded as well. Do not understand how orders get messed up ALL THE TIME!! Ordered breakfast (drive thru) for my grandkids and, as always, we checked the order...low and behold, they forget the muffin. I live close to here. Been here more than a few times and it's hit or miss on if they get my order right or not. I typically get around 30 or so chicken nuggets. As I order them as two separate orders, I ask for a specific sauce. It's hit or miss on if I get sauces or not. If I do, it's another hit or miss on if the sauces are correct or not. read more

we went here on way to dells and we waited 5mins for drive thru so then we go inside and both registers are closed. there was a teenage girl working in the back by herself and she said that she and one other were the only ones working back there. when we ordered at the register there was only 4 1 dollar bills and we needed a five. nice guy paid for his with fives so we could get a five back. This the worst McDonald's I have ever been in! The employees never acknowledged us and when she felt like it she came to take our order incorrectly I may add!! It's gonna be a hell no for me. Every single fountain soda was flat and warm. The bread for my husbands Big Mac was so stale it crunched. My sister got a McGriddle that was not warmed in the slightest. Truly refrigerator temperature. I waited in line for 5 minutes to ask for pop from behind the counter to see if it was maybe colder or possibly less flat but alas, nobody came. I've never left a McDonald's more disappointed. This is an easy on/off McDonald's when you're passing by on the interstate. It's not far from Cascade Mountain, making it an easy stop for a treat after a hard night's work on the slopes. During our recent stop, we were disappointed to find out the ice cream machine was out of order. We skipped Dairy Queen to come here, so that hurt. However, their shake machine was working, so we did that. The store itself was clean and quite nice, actually. I swear I was here last year and it must have been redecorated with a newer, swanky décor. The girl at the register was very friendly and apologized multiple times for the ice cream woes. We'll stop here again after a night of skiing. If the ice cream is down again, stars will disappear from this rating! But seriously, worse can happen (there's always fries - everyone loves fries). read more

The staff here is super friendly and nice. We walked in at 10:40 and were greeted with a smile. She waited patiently for us to order and had our order ready within seconds. All of our food was made fresh (The number 9 and just a Hashbrown). Another customer by us ordered some cookies and the server asked if they were eating here because she could make them fresh for them. That was an incredibly nice motion. Besides that, everything was clean and tidy. The only downfall is the soda machine not working properly, seems kinda flat. I've been here many times, as a local. Worst McDonald's I've been to IMO. Multiple times my order is wrong, or cold. The shake/smoothie/frappe machines never seem to work. They're very slow in every part of the experience, but especially when getting to the drive thru. I've waited 45 minutes for some chicken nuggets and fries before. However, I will NEVER come back after my experience last night. Spent 10 minutes waiting in the drive thru just to order a McFlurry, and grab the sauce they didn't give me for my previous order of McNuggets. 3 young boys seemed to be the only ones working. There was trash spilled all over the floor. Half full cafe drinks, fries, wrappers, and happy meal boxes. Floor looked sticky and wet. They were laughing and throwing things around, not concerned with the customers in the drive thru. Management needs to reprimand these boys. Corporate needs to step in, my father and I have made multiple complaints to them. Although coupons are nice, nothing improves and I don't want to have to drive further than necessary when I feel up for McD's every once in a while. read more

The cashier rung up the wrong food to start... she rung up my meal as a lunch/dinner meal... it's 8am... We asked a manager to correct it, she re funded us and then re charged us... As we dragged our lifeless, starving bodies to the nearest McDonald's, my family/friends and I had our patience out the door already. As we pulled in through the drive thru, we had our order online all ready and paid for.. as we thought. After nearly an hour of waiting in line, our skin peeling and our stomachs eating it-selves, I watched as my friends lives left their eyes. Nearly 2 feet away, the person in front of us peeling forward to the window ahead, we were free to ask for our order. The news was said to us and after that moment I knew, there's no way in hell we would make it. No sausage. Absolutely unbelievable, I felt my throat close up and tears come to the surface of my eyes. My friend knelt to the floor in agony. My own mother bent over in pure despair. I knew I had to be brave. It took every bone in my body to tweak our order. We finished, barely, and we're able to continue to the next window. After handing the card to the worker, Another problem made its way. It wouldn't take the payment. Another card given: couldn't complete transaction. The workers with no mercy for our beings continued to BULLY us for being broke. My mother now sobbing and my friend crawling looking for scraps to hopefully survive on, we finally collected all the cash we needed to pay for our life saving meal. With shaking hands, we threw the last of our change. The workers chucked our food in our car and screamed at us to leave immediately. Probably out of embarrassment because their machine was clearly broken. But nonetheless, we got our food and devoured it in the car. We can finally be happy again. My mother can finally smile again. In all, the experience was the worst experience I have ever had with a fast food restaurant. Shut it down immediately, for the sake of humanity. read more

There is almost nothing else at Exit 115 off I90/94 besides this McDonald's and a BP gas station. But don't stop here for gas. On this day it was 5 cents cheaper at Exit 126 (nearer Madison versus the Dells). However, service and food at this McDonald's was definitely above average. My daughter and I had our usual lunch of Chicken McNugget Happy Meal, small fries and an iced mocha. It was all good and Ronald McDonald would have been happy. I feel like I've been on a lucky roll with McDonald's fries lately after having bad experiences for the past year. Perhaps I shouldn't be so impressed that the fries are simply turning out the way they're supposed to, but I am. The drive through was efficient, the service was very friendly, and I am glad they thought to offer me nonfat milk for the mocha. I would have given this McDonald's an extra star if they hadn't forgotten the Strawberry Shortcake doll - which surprises me because I was asked if I wanted the girl's or the boy's toy. read more

One person working a register, one person slowly preparing orders, one person working the register, and everyone else either standing around, leaning on a wall staring at the "action", or pushing big bins of I don't know what around. Nearly ten minutes to place and get my order and there was only one group of four ahead of me. Yes, you are only a McDonald's so I'm not expecting a dramatic dining experience, but YOU ARE A MCDONALD'S. Get a move on, people! I would love to see these employees at a typical McDonald's in a city where there are actual rushes. Also, despite their probable lulls between customers, the menu still hasn't been mastered by the lady who was manning the counter. Her when handing me my order: "Sausage, egg, and cheese...burrito?" Me: "...sandwich?" Her after LOOKING AT THE MENU: "...um, yeah" and laughs. The two stars are based on the food, which was fresh despite the fact that it was close to the 10:30 cut-off time for breakfast. The interior is also nice at this location. Very clean. Saturday, Mar. 2nd, 6:15 am. Walked in. No one at the counter. Waited for someone to show while four others walked in. A guy way in the back of the store saw us but still no one came up front. No other sign of anyone behind the counters or in the prep area. I finally walked out. The others did as well. I am a local. It baffles me how the owners can settle for constant poor performance. I would think with the many complaints, that corporate would step in but the have not. I travel quite a bit and am always amazed at how well other McDonalds operate. Take some lessons from Culvers on staffing and training. You're losing customers. Older failing equipment. Understaffed. Seems like the owners must not care. Ray Kroc must be rolling in his grave.
