I asked if I could get a little more chicken, and the cashier didn't know how to do that. He said he could do more egg, but then the price went up, which I pointed out. I said the more egg was in lieu of the bacon. And he didn't know how to do that. I asked for the manager. The manager was very nice, and she was able to add the extra chicken on the house. She decided because it was a hassle getting my order, she would give me the whole salad on the house! This was enough to push it to the 5-star mark from 3 or 4. The only thing was that they did the grilled strips, but the nuggets. I wanted all grilled strips as I was trying to avoid the breading. I picked some breading off, ate some, and left a bit behind too. I didn't want to go up because they were slammed at lunchtime, didn't want them to waste the food, would've wasted my time, and I had gotten the salad free.
