Decided to order a Sirloin Steakhouse because it's been advertising for a minute. I thought it would be as good as the Mushroom Swiss Angus Burger McDonald's used to offer. Anyway, it was dry as hell. The bun, the meat, even the peppery sauce on the bottom half of the bun was giving me a cotton mouth. I don't know if the burger's like that at every McDonald's, but this one sure did put a horrible taste in my mouth. The fries were salty and dry, too. Why? Also, I positioned myself in front of the Playplace. Bad mistake. If you ever wanna see unruly kids talk back to their parents, hit up a McDonald's Playplace. It doesn't get any worse than that. I wanted to give the place one star, but the people at the register were so friendly and sweet. Just wish their food were the same way. read more

Service is terrible don't go and very rude wouldn't give my coffee even tho I ordered it and payed for

Wow,WORST DRIVE THROUGH EXPERIENCE EVER. Our quick stop to grab coffee and 2 breakfast sandwiches turned into 15 minutes just trying to get the order entered correctly and then the coffee was not delivered as ordered. What a mess. read more

ZERO STARS!!!!!! No idea why every time I go their staff is rude. Never can they get an order right. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! They don't know the simple words "you're welcome". No generosity, no kindness. They seriously need to hire more respectful employees who care about their job. Another thing.... I hope you like waiting 15 minutes to place your order because they aren't quick at all. Once again, don't go to this location, there is another one right up the road on Airport Rd I recommend! read more

If I could I would give ZERO stars. This McDonalds is so rude first of all. It seems as if they are always in a bad mood. Bud I didnt make the schedule, if you hate your job that much just quit. No need to be rude to your customers. Secondly, I ordered my family breakfast on the app at 10:18am, drove there to pick it up. The line was long but I thought I was fine because I ordered on the app before breakfast ended. As I drove up the lady asked for my code and she said "oh I canceled that we serving lunch". There is no reason she should have canceled it because I ORDERED BEFORE BREAKFAST ENDED..... I will never be returning to this location and I will begin telling everyone to avoid this one at all cost. It is not worth your time, money, or sanity! read more

Seriously, I had to click one star or I couldn't post a review. I was there with a friend, just for coffee last week. We waited and waited....till someone finally came out front....with an attitude. No smile, no welcoming personality. "What do you want?"....that was it. We said two coffees, one with sweetener. After SEVERAL MINUTES my friend walked back into the kitchen to see where the coffee was. A manager said he'd bring it right out. In a couple of minutes he did.....but, no sweetener. We were nearly the only people in the whole front seating area. I guess everyone else already knows the service here sucks. read more

Can I give zero stars for the worst customer service I've ever received in my life? I Ordered online and was having issues checking in so I walked inside to see if I could get some help or at least pick up my order inside versus curbside. The so said manger copped an attitude from the first word out of my mouth. I wasn't giving an attitude or being rude at all. All I kept getting told was - "I don't give a damn what your damn phone says. I ain't on my order screen. So too bad." I wish I was making that up but I'm not. Even the regular workers were giving me a Face of "I'm sorry." I was embarrassed, shocked, and left without my paid for order because I didn't want it to escalate past being belittled in front of people. I will NEVER go back to this rude AF establishment. I know they couldn't care less. But.. I surely hope corporate does something with this person. If you hate your job that much, find another. As a night MANAGER, I would've expected some kind of professionalism. People like this is why the fast food industry gets the bad reputation it does. read more

Would give zero stars if possible. Stopped for what we thought would be a quick breakfast while on the road for family Spring Break travels. One customer waiting inside, a few cars in the drive-thru. No staff at front counter, someone motioned from back to use kiosk. Half restaurant blocked off so only 4 tables available for seating. Order took 25 minutes to receive, and one meal was missed. Notified right away, waited another 25 minutes for the missing meal. Then, still wrong! Burritos instead of biscuit sandwiches. Coffee filled half-full. While waiting another customer who had been in drive-through came in to say they received wrong order. Staff yelling at each other in the back-seemed extremely chaotic. Food seemed standard McD fare. Service non-existent. Avoid!! Avoid this read more

Service staff are great, but who ever the younger man is that supposedly manages the morning shift doesn't need to be in the position. When a manager can't get the order right day after day, there is a problem. read more

Whoever the manager was on 12/7/2025 needs to be fired for starters. I am pregnant and didn't feel like driving so I DoorDash me food from here. My food finally gets here after my DoorDash or waited 25 minutes for it to get done and I go inside to eat and there's no onions on my burger not once did I ever say I didn't want onions on my burger so obviously with this not being what I ordered I go up to McDonald's and I go inside to talk to someone about remaking my order the lady that was at the cash register was really nice about it and she went to the back to talk to the manager and told the manager that I wanted the onions on my burger because I not once put that I didn't want onions on my burger, the manager proceeds to start cursing and getting pissed off, and she told her cook line to remake my order as she's telling the cook to remake my order she's like don't put onions on it The cashier proceeds to tell her no she wants the onions on it. Anyways the cashier starts to come back up front and I told her I wanted to speak to the manager as I no longer feel safe being as I am pregnant I go outside to grab my fiancé because he's sitting in the car we go back inside and then all of a sudden the guy that was in the car next to us where I parked at runs up in there like he's about to fight someone and starts yelling into the back, Momma what's going on? Come to find out the lady he's calling MOM is the manager So you mean to tell me he's going to fight a pregnant lady?? Anyways the manager finally comes upfront. I tried to explain to her that I was pregnant and heard her talking shit in the back and I just wanted my food remade and that was all being I already paid $26 for it and she proceeded to get fussy with me. She finally gave me my food and we wanted up leaving and come to find out. They still didn't put onions on it. I will never come here again until this lady gets fired. I will be contacting HR about this situation as well because why is her son trying to fight the customers? read more

I'd leave 0 starts if able. The owner of this Mcds should be ashamed of themselves. The store is mismanaged with employees just yelling at one another and no food going out. Slow, rude, incompetent and inefficient all around. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. read more

really deserves 0 fucking stars!!!! i can never just come and get my food and leave any time of the day !!! i waited 20 minutes for a large sweet tea with no ice! on my 30 minute break if you dont have the food made in time and you in the red for time on the screen pull the fucking car down or in the next parking spot and some will bring it to you ! what's hard about that! it's too hot for that shit read more

It's like all the employees care about is getting their check... that they can't even be bothered to do the bare minimum. - I have called the management company to complain about a reoccurring issue (bumping orders off of the screen, to keep their drive thru times low... I was certainly blown away by my experience, and not in a good way. After reading Yelp and Trip Advisor reviews, I must say that I agree. This was the worse experience I have ever had. We ordered at the kiosk and waited 15 minutes before we even saw anyone behind the counter. What we did see is several young employees in and out the kitchen. One young lady came in to find out she and another girl were both suspended (info I didn't need to know). Zero greetings, zero professionalism. I was honestly sad to see these young people in that manner. Whomever the manager on duty was, needs a good talking to. Please visit and see for yourself! read more

I seem to have a lot of Micky D's reviews on my Yelp site, and really, I don't eat here that often, it's is my go to place when on the interstate however when not in range of a Chick Filet. The wife really liked this place, (she is an alumn on the Mc D retail experience, so she knows), she says its well run and was impressed that the manager was cracking the whip to the staff to keep the place clean. Bathrooms clean enough and the general counter staff paid attention. The wife BTW, loves the South west Salad here. read more

How can you run a business like this Valluzzo Companies??!!!! This McDonalds should not be in business. We were never acknowledged nor were the others in the lobby. We ordered at kiosk and saw others being told they had to order at the kiosk. There were at least 4 employees in kitchen area and no one at register. People were having to come inside from the drive thru to get their food. We waited at least 25 minutes for our 3 egg McMuffins. Drinks were handed out when we finally got food. No apology, no greeting. Dirty tables. Had to ask to clean table. These employees must never have been trained. It is a shame you don't set these employees up for success. Please give them expectations and then manage them so they can be proud of the work they do! Someone in McDonalds should also monitor the franchises to make sure the brand name is being upheld. Do not stop here unless you want to learn how NOT to run a business. read more

If I could leave no stars I would. As I sat in line for 30min. Watching the night crew clown around with friends in a car. And also I didn't know it was protocol to leave the back drive window to go give hand shakes. 11/2/22 930 pm crew of clowns read more

This is literally the laziest/worst McDonald's I've ever seen. We showed up at 10:45 PM on a Thursday and they close at 12 AM. Closing an hour and 15 minutes from your scheduled time of closing is incredibly inconsiderate to your customers. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. This is by far the worst McDonald's establishment I have ever had the displeasure of going to. The workers are all rude and do nothing but cut up in the kitchen. If I good give them negative stars I would. I ordered a brought the drive thru and I was told to go eat somewhere else by the manager (claim) because I spoke to loud and clear after I was told they couldn't hear me. I only raised my volume and spoke clearly. I asked for the manager and the employee responded that she was the manager. She flipped me and my 11 yr old daughter off as we drove by. She made racial comments to us when she saw that we were white. Totally unexceptionable. Location needs new employees that enjoy having a job. read more

Horrible restaurant. Ordered a McChicken from the dollar menu however it rang up $1.79 despite being labeled $1. In addition, I asked for Big Mac sauce to be added (I know, sounds gross right? Workers are RUDE. And when it's their fault, they get snappy wanna talk back. VERY unprofessional and yet they want to make over $10/hr? Which goes back to we waited behind a car for 18 minutes for 1 10ct nugget........ No drink or deserts, nothing but a 10ct and they had already handed them a ice cream and a big bag and they still had more food. I ordered 2 Egg McMuffins and my husband got a sausage biscuit. They were both super stale. To try and hide this, they put tons of butter on them. They were very greasy bc of this. This was by far one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a McDonalds. I don't know if they had just gotten a bunch of new employees because I don't think a single one of them knew what they were doing except for the obviously frustrated manager who was constantly yelling at the staff. To make things worse, the entire time we were waiting in line, an alarm was going off in the play place. It took two women to complain before it was finally shut off. When I finally got my hot cakes, there was no butter, syrup, or utensils. They had also forgotten my orange juice and I had to ask for these things at least three times before I ever got them. My boyfriend hadn't even gotten his food at all and had to ask for it as well. Despite all of the issues with the service, the food was very good. That's the only reason I would even consider the second star. read more

Driving from Louisiana to Arkansas, my family needed a quick place to eat. Although I try to go local when I can, McDonald's is easy. Looking up a place in this area, I laughed when I saw all the horrible reviews for this McDonald's. It's a McDonald's--it can't be THAT bad. People are exaggerating. I had to go to find out. So let me start by saying, McDonald's food is McDonald's food--it's going to taste the same anywhere. Everyone in these reviews is commenting on the service. So that is what I'll comment on too. We ate inside and ordered at the front. Ordering was great--friendly, patient, and confirmed with a smile. We were given our order at an average speed--certainly not one of those quick McDonald's. But they forgot an egg McMuffin. Once we brought this to their attention. They apologized and said, don't worry we will bring it out to you. So we go and most of us start to eat, except me waiting for the sandwich. 10 minutes go by and we decide to ask about it. Oh... it's right here, waiting for you. So after getting it wrong, telling us to sit and it will be brought to us, and then not bringing it... the sandwich was cold. But ya, know. It tastes the same either way. I'm glad I got to experience what the reviews were talking about, so bonus star for living up to reputation. read more

I give this location a zero! The only reason it has as star is because I had to put one to do the review. "AGAIN I GIVE THIS LOCATION A ZERO."The kitchen was very dirt and nasty! Food was nasty, over cooked one one and the other user cooked! The drinks tasted weird and I tried three different ones. No salt on any of our fries! They did not have any napkins. Floors was very dirty and nasty everywhere in there. An Employees was scathing their neck with gloves on and then touched the nuggets before firing. Glad I did not get any.
