So this is the first time I have ordered a HOT APPLE PIE & been handed a Stone Cold Box with a Stone Cold Pie. I also tried the Honey Brown Butter breakfast sandwich that is available for a limited time because it is hard to mess up breakfast sandwiches right??? Wrong. It is the basic bacon-egg-biscuits sandwich with honey on it. That is all. I know it is trying to compete with W's Chicken Honey breakfast sandwich but there is no comparison. W's sandwich is basically a chicken-waffle in hand held format; this one is the normal sandwich with honey. That is really all. The American cheese with the honey is not the best combo, a deferent cheese would improve it greatly. I do a browned butter honey with brie & it is great so I know it can work. I also know this was just honey not browned butter. read more

This is not a good McDonalds location. Although the service was quick, the employees were not very kind and our order was wrong. The food was also not very fresh or warm. We came during the lunch rush and were disappointed to have lukewarm fries, burgers, and nuggets. I've had a better experience at the Lindon location and will just continue with that one. read more

Probably the worst McDonald's in Utah county by order accuracy. They seem to always get my order wrong. They are gracious and fix it when I tell them they made a mistake but after a while it gets frustrating when my order is ALWAYS wrong. Their food is just McDonald's. I do like to come here because I like the play place set up for my kiddos, and it seems to be clean. I also like that the beverage station is right next to the tables so I can let my kids play and drink my soda in peace. read more

We were trying to show our foreign exchange student what McDonald's in America was like, as we were ordering one of the employees looks at us turns around and says people who go to church on Sundays then come eat food don't really believe in God they just do it to make themselves feel better, first of all how does he know what religion we believe in, then when we confronted him the manager stepped in and defended her employee. We waited for 20 minutes for a small order. 10+ cars behind us came and left with their orders. (We were asked to park and wait). Went inside to check on our order, and it was just being packed. Nice workers but it's never been that. slow. before. Hope they're able to better juggle orders in the future. read more

After so many bad experiences I'm done with this location. I kept trying to give them the benefit of the doubt but they obviously have a serious management problem. In the just 6 months I've visited this location over a dozen times and not once was my order correct or received to my satisfaction. This is mostly related to the drive through because when they've screwed up in the dining room, I could go back to the counter. Nothing is more frustrating then getting home from the drive through only to find you have missing items, the wrong items, abs cold food. Lately I've noticed my orders are not being confirmed and no receipt was given. My last trip was last night. There were no cars in the drive through and only 4 in the parking lot so it didn't seem that they were busy so you'd think they would have time to make sure my order was correct. I ordered a Deluxe McCrispy large combo and a Daily Double. No confirmation of my order was given and no receipt. When I got to the pick up window I asked to make sure my fries were hot. I was told I would have to wait 10 for that and to pull forward. Now there were several other cars behind me. Some pulled up behind me having to wait as well, however, one by one they all received their food before me. When I finial received my food (almost exactly 10 min) I opened my bag to see my large fries was half full. But they were hot so I headed home. When I got home my daily double was replaced with a single cheeseburger and my Deluxe McCrispy was burned. This all comes back to management. If you're dying your job your team will know how to do there's. If be very concerned if I owned that restaurant. read more

This is close to home but not the best location. Sent someone to get food for dinner. They came back with the order wrong so I had to go back myself to get it corrected. Fries were wilted and soggy (so it's been sitting under the heat lamp for a while and they just served it to us). On top of that, the fries tasted like it wasn't salted. We asked for extra onions in both burgers, and come to find that there were no extra onions but extra pickles were put in. Spoke to Stephanie as one of the managers and she told me to just come on back and she can redo the whole order for me. When I pulled up to the second window, handed Stephanie the receipt and she redid the whole order for me, per her promise. She even personally walked the order to my car afterwards. Even though I appreciated Stephanie's customer service (as the manager), I still didn't like the fact that I had to drive back to the location to get my order corrected. It should have been done right the first time. read more

i just waited 15 minutes for a fry and a chicken sandwich that i ordered ahead of time on the app for pickup

First- they closed at like 11:30pm, i came at 11:30 to pick up for DoorDash and honked since nobody was at the window. Had to honk like 4 times and a worker yelled at me to shut up. Second- wrong order and refused to make the order and took the wrong order back. Horrible service. read more

Took 30 minutes to get a Big Mac and fries. Kids area was so dirty. Bathroom smelled like poop.

Im writing this waiting in the slowest drive thru line I've ever been in... I could ramble with the 10minutes I still expect to wait but I'll spare you. When we eat inside, the food is barely warm and the play place lighting is dim and reminds you of a horror movie. The drive thru, as previously mentioned, is excruciatingly slow. We could drive to the AF or Orem McD's and do drive thru and be back before we even get to the pay window. I don't think it's the employees fault at all. This place always seems understaffed and it seems like the owner is trying to cut corners... read more

I gave this McDonald a zero because I ordered large fries and they were all old and crummy as if they've been sitting there for a long time. Also, I ordered a fillet of fish and cheeseburger. The food ALWAYS comes out cold and stale. I find myself going through the drive through twice to get them to remake my order. Obviously with 68 negative reviews, it's funny that things don't change. I think they are all trained to be jerks and screw up your order. Not once have they been able to get an order right. Just shut it down.

This is the worst service I've had from any fast food restaurant in a long time, the line took forever and there wasn't that many people in line, I ordered a caramel frappe and there was no caramel or straw, I ordered a large fry and I didn't get that, and I ordered a 10 piece nugget with ranch and I got two different sauces instead of ranch. Usually McDonalds service is pretty good I feel, but after this experience I felt the need to write a review. read more

I came to this establishment the other day and ordered some drinks and food and they LITERALLY filled my drink all the way up it was dripping everywhere. I got sticky soda all over my car and it was just oozing out. The workers didn't even say anything it offer any napkins clearly seeing my drink is spilling all over my car. All 3 drinks had soda dripping off from the sides and the hole in the cap. I understand they try to fill it as much as possible but do they not wait for it to finish fizzing?? And the fact that they saw this happening and didn't even offer any napkins or say sorry is kind of messed. Workers clearly don't take their jobs too serious. read more

Welcome to Pleasant Grove. Home of the worst McD's around. I have rarely had any good service here. I am a Pleasant Grove resident and find myself occasionally dining here. I don't plan to anymore. The service is slower than molasses, the competency is equally poor and manners, well, they don't exist. My son wanted to go in and use a deal on his app for some nuggets and to get me a diet coke. Well after 10 minutes he finally came back with a flat diet coke. I sent him back to fix it when it took well over 5 more minutes to rectify it. The employees apparently don't value any 11 year-old asking for service. You never know, he may be the next Ray Kroc who will see the competitor and squash him -- this one being McDonald's. I don't see much future in this place. I'm thinking a Chick-Fil-A would be great in this location. read more

I cant find the McDonalds to review for the Cedar Hills location, so here I go. I waited in the drive through forever and I asked for a double cheese burger and I got one thin patty of meat with "2" slices of cheese. So much for language barrier, the workers needs to speak English. I was so hungry that I left the line for drive through. then wella, what a mess I paid over $5.00 for 2 pieces of cheese and a bun, HATE MCDONALDS at any location in AMERICAN FORK their staff does not care to put out quality like a McDonalds use to put out quality read more

This location always has a line going through both drive through stations. My son wanted me to order some breakfast burrito's which they serve all day. It was a quick order and I was able to get through fairly quickly between the time I made the order, paying and pickup was less than 2 minutes. The burrito's were still warm and were better than in the past. They did short us one salsa pack, so you need to make sure you ask for extra. read more

Rejoice, all day breakfast is here! Good afternoon breakfast. Finally I can enjoy again my favorite, the indulgent, the decadent fast food breakfast, alone in its class, the egg and cheese mc griddle. Cheap and effective. When mcgriddle started, egg and cheese was a standard version in the menu. But wait. Not anymore. Ordering this now is next to impossible. Why does it have to be so difficult? It doesn't matter where I've tried. I've only successfully gotten this twice out of 9 attempts. One time they tell me all day breakfast doesn't include what I want. Rest of the time, I just get a biscuit or a sausage mcgriddle. Which are all nasty. It's only good with the egg, the cheese, and the mcgriddle bun. I thought that I could answer the call, the mcgriddle calling to me with that advertising, bellowing Good Afternoon Breakfast. But no. I cannot. And I've tried and tried. But now I give up, resigned to eat bacon mcgriddle although it is inferior, or pay a premium to get mcgriddle bun extra side along with the egg and cheese biscuit. Which I would understand paying to get something custom which had extra ingredients, but all I'm trying to do is not have any of the meat which is included at a lower price. Maybe once we get a $15 minimum wage this kind of problem will go away. Can't hold this against anyone personally. read more

This is without a doubt, the worst McDonald's in America. Every time I have been here, there is some machine not working so we can't get what we would like to order. This McDonald's could not possibly be worse. We drove off after getting our order from the drive they, keeping mind that we actually had to wait in one of the slots they tell-you to park in, we were given someone else's order. After turning around and gong into the building with our wrong order they proceed to give us the wrong order again although this time it was in the right boxes it just didn't contain the food it claimed to have. A one star review is fitting for this place. Constantly asking you to "pull up" in the drive thru to finish an order. Too expensive FOR A MCDONALDS! The food is cold and gross. Literally the worst fast food restaurant experience I've ever had. Extremely rude employees, lazy employees that didn't care to check if our order was correct, left out half of our order, the lobby closed during business hours so we couldn't come in and speak to a manager, tried to go through the drive through again and had to wait another ten minutes. The entire experience was 40 minutes long and all of our food was cold by the time we got it, like not warm at all. I called and asked to speak to a manager and after explaining everything to her, she said "sorry" and hung up on me. Literally go anywhere else. Worst McDonald's of all time. read more

Worst McDonald's around. They ALWAYS forget something from the order, whether it's your fries, straws or sandwiches. 80% of the time your fries will be cold. Don't bother trying to get ice cream. There's one employee who constantly complains about other employees and blames them when he forgets something. This place really is the worst.
