So this is the first time I have ordered a HOT APPLE PIE & been handed a Stone Cold Box with a Stone Cold Pie. I also tried the Honey Brown Butter breakfast sandwich that is available for a limited time because it is hard to mess up breakfast sandwiches right??? Wrong. It is the basic bacon-egg-biscuits sandwich with honey on it. That is all. I know it is trying to compete with W's Chicken Honey breakfast sandwich but there is no comparison. Probably the worst McDonald's in Utah county by order accuracy. They seem to always get my order wrong. They are gracious and fix it when I tell them they made a mistake but after a while it gets frustrating when my order is ALWAYS wrong. Their food is just McDonald's. I do like to come here because I like the play place set up for my kiddos, and it seems to be clean. After so many bad experiences I'm done with this location. I kept trying to give them the benefit of the doubt but they obviously have a serious management problem. In the just 6 months I've visited this location over a dozen times and not once was my order correct or received to my satisfaction. This is mostly related to the drive through because when they've screwed up in the dining room, I could go back to the counter. Nothing is more frustrating then getting home from the drive through only to find you have missing items, the wrong items, abs cold food. Lately I've noticed my orders are not being confirmed and no receipt was given. My last trip was last night. There were no cars in the drive through and only 4 in the parking lot so it didn't seem that they were busy so you'd think they would have time to make sure my order was correct. I ordered a Deluxe McCrispy large combo and a Daily Double. No confirmation of my order was given and no receipt. When I got to the pick up window I asked to make sure my fries were hot. I was told I would have to wait 10 for that and to pull forward. Now there were several other cars behind me. Some pulled up behind me having to wait as well, however, one by one they all received their food before me. When I finial received my food (almost exactly 10 min) I opened my bag to see my large fries was half full. But they were hot so I headed home. When I got home my daily double was replaced with a single cheeseburger and my Deluxe McCrispy was burned. This all comes back to management. This is close to home but not the best location. Sent someone to get food for dinner. They came back with the order wrong so I had to go back myself to get it corrected. Fries were wilted and soggy (so it's been sitting under the heat lamp for a while and they just served it to us). On top of that, the fries tasted like it wasn't salted. We asked for extra onions in both burgers, and come to find that there were no extra onions but extra pickles were put in. Spoke to Stephanie as one of the managers and she told me to just come on back and she can redo the whole order for me. When I pulled up to the second window, handed Stephanie the receipt and she redid the whole order for me, per her promise. She even personally walked the order to my car afterwards. Even though I appreciated Stephanie's customer service (as the manager), I still didn't like the fact that I had to drive back to the location to get my order corrected. I came to this establishment the other day and ordered some drinks and food and they LITERALLY filled my drink all the way up it was dripping everywhere. I got sticky soda all over my car and it was just oozing out. The workers didn't even say anything it offer any napkins clearly seeing my drink is spilling all over my car. Welcome to Pleasant Grove. Home of the worst McD's around. I have rarely had any good service here. I am a Pleasant Grove resident and find myself occasionally dining here. I don't plan to anymore. The service is slower than molasses, the competency is equally poor and manners, well, they don't exist. My son wanted to go in and use a deal on his app for some nuggets and to get me a diet coke. Well after 10 minutes he finally came back with a flat diet coke. I sent him back to fix it when it took well over 5 more minutes to rectify it. The employees apparently don't value any 11 year-old asking for service. You never know, he may be the next Ray Kroc who will see the competitor and squash him -- this one being McDonald's. This location always has a line going through both drive through stations. My son wanted me to order some breakfast burrito's which they serve all day. It was a quick order and I was able to get through fairly quickly between the time I made the order, paying and pickup was less than 2 minutes. Finally I can enjoy again my favorite, the indulgent, the decadent fast food breakfast, alone in its class, the egg and cheese mc griddle. Cheap and effective. When mcgriddle started, egg and cheese was a standard version in the menu. But wait. Not anymore. Ordering this now is next to impossible. Why does it have to be so difficult? It doesn't matter where I've tried. I've only successfully gotten this twice out of 9 attempts. One time they tell me all day breakfast doesn't include what I want. Rest of the time, I just get a biscuit or a sausage mcgriddle. Which are all nasty. It's only good with the egg, the cheese, and the mcgriddle bun. I thought that I could answer the call, the mcgriddle calling to me with that advertising, bellowing Good Afternoon Breakfast. But no. I cannot. And I've tried and tried. But now I give up, resigned to eat bacon mcgriddle although it is inferior, or pay a premium to get mcgriddle bun extra side along with the egg and cheese biscuit. Which I would understand paying to get something custom which had extra ingredients, but all I'm trying to do is not have any of the meat which is included at a lower price. Literally the worst fast food restaurant experience I've ever had. Extremely rude employees, lazy employees that didn't care to check if our order was correct, left out half of our order, the lobby closed during business hours so we couldn't come in and speak to a manager, tried to go through the drive through again and had to wait another ten minutes. The entire experience was 40 minutes long and all of our food was cold by the time we got it, like not warm at all.
