I love a viral colab and this one really stuck out to me! I love the grinch and this collab made me a first day visitor to try out this meal! I ordered thru the drive thru and took it home but I live close enough that everything was still hot and fresh by the time I got to consume everything! I ordered the grinch meal with a Big Mac, and that included a medium coke, medium fry, grinch salt and salt shaker bag, as well as a random pair of socks from the collab. The Big Mac was hot and fresh which was fantastic. McDonald's Coke is also some of the best in existence so that don't disappoint either. The fries I followed the instructions to mix them in the shaker bag with the grinch salt and they were really good! It had a very slight dill pickle taste added to the fries with it on them which really makes them unique and addicting! I definitely would order again. I also loved the socks! I got my favorite color (red) but I believe there are also blue yellow and green pairs so you never know what you will get! Usually pulling into a Mc D's parking lot, the feeling of "how long will this take and will my order be correct" is on my mind. I arrived a little before their lunch rush and there was no line in the drive thru and there were plenty of parking spaces. Inside the restaurant there were plenty of employees which is why the restaurant was so clean and there too was no line. There were people picking up their orders and sitting and eating. I tried to place an online order for the Wednesday/Sunday Hamburger/Cheeseburger special but since I wanted to use a gift card, I needed to see a customer service cashier. Mia was simply wonderful She was quick and gave me know issues. My order was ready before I had time to put my wallet away and everything in the bag was correct. If I could give it 0 stars I would.. I hadn't eaten all day and I finally had something. I ordered on DoorDash a quarter pounder cheese meal at around 10pm. The fries were cold already but I tried to not think much of it.. it's McDonald's. I took a break from them until I looked at my burger to notice a slime consistency around the patty (I thought maybe it was grease). I bit into it just to then immediately spit it out from the taste. I look in the patty to find it raw and the bottom bun to have blood. I'm very displeased. read more

This McDonald's is near my place so if I find myself coming home late or not in the mood to cook type of day, I swing by here for a quick bite. I normally use the mobile order app for efficiency but truly never experience any long waits here via the drive thru. It may occasionally get a bit busy on a weekend night but honestly not long waits compared to other locations. The food is not amazing here but what can you expect? Ordering a simple happy meal that comes with fries, a burger and a drink of my choice is a satisfying meal for me! The staff here is nice and really quick when it comes to preparing my order. A good enough McDonald's to get what you need (when it's actually in stock here) but not one I would by any means go out of my way to stop at. I've never gone inside so this is mainly for the drive-thru and staff and food. The drive thru line is usually long, but if it's around 7pm on a Friday/Saturday, forget about it. The line will spill into the road because how long it gets. They are insanely slow here and it's not a one off thing as I see on these reviews. For me and my brother the line went decent but once we got to the order screen, the staff sounded like the most monotonousl person and sounded like they hated their job. We placed out order and finally got to the window to pay. Our food was at least ready and waiting for us when we got to the second window and we left. The food was as good as McDonald's food can be. I ordered a cheeseburgers and a McChicken. Both were surprisingly hot however one of the items had pickles when I specifically said no pickles. What also stinks was they were out of Hi-C and have been for a while. Overall the staff could have a bit of a better attitude and they could definitely figure out a better system for their drive-thru line but the food was at least good and that's my main concern when I'm super hungry. Whoever hired the staff at this location must be questioned. It's the blind leading the blind. Customer experience is horrible and they will list their orders as ready when they're not to make their stats look better when the location is a mess. Someone needs to really review this location asap. Besides the smell and horrible service it's a shame to even say this is fast food. read more

One of my least favorite McDonald's locations due to the complete lack of service. Yes the employees will eventually help you but usually you're left standing at the counter aimlessly waiting while they seemingly ignore you in the back. Food is what you would expect from McDonald's. Inside is also what you'd expect; this isn't a very spacious McDonald's. I've had a few visits here where they've shorted me on food or sauce. There have also been a few instances where my fries were either cold or not filled up entirely but they have accommodated for this after request. This is the worst McDonald's ever. Every time I go through the drive-through, they send me over to the curbside pick up to wait for my food. Last time I waited 10 minutes and they came out and told me that they didn't have the frappe that I had asked for. Today I went through and they asked me to pull up to curbside again. Great service at this location. The lines move relatively quickly even though it is a busy spot. There are two drive thru lanes and they move at a pretty fast pace so don't let the lines fool you. I was running errands and stopped to get a small snack, strawberry banana smoothie, and a McChicken. The quality of the McChicken has gone way up from when they first introduced it. The chicken is thicker than it was before. Pretty good quality for the value. The smoothie was decent for coming from a fast food restaurant. Would order both again! read more

I mean I get that fast food is supposed to be trash but I was not expecting the food at this location in Plantation to taste and smell like actual garbage. This does not taste like no McDonald's. This food made me so nauseous I've been throwing up all night. This specific McDonald's ruined the McDonald's experience for me. I will never be able to enjoy it again. The night shift ladies that are running this establishment will yell at you, they lack personal skills, are super slow, and angry. They do not cook with any love at all I am NOT LOVING IT! The French fries will be soggy and not fresh, even though it is there job to make them every 7 minutes I know that they are not following what's standard. Like it really tastes like they're reusing old French fries in the fryer or like they have never changed out the old oil. The buns taste mad stale and moldy. The bacon they use tastes old. Everything tastes cold and wet and old. This place is super run down and disgusting. I can tell the food is stale and expired, they are not maintaining the establishment. Asshole manager just spoke to me so disrespectfully because I asked "you have 24hrs open everywhere but every time I come late night your closed " she was so disrespectful with her response. This is my second time in a row having a bad experience at the same McDonalds. The wait time in the drive thru is horrible. They constantly are asking you to pull up and wait for your order in the parking lot when you pull up to the pick up window. Which is understandable if they are backed up. Except they leave you out there for ever never knowing if your order will ever come out. They seem to do this to both food delivery drivers and customers waiting. I have come here twice to pick up food for customers and the wait time is always excessive. This is the only McDonald's I have been to where they expedite the all the customers orders that come in after the online order and yet do them first while the online delivery order waits. Every other McDonald's does the food orders in order as they come in. How do you do the the first order last and the last order first? What sense does that make? Lately, the quality of this McDonalds has fallen. The place has plenty of employees but they do not seem to know what they are doing. To avoid order errors from the cashier, the self service purchase writes the order and it usually gets made incorrectly. Sounds like the staff needs more training. When you ask for NO cheese and you get it on the sandwich that is not good. When you have for a tiny bit of cream and you get more cream than coffee, that is not good either. The food is consistent with how McDonald's should taste and the staff members are friendly and try to keep the place clean. The major flaw with this location is that there is always a drugged out homeless person loitering inside. Last time we visited this McDonalds, a very odorous homeless man cleared out half of the dining area because of his stench. He even preceded to use drugs at his table and was pacing around back and forth to the bathroom. We had to leave right away because of his unpredictable behavior. The management needs to do more to keep the environment safe for paying customers. read more
