Went in to order food after traveling all day, the dining room was still open with patrons inside. I went in and all of the self ordering devices were turned off and I waited for ten minutes before a woman in a neon vest came from the back and said "now I'm going to have to make all this food and I'm supposed to go home" I asked for a cup holder, she replied "my god really". Stopped by to grab the kids some food and had the worst experience at this location. Ordered two large fries in the drive thru that were not even filled completely, I felt scammed as the manager apparently "filled" the fries for me which were still not full and looked like a medium size fries in a large. I had to request the fries be filled correctly TWICE and it was clear the manger did not care to satisfy the customer. Breakfast is available until 11. I made it there with 15 minutes to spare with no one in line in front of me. Placed order for my family, 4 sausage, eggs and cheese mcmuffins, 2 bacon, eggs and cheese mcgriddles, and 5 hash browns. Paid, pulled up to the window, was asked to move to the second window. Waited almost 15 minutes while other orders were being fulfilled through the window behind me. When i finally get the brown bag, I decide to check it. 3 mcmuffins were missing! OK so this McDonald's is by my house and I only go through the drive-through. Usually it's for my daughter when she needs to grab something on our way to the barn. Occasionally my husband and I grab something because we are in a hurry.The only problem with this is eight out of 10 times there's something missing from our order from the drive-through. About 50% of the time they ask you to pull forward into a parking space and wait for them to bring the food to you because it's not ready yet. Not a big deal because then it's nice fresh and hot. The food from here for what it is fast food is always good and is always very hot as in freshly made and cooked. However missing things from your order eight out of 10 times is a huge inconvenience I don't know why they can't get this figured out. That would be the only reason I would not recommend this McDonald's however I would just skip the drive-through and eat in the dining room. read more

I recognize that McDonald's isn't the place to go if you're expecting five-star service. But my coworker and I were looking to grab a quick bite on our lunch break, and McDonald's sounded like it would hit the spot. So off we went. Everything was going well until we pulled up to the window to pay. My coworker had accidentally ordered a Dr. Pepper instead of a Coke, so he asked the lady at the window if he could change it. She said he would have to pull to the next window and ask them. So when we pulled up, the window opened, and he repeated his request. The girl at this window paused, let out a huge sigh, and rolled her eyes up to the ceiling. Yes, he messed up on the order, but she was standing right next to the drink machine! It was such an easy fix! We both stared in disbelief as she angrily grabbed a new cup, passed us our food, and then the drinks, all without making eye contact with us. I offered a loud, "thank you!" through the window and got only a window slam in return. Once we got back to our place to eat, my coworker found that his Big Mac, which he had ordered with ketchup instead of Mac sauce, was simply two patty's, 3 buns, and ketchup; all other toppings were missing. We checked the receipt and it was written just like he had ordered: no Mac sauce, with ketchup. I will not be returning to this location for a very long time. read more

Went to drive thru and ordered a large unsweetened ice tea with 4 Splenda's. The person on the end of the microphone repeated it back to me verbatim as well as it was printed on the screen correctly. I went to drink it and it was sweet tea with 5 Splenda's. Had I not waited in line for 10 minutes I would have returned. It's bad enough that it happens 50% of the time. Terrible terrible terrible rude stuff. The manager I'm going to assume with a gray shirt tonight was extremely rude. I asked her for a barbecue sauce she basically rolled her eyes and grabbed the barbecue sauce then gave it to me. Handed me my order, then told me have a great day and shut the window. I'm disabled & drove thru on Mother's Day. Went home to eat my McMuffin and bit into a wad of hair with black stuff in it. I returned & went inside. The manager only responded that they didn't have anyone with long hair. That was it and then she tried to take it away from me quickly. I didn't want my money back and I didn't want another free polluted sandwich because I will NEVER eat here again anyway.
