Let me be dramatic for a second, because this bathroom situation deserves it. The food was the usual McDonald's classics... but the bathroom? Oh. My. God. Why on Earth is there a giant, ridiculous lock on the door like it's protecting national secrets--when the bathroom itself is already a disaster? And then--THEN--you have to go on a full adventure just to get the bathroom code. Not a simple "here you go," no. You stand there waiting because only the person at the front counter knows the secret digits, like they're guarding nuclear launch codes. Meanwhile, the bathroom you're fighting to access? Flooded floor. Broken toilet. Everything looking like it gave up on life years ago. I'm standing there thinking, "Is this really happening? Is this the Hunger Games of bathroom access?" No one should have to spiritually prepare themselves to pee--and definitely not wade into a swamp when they get inside. By the time I finally got the code, I felt like I had earned an achievement. Honestly, I shouldn't need a quest, a password, and survival gear just to use a bathroom. Great fries, but the bathroom system? Chaos. Madness. Flooded inconvenience. Fix the lock. Fix the toilet. Free the people. Ps here is the bathroom code and I bet $1.00 they won't change it even though they say they do everyday Code : 8362 men / women's read more

I always come here since it's close to my house the mornings I have no issues my food is always ready my coffee is always perfect which I appreciate I need my coffee but at night this is the third time with some nonsense going on the first time they didn't have fries the second time they didn't have anything I ordered last night they blocked off the entrance I parked and waited for someone to come out to give someone else there order and she proceeded to come out I tried getting her attention in which she walked back to the door and locked it and shut the lights off watching me through the window waiting until I left I get it I don't want to work either but at least just tell me you don't want to give me my food or money and these last couple times I used points and never get nothing back. read more

This is not the third time they have gotten my order wrong and I had to throw away the food and not be able to eat lunch again today because they can't figure out how to read off the receipt. NO ONION bullshit don't go here read more

Everything we got tasted so old! It felt like the fries and nuggets were made with really old grease. Not pleasant at all!

$15 and I didn't even get an egg in my fucking sandwich. The order screen , my receipt , AND THE GIRL IN THE DRIVE THRU handing me my order all said "sausage EGG McMuffin" Prices go up, food quality goes down. read more

Unfortunately came back to this location. Used mobile order on app, and was told to go 2nd window. I go there and they have no recollection of my order, I showed them my receipt and you would think I was showing them a Chinese textbook they had no idea what they were looking at. I'm told to pull around the side and Apparently wait for "fresh hashbrowns" 20 minutes of waiting. I finally go in to ask for my food and again they act like they have no idea what I'm talking about. I heard the girl tell the gentleman on shift that I wanted my food and he says "no way he's still parked there" but in Spanish. Unbelievable process to get my order. (A drink, sandwich and hashbrowns). read more

To start, the man taking our order was not kind and rushed our ordering process. Mind you, it was 9:36am and I am still moving quite slowly and would have truly appreciated some grace and patience as I carefully considered my options as I was thrown a curve ball as the man quickly brought to my attention I would not be able to purchase an item on their menu... French fries. I did not think it was a big ask and frankly I can personally recall more than one occasion within the last 365 days that I was able to satisfy my salty craving with their well known French fries in the hours before lunch. To say I was disappointed is a true statement. I will be going to other competing business to satisfy my morning salty cravings. read more

This location is a complete joke. Literally every time I come here late night they tell me they aren't accepting orders unless they are 3rd party. If you don't want to serve customers change your hours!!!!! Oh and they are rude about it too! read more

Place is supposed to be open until 4, came by about midnight for a meal, to be told they arent taking orders over the drive through. I order inline they tell to come up, only to say my online order doesnt count, i have to do it through email. When i pressed she told me her system was down and she cant help me. I called today, the next day, only to be hung up on and called back a couple times with no answer. Never had anything good from this location, too bad its the only one close to me read more

Has to be the worst location on the south side. The employees are super lazy. I ordered a McFlurry and told them to mix the topping ( which i should even have to because it's supposed to already come with toppings mixed with ice cream) the just gave me ice cream with toppings on top. Every time I stop by this location they always never listen and get my order wrong. read more

Just made a mobile order for ice cream went to the restaurant and they told me they didn't have the items available and I needed to cancel my mobile order...I said if you didn't have them why don't you cancel it she said I would need to cancel it and her manager Briana said they can't do anything about it...I called back to the store after calling one of the numbers online and they then said the items were available and I could come back in and get a free item for my trouble ....weird they're available after I made a issues about it I chose not to get a free item and asked that they cancel my order read more

I stop by here 2-3x a week for breakfast and it is perfect every single time. The girls working are always super friendly and the food is always spot on. Definitely one of the most consistent & highest quality MCD I've been to. read more

Service is horrible here. Lazy workers who clearly don't care about the customers. I waited at the drive thru speaker for 5 minutes until someone came on then the girl was extremely rude. I left and won't be back. Get this stuff together y'all are too big to be this bad read more

Horrible service, rude staff. Ronald McDonald would roll over in his grave knowing how these place treats customers. After messing up my order the "manager" actually said to me "what would you like me to do about it?". Listen to the other employees make rude responses to customers. Have even gone there and noticed they turn off the exterior lights at night to appear closed to avoid working. Will never go to this location again, I only hope The Cheeseburglar goes in and slaps each employee with a raw patty. Mayor McCheese would be ashamed of this place. Wish I could change that to a negative rating read more

Went through the drive through Easter Sunday night and the employees working that shift were so nice. I have visited this location on many occasions and have been disappointed one too many times. I'd say that going through the drive-thru has caused me more misery than necessary. I'm sure they've gotten my order wrong a minimum of 75% of the time and today's order included pickle stacked on the top (meaning outside) of the sandwich. Also, while waiting at the drive-thru window one time I even had the employee chat me up a bit during a long wait for food. He had the nerve to complain that McDonald's required that he take a test and that he failed it. (Shocking!) Do yourself a favor and avoid this location at all costs. read more

This place is horrible! In the morning if there are more than 2 cars in the drive thru you will wait 20 minutes+ ( because they only have 1 person taking orders, ringing you up & giving you the food). I just went for lunch & ordered the new spicy tenders, I would have got a side but she hit something that made the total show up and it cleared out the screen with sides. I told her I was still ordering, how did she not know she was erasing the menu? Anyway, I get my food and half of the 3 tenders that were on the bottom are cold, they can't even operate a microwave here! Then, to top it off I found a hair. read more

ANY time I come to this McDonald's, which is very convenient for me cause it's right next to my job, they seem to always screw my order up. For example, went through the drive thru today, sat waiting for them to take my payment for about 4 minutes. No cars in front of me, no cars behind me. I asked for extra onions on my cheeseburger and they put none. NONE?! Previous time, I asked for extra onions and pickles, and they still managed not to put them on there. The customer service is always rude, and never happy to fix what they messed up in the first place when I call. This McDonald's has officially lost my business. read more

This location makes people in the drive thru lanes park so they can manipulate their drive thru line times. Openly admitted by an employee when asked why the need to park when the drive thru line was dead. So you'll be parked waiting like 10-15 for your food but hey, at least they have fantastic times on paper. Fun fact: they'll mess up your order even with the additional time they give themselves. read more

Asked for extra pickles and mayo on sandhwich and they gave me nothing. And then they want to be paid 18 an hour

Same as all the rest. Nothing new. Don't know why I thought it would be different. Lol. They always have an attitude here and for the life of me (this applies to all fast food) WHY THE HELL DO YOU GIVE CHANGE BACK WITH GIVING THE BILLS FIRST AND THEN THE CHANGE!? I've never understood this concept. It makes it harder to grab for the customers! I've never given change back this way. Always metal first then bills. But to each there own. I understand you're all in an area not the greatest but at least smile to people who are spending their money and not being a dick wad to you in the first place. And please learn how to give out the correct sodas. I've been here more than once and ordered Dr Pepper and received everything BUT that soda in drive through read more

I know I'm at McDonalds but the attitude here is next level rude. Definitely dont want to deal with that before you have your coffee in the morning read more

Normally I try to stay away from McDonalds because they are everywhere so they are where I go when there is nothing else. I still end up eating there every year or so with travel. This time though I was just tired and it was the closest place to eat. I went through the drive through and got one of the chicken wraps with fries and a drink. When I got my bag there was no ketchup! They didn't even ask if I wanted any. Despite no ketchup the french fries tasted better than the wrap thing I had. I don't normally eat here so I can't comment if the blah taste of my food was typical or not, but it wasn't worth the calories. Plus I was peeved to be without ketchup. read more

Fast food must not be fast anymore...? After a 15 minute drive through wait, I drove up, smiled and said hello. I received a curt glance and a price for my food. I said thank you when I received my food, and the chick turned around and walked away. Thanks for reminding me why I haven't gone to McDonald's in years. read more

I can't believe I'm reviewing a McDonald's - but it had to happen. Not just because I'm a freaking fast food junkie so it was going to happen one of these days anyhow - but because of today's experience. I've been to this one, well, let's just say more than several times. The food is always.... uneventful. It's not one of those specifically great or specifically bad ones. It's just..... fine? The only really good thing I got there once was their big breakfast. It was only McDonald's good, but man it tasted good that day. Anyhow, so I was grabbing a breakfast burrito (that stupid healthy yogurt was not going to calm the grumbling monster that was my tummy that morning). For breakfast, I'll normally either get my item solo, or as the meal w/ OJ. But I remembered seeing last week that in a blind taste test, the McDonald's coffee actually scored higher on a taste test than Starbucks. So I figured I'd give it a shot. ACKKKKKKK!!!!!!!! PLECCCHHHHH!!! Ick! Ug! Gross! Spit, spit, spit.... I wanted to wipe my tongue down w/ the wood tasting napkin to scrape it all off. They had thrown in some sugar and cream. I'll normally do a cream and a sugar for one this sized. I initially tried it black. I thought maybe it was better w/ the stuff added. This was a SMALL cup, and I added both creamers and all 6 sugars they gave me and I could barely taste any sweetness. It was like the black hole of coffee condiments. What is totally sad - I ended up drinking about 1/2-3/4 the cup just trying it after adding each condiment. I really wanted it to be better. Kept waiting for that magic ingredient. It didn't come. Nasty, nasty, nasty. Mediocre fast food, fine. But the extra 15 min drive to Starbucks suddenly looks much more reasonable. read more

This is place is much better operated and maintained than other ones. The staff is efficient, clean, and friendly.

Guys if you're in a hurry in the morning, DONT COME HERE! Not saying the people here are disrespectful but you'll be waiting about 30 minutes to get your coffee and McGriddle. So many people get backed up and start running late. Idk what the issue is, they really need to step it up! read more

Now I am not a big fan or a constant customer of McDonald's, but during my late night drive I came across this particular location. I have to say that the staff here is by far some of the friendliest staff that I've ever dealt with since I can remember ever going to McDonald's. I didn't catch the name of the lady working the drive-thru at 2am, but she was great! If I have to be around the area late at night again, I know I will be stopping by this location for a late night snack. Keep up the good work! read more

I was in McDonalds located at 3130 E. Broadway road at 1000 this morning, I waited about 5 minutes before I asked was anyone working the register, I could see at least three managers and some line employees in the back. One of the managers looked at and shrugged her shoulders at me then yelled the kiosks work. As soon as I began using the kiosk to place my order, that same manager came out to the register and began taking other customers orders and of course their orders were placed before mine. I was very upset at her behavior because all she had to do was come to the register and take my order in the first place. I will not be using that McDonald's ever in life nor would I recommend that McDonald's to anyone, the management are unprofessional and don't know about customer service, they are in need of re training or they don't need to be in a management position. read more
