It's a McDonald's. Is it the best one? I prefer the one on Bristol Pike but this one seems to have a faster drive-thru. The guy who handed me my food at the drive-thru is a good employee, man. I was accidentally a little too far from the window and he leaned out under the sneeze guard thing (the plastic jawn covering the window) to hand me my food. He didn't need to do that when I could have done it but he did. People love to give fast food workers a lot of grief when they mess up but rarely say anything positive when they do nice things like that. read more

Should be called slow food, The only thing. that's great is there $1 menu, But when is it comes from one of the cleanest McDonald's I've been to. This place should be permanently closed down. That would actually be a service to everyone. This is absolutely the WORST McD's in NE Philly. I went to the drive thru and ordered a Nugget meal. The idiot who gave me my bag was more interested in talking to her coworkers. I asked for sweet and sour sauce to which she said it's in there (it's f'ing bbq sauce!) To make matters worse, there were no fries in my bag even though I already paid and they come with my meal. I ordered the meal deal with his six nuggets and fries and BBQ sauce and a large sweet. Receive my order and I touch my fries and they was cold. Is be young guy in the window to your have any hot fries so I gave him my the cold fries and he hollered back to the person that was cooking. They said yes we have hot fries. So he went back to get them and when he was walking to the window he just hand me the hot fries in this hands. I got in the drive thru line. The speaker has the automated after waiting 10 minutes I drove up to the window. 2 cars were in front of me. The hours say open til 11pm. After waiting 10 more minutes and trying to get the attention of several employees who just waved me off I decided to call the store. The person who answered said they had a problem with the speaker so they closed. But if I orders Uber eats or door dash I could purchase food. I suggested maybe putting a sign at the drive thru. As we were pulling out of the drive thru line the girl out the window yelled to us "are you u we eats".... we said no, then she yelled we are closed the speaker is broke. I said a lot of things are broke and she proceeded to yell you think your smart.... and they yelled your an asshole. There were other customers at the window. Came here for a quick lunch and I don't know if she was a manager or cashier . But she took my order through drive through & she was super nice and made my day a little bit better. A coupon wasn't excepted and she apologized for it which was totally fine with me. They sell expired yogurt. My purchase was 6/2/18 at 9am. My yogurt parfait said enjoy by 6/2/18 12:43am, then i noticed that there was stickers underneath, 1 saying enjoy BY 8:34pm 5/31/18 and 1 saying 10:53 pm on 5/30/18. Called and spoke with an alleged manager "Vinay" who offered a new parfait, no thanks and proceeds to hand the phone off to a very rude, unintelligent man who refused to give his name and that continued on saying he doesnt even work there. The person in the drive thru kept telling me to move forward, move forward. They have two speakers. There was a car at the speaker in front of me. I couldn't move forward. Then after I placed my order, I was instructed to move around the car in front of me and go to the window. What? He was done literally 10 seconds after me. Had I moved in front of him, that would've been wrong and pointless. We both ordered a combo meal. What tops it off for me is though....the delightful, gracious, smiling happy faces that waited around the bend for me. I would give this review zero stars but because of the manager that was on tonight May 24, 2019 at 10:30 pm I will give three stars simply went up to the window and asked for one of their signature burgers but was told by the girl taking the order it was not available I then asked for a minute to look through the menu to see what I would want instead And she was very rude and disrespectful You need to fire the girl that was on tonight! Whoever the owner is I would check to see who was running the window tonight because it is unexceptionable to treat a customer that way but because of the manager that was on it made up for it I visit this McDonald's all the time because I live around the corner and I can't believe how I was treated tonight! Also recommendation if you do not serve the signature menu no more do not have it posted through the drive-through!
