With fast food chains, you have to take reviews with a grain of salt if they're a few months old. I think that staff can be a revolving door so the experience can change drastically based on the current team. I have to say that I have had no issues with this location. As a matter of fact, I've received excellent service and found that the staff go out of their way to make sure you get what you need and accommodate you if they're sold out of something. Seems that the people working here are generally happy to be there and genuinely kind, which is always a plus! I'd like to note that I made orders at this location from evening to early night. I know that time can be a big factor with service and overall experience -cough cough WENDYS cough cough- but, everything has been consistent here! :) read more

Ordered thru the drive thru. Specifically explained the order. I believe it was difficult for the person to understand. It was wrong and terrible. It seems that service is getting worse every place and the quality of the food. read more

Today, in drivethrough, no napkin, no knife, no jelly ( I had asked for 2). Countless times, I either get the wrong order or I don't get what I asked for. Add to that a surly attitude if one has the temerity to ask a question or try to be sure that the attendant has gotten the order right. A few weeks ago, I sat in the drivethrough for 27 minutes one morning!!! I could go on, but it's more of the same..... read more

Average service, fries were hot and fresh alittle too salty but over all satisfactory. Burger looks like someone smooshed and was very dry and lukewarm. Went through the drive thru so can't speak on the inside. read more

Do not order curbside if you have anywhere to be. Multiple times when the drive-thru line did not have a long queue and the inside was not packed, I have waited over 10 minutes for curbside. I may have waited longer each time but went inside. I don't see the advantage of ordering ahead for curbside when service would have been quicker if I walked in and ordered on the spot. read more

Food was not good for any standards and service can be improved too. I know it's McDonald's but this was bad

Ordered drive through pick up for breakfast at 10 am. Got there by 10:18 and sat in the drive thru line of 6 cars for an hour until we made it to the window at 11am, which is when they informed us our orders were cancelled because breakfast was over. Waited an hour in line to get no food. Do not go to this location. read more

It took 25mins for a double quarter pounder with cheese, large fries, and large drink to come out. I patiently waited and watched multiple families order after me and receive their food before me. I had asked multiple different employees wondering when my food was coming out and I just got waved off and told it would be out soon. 20mins later I received it. The service just wasn't reasonable and on top on all that while ordering my food an employee was answering texts ignoring my order and made me repeat myself 3 times. I don't usually send reviews but this was horrible. read more

To make a long story short my experience was horrible being lied on mistreated and also being discriminated against I'm still trying to ball all this up together!! Should no one be treated like that at all. And when I did talk to someone about how I felt and what happened it felt like I was being laughed at in the face. I would never treat anyone the way they treated me at this so so called Golden Arch. And it's more to this story smh. Being discriminated again or not having a voice because of the way you carry yourself like the person Im suppose to be while being pointed at while being laughed at and lied on was very traumatic for me and still is to this very day.... read more

There is a whole lot going on in this place today. For starters, I am still sitting here after 20 minutes of mobile order being placed and no one at the counter, there are three people arguing with one man's at the last 20 minutes about some thing on his iPad. No one is addressing any of the customers there are four customers standing waiting for their food for the last 20 minutes. Order was incorrect, and the best part of our experience today? There was a gentleman standing in the restaurant portion of the McDonald's. And he is belching and burping repeatedly. As I am typing this right now, he walked up just this minute and mopped my shoe and the bottom of my foot so I had to tell him to please stop!!!! Unreal!!!! Not only does it manage or from another location need to come in and do an intervention, I would say a whole new staff needs to be put in place here. Shocking. read more

I rarely post reviews for fast food chains but experience was horrid that I feel like others should know.  I ordered two coffees, a latte, and a hot chocolate on the kiosk. I wasn't sure whether they were taking in-person orders but the kiosk is right there as you walk in, so why not?  I'm about to pick up my order and the employee says that there do not have lattes nor hot chocolates.  I ask about mochas, cappuccinos (and other items on the hot McCafe menu) and they simply say that they only have coffees.  Why couldn't they mark this on the touch screen menu? Okay.  So we ask for a large coffee in lieu of the two non-coffee items but ask what about the $ we already paid for the latte and hot chocolates?  Little did I know this would cause so much distress. They said that they couldn't process refunds for things ordered through the kiosk.  Only when they brought out a manager did they say that I could just pick a replacement item off the menu, which is still really unacceptable given they didn't have any other hot beverages. What an experience.  I was hoping a non-contact kiosk order was safer and faster but boy was I wrong. read more

Took 50 minutes in the drive through just to order a Mcchicken. All of them were in extremely rude. Even to my 90 year old grandmother. On top of all that, my Mcchicken order was wrong, and got charged for a full big mac and a happy meal. Wtf? read more

made the mistake of placing an online order otherwise I would've left this line because I've been sitting here for 14 minutes and I haven't even reached the ordering screen. maybe someday I'll be able to leave this line but it doesn't seem like it, maybe I'll sleep in my car overnight and they'll have my breakfast ready tomorrow morning! read more

Went to the drive-thru and sat there for 30 minutes. One of the cars honked just to see what was going on and then finally a worker spoke in the intercom screaming "honking won't get you your food any faster". Both windows had 2 people working and I am sure 2 more in the kitchen. They charge extra for sauces...I got a large fries and it was literally the size of a small. Very poor service! read more

I ordered inside, 25 minutes later I got my order. My boyfriend asked for ketchup and told me the worker basically threw it at him and he had to pick each individual ketchup packet off the counter and put it into our bag. Okay this place takes FOREVER.. the food is okay- it's McDonalds. Haven't had any problems w the food but make sure you pack a lunch, plenty of water, and full tank of gas for the Drive-thru line. It's ridiculous most times I'm there. LONG wait. I don't know if they're short staffed.. maybe they're slaughtering the animals on the premises.. No idea. What I do know is the wait here, is longer than most McDs.. and consistently longer. If you have some time.. wait. If not, head down Ridge pike. read more

Just so y'all know, out of the 50 1-star reviews this place has, there's always a line inside and outside the restaurant it's fast, convenient and cheap food so if you expect at least 3-star service at a place with a dollar menu, you need to get real people. It's a MCDONALDS. read more

This McDonald's rarely gets the order correct. Today my husband ordered the big breakfast which is suppose to have eggs, but when he got home there are no eggs. Most of the time we check before we leave the window so if it is not right, they can correct the error. A few years ago I was so discussed with the consistent poor service that I called the corporation and complained to them. They informed the owner. I guess we will just have to find another place that is more concerned with the quality of their service. read more

Should be 0 stars. The absolute worst McDonalds I have ever frequented. Employees are not hospitable. There is always something wrong with the orders. I come here mostly for a "quick" happy meal for my kids. The quick is in quotations because the last meal I got was through there drive thru AND it took over 20 minutes!! Is that fast food? The line just doesn't move! SAVE YOURSELF THE AGGRAVATION AND PROBLEMS BY DRIVING AN EXTRA 8 MINUTES TO THE MCDONALDS UP RIDGE. I promise it will be faster and better service and better order accuracy and quality. I try to avoid this location with every fiber in my being. read more

Very unfriendly staff. I feel like i'm pulling their teeth when i order. No "thank you", "have a nice day", "enjoy", or anything of that matter. When i'm waiting in line to order it seems like they are unhappy that you are there. I understand it may not be the most exciting job, but with any customer/client facing role you have to put on a friendly face. Every visit to this location has been poor. UPDATE: Visited the establishment again and the sandwich they gave me was half wrapped so in the bag everything fell apart. Do not order from this establishment read more

This location has recently undergone renovation and it looks great. Unfortunately, the same unruly children are still working behind the counter. The girl says, "Can I help you?" I give my order, but she can't listen to it AND scream at her coworker at the same time. She finishes her shrieking and turns back to me and again asks, "Can I help you?" I give her my order a second time. Another young woman accidentally knocks a small, empty cup onto the floor, then picks it up and PUTS IT BACK for the next person who orders a small drink. I hope you like botulism with your Sprite. The manager needs to go back to Hamburger University or some shit, because their staff is a disgrace. read more

Decent McDonald's. Great location right next to the Summit Park Community, Hours are better than some other McDonald's locations near by, but they're still not great. The inside is pretty clean for a McDonald's, but its certainly not immaculate. Services is kind of on the slow side. It is what it is, McDonald's. I ordered a filet o fish for the second time at this location(8500 Henry ave.) thinking it would be better this go around, but I was WRONG. The sandwich was below room temperature and the fries tasted like leftovers. The look I had on my face you would've thought I was having a stroke. I was extremely dissatisfied once AGAIN. It was at that moment I knew I had F**ked up. That location has given me TRUST issues with all McDonalds everywhere. It should be demolished and used for a parking lot. It doesn't deserve any stars IMO. But it won't post my review unless you give it at least one star.‍ read more
