I don't know why or how but we always end up stopping here on our drive to tallahassee. The service is incredibly slow even at 7 in the morning when no one is there. It is supposed to be FAST FOOD but we ended up waiting around 20-25 minutes for our EASY breakfast order and they butchered it. I order a white chocolate latte and ended up getting straight black coffee. They were out of ketchup (at McDonalds?!) Never again! Also, when we pulled up there were 4 huge bags of trash in the front of the restaurant where you walk in. GROSS! read more

Worst McDonald's service ever! Customer service was rude and impolite. Service took forever. Sat in the drive through for 10 minutes without being helped so I had to park and go in to order. Worker asked who the salad was for and then proceeded to stare down my girlfriend and make her very uncomfortable. read more

This is the absolute worst customer service of any restaurants I have ever had. Profanity over the speaker in the drive thru. The manager did not care. Unresponsive corporate office. It will be a cold day in hell before I ever go back there. read more

I rarely ever have had good service at this McDonald's but today I went there with the intentions of talking to a manager, for something unrelated to my visit. I waited half an hour and still the manager hadn't come to see me as she said she would. Her name was Tanya and she had no respect for the time I had taken to leave my job to come assist her at hers. I was fed up and left as at that point there would be no way for me to fake nice and take care of the business I was there for in the first place. I mean the food is OK but it's not that clean and they don't care what they do. I eat there sometimes but that's when I'm hungry or just feel like I need food. It's not clean and half the time there employees are rude I wouldn't recommend it. read more

I stopped at the Perry McDonald's Friday 5/17/2019 at 7:01 pm for dinner. I ordered a double fillet meal with onions and a medium chocolate shake. The total came out to $12.17, I wanted the shake and not the soda, but already had my card inserted so a dollar wouldn't end my day badly. (order #84, survey code 03084-02840-51719-19012-30121-7) I received a double fillet, but it was on a toasted not steamed bun and had no onions. I went back to the counter, the crew member called back a remake but the manager interrupted and said the steamer was broken. I said shouldn't you have let me know that when I ordered, and there are no onions, but she turned her back and walked into the drive through area, the crew member handed me back the box with the incorrectly prepared sandwich and shrugged her shoulders. There was no apology or offer to make anything right. A toasted bun caramelizes the sugar and changes the entire taste of the sandwich, I threw part of the bread away but it still had that wrong taste. The crew knew many regulars by name, and the focus was on the drive through, apparently the traveling/occasional customer means nothing to that manager? I can assure you I will never stop at that McDonald's again, and since this appears to be a part of the Tallahassee group will avoid those as well. Check Yelp and Google for this same review, there are to many places to spend $12 for a meal to put up with bad product and an attitude. read more

This is a really nice newer McDonalds on Hwy 27 in Perry. The cashier was very friendly and a staff member brought our order over to us when we didn't hear our name being called. Food was good and the restaurant was clean. We were there for breakfast. Recommended! read more

During my 20 minute wait as the ONLY car in the drive thru I decided to read Yelp to kill some time. Every review is spot on. This place is TERRIBLE. I will never go back, we live in Perry, but this the worse service, they can never get it right on a simple order of plain! plain is plain no other words for it! They read it back to me and I even ask if it was plain, yes was the answer, they don't car. read more

Stopped there 10/5/15, don't go here. Messed up orders, total confusion, long wait times when you are the only one there. Lawn not mowed for at least a month. Tall weeds abound, hedges not trimmed. This McDonalds should be decommissioned. read more
