First things first: If you are traveling South on I-75, don't go to this location unless you want to travel 3 miles away from the interstate. Drive the extra mile or 2 to the next exit on the interstate. That McDonald's is located right off the exit. We were traveling to Florida, and the extra miles off the interstate did not sit well with me, but I digress. We decided to have breakfast here after being on the road for a couple of hours. There were no workers at the front, so we ordered from the kiosk. We ordered the Hotcakes & Sausage, Bacon Biscuit meal, Sausage Biscuit meal, and a Sausage and Egg Biscuit meal. They were out of orange juice, so we ordered sweet tea and a Hi-C. We paid for our food at the kiosk, sat at a table, and waited. After about 20 minutes, I thought that maybe our order didn't go through. Just as my husband was going to check, one of the workers brought our food over to us. Good points: The restaurant was clean. The service was good. The taste of the food was good. Bad points: No workers in the front. There really should be workers in the front. Not everyone wants to use the kiosk. The service was a little slow, and they forgot to give my husband a fork, and condiments for his Hotcakes. The portion size of the food was very small. The Hi-C tasted watery. Observations: I noticed that the problem with this location during the time we were there was the front of the house. The back of the house prepared the food in an orderly manner, but the front of the house had a hard time executing the orders. An irate gentleman came inside to state that he had been waiting for his curbside order for a long time, only to find out that it had been sitting on the counter inside the entire time. Before the gentleman came in, I heard the manager tell her team to get the curbside orders out, but no one did. Only when the irate customer came in did the front-line staff start to get the curbside orders out. This location has the potential to be better, but the manager has to step it up to make sure her staff executes the orders correctly and get them to the customers in a timely manner. read more

Food was good. Only one of the kiosks was working, out of the four. We got our food, even with extra nuggets. We were backing out of the parking lot, when a black car parked across the lot sped out of its parking spot and hit us, as we were backing out and about to put ourselves in drive. The black car was infact a worker! And then instead of pulling over, like normal people do when you get hit, they sped off! A McDonalds worker. Burger patties looked they were left over from the day before, for the 15 minutes I was there I heard the N word 10 to 15 times coming out the kitchen! The lady that brought me my food had a disgusting look on her face my French fries were all over the tray and when I asked about my drink cup you would of thought I gut punched her by the look on her face and the way she grunted! read more

Absolutely terrible. Service is always painfully slow and they will get your order wrong about 80% of the time. Theres always at least one item missing from my order. Hands down the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. read more

This is one of the worst McDonald's to go to. You can guarantee yourself that you will be relegated to extremely long wait times in the drive through, impatient staff when relaying your order, and the perception that you are burdening the staff by ordering food. I'm a grandmother from Illinois visiting my grandsons. The four year old wanted a Oreo McFlurry from McDonald's. I called first because earlier last week they said the ice cream machine was down and not working, so I called first to make sure it was working this time so we wouldn't have to make a trip to somewhere else, however when I called all I got was a fax machine noise, no one even switched the fax off to answer the phone. I'm retired now but I've worked in business and management for almost 36 years and this is very poor management not to have anyone there to answer phone calls when customers need to ask a questions! We went to the one on Perry Parkway. We went there ordered and paid $3.20 for this sorry amount of a Oreo McFlurry shown in this picture. There was barely a 1/4 of cup of ice cream in the cup. Will not be going back there just to disappoint our grandson again. read more

Drive through line was super long so I ordered inside - BIG MISTAKE. I ordered on the kiosk since I could tell they were busy and after 20 minutes of standing at the counter I had to ask someone where the food was. They had tapped our order off the screen and no one had ever brought it out. Then they couldn't find the ticket and I had to re order like 5 times since they couldn't find it. I tried to be patient since I know places are understaffed, but they just didn't have staff focusing on their area. Once the manager came out and started whipping them into shape it was a lot smoother. She was getting things done! read more

I was actually told in the Drive through that I can stop being a smart ass and that I can get out of her line far as she cared. She then said "Go ahead and tell my manager, she dont care". Stopped off last weekend to get some Egg McMuffin's to have leftovers for breakfast during the week. Muffins were burned beyond eating them (the eggs inside were okay, at least, so not a total loss). You might think that now that they don't have any customers in the dining area to deal with while the virus panic is playing out they'd be able to do a better job of fixing food (correctly) for the carryout orders. Worst McDonalds I've ever been to. Most incompetent employees I've ever seen. Most of them just stand there with dumb looks on their faces. Now the veeeery few who do anything are fine yeah, but there are like only two of those. It always takes forever for me to get whatever I ordered. It's a fast food restaurant! It shouldn't take me 40min(yes 40 I counted) to get a coffee. I might as well go to an actually restaurant then. Even when there is no one else in the restaurant, it still took 30min for me to get a simple coffee. They just stood there!
