Recently they've started selling some food at Stay Wild in Pemberton as well, which is convenient if I can't make it to the industrial. The accompaniments on each sandwich are perfectly curated to create a symphony of flavors and textures, and it was the perfect serving size to leave us feeling full but not stuffed for our subsequent Nordic ski adventures. In addition to an impeccable breakfast sandwich, the vibe at Forecast is instantly cozy and welcoming, with high ceilings, tons of seating, and airy wood and plant decor. They offer bags of their freshly roasted coffee for purchase as well (when we purchased one, the printed date showed us it was roasted just 3 days prior!!). This was so delicious!  For pastries we enjoyed the sourdough sticky bun with walnuts and berries as well as the pecan cinnamon bun. The frosting they give you is to die for too! We also enjoyed their sourdough loaves and pizza dough. We enjoyed this place so much we went back 4 times during our trip!  The staff was super helpful in figuring out what type of bread we like and asked great questions. The shop is quaint and there isn't a lot of room inside, but there is some seating outside around Creekside Village.

The sticky bun is probably great for people who love a bit of sourness in their baked goods. I just want a regular sticky bun which is softer and like a cloud. This version is not.
