How can you order 2 plain burgers. Literally meat and bread and get parked for over 10 minutes? No matter what time you arrive at this location, it's the absolute worst service ever. How can you never have fast food prepared fast here? This isn't a big city, every drive thru parking slot is full of people waiting. If I was the GM I'd be training or firing everyone here. went threw the drive thru, against my better judgement based on previous experiences. There were 9 cars pulled in front of me, and I was at the window. The gentleman handed me my food and one drink and said he would need to pull me for my additional drink. WILD. I stayed at the window and he eventually handed me my drink. I got home and I didn't even have my complete order. previously, a week or two ago, i went through the drive thru, been pulled, someone brought out half my food and said theyd be back with the rest. 15 minutes later they came back and handed me some food that wasn't mine. they took the food back and ten minutes later didn't come back so I went in the store and there was a manager cussing at another manager, tons of wrong orders, people goofing off in the back. an absolute mess. I walked in to place my order and a female "manager" was standing at the counter and didn't say a word to me. I said hello to her and still not a word was uttered. A young man who may have been in training stepped to the register and the "manager" punched some numbers on the cash register and walked away with a scowl on her face and proceeded to speak rudely to the crew in the back. I bought food Friday. 2 Big Macs, 2 Med fry, 1 Large Fry, 3 med Shamrock Shakes, 1 small Shamrock Shake and 2 Happy Meals. I haven't been to McDonald's in a long time and after this time, I doubt I'll go again. $53.95!!! That was ridiculous! I had to ask them to repeat it because I didn't think I heard him right. The shakes that were Med are now in Small soda cups, one Big Mac patty was cooked so hard It literally broke in half and the cold rubbery fries couldn't be eaten. Sunday morning around 9, three customers including myself, small staff and service was slow. Finally made our order and I went over to get napkins, ketchup Etc. I had noticed that the floors were somewhat dirty but a lady was sweeping so I felt they were on top of it, next I was at the straw, drink and condiments dispenser!!!!! The area was a mess and both ketchup pumps were caked over with black dried up ketchup, I would guess they hadn't been turned out and cleaned in at least a month!!! GERMS GERMS and Bacteria galore... The whole time we were there the lady continued sweeping when a good hot soapy mopping was really needed. So I ordered a mango smoothie and they gave me a broken cup, which spilled all over my pants when I left.

They are listed as accepting the mobile app but they have lots of problems with it according to my conversation with the manager today. I ordered a coffee using rewards points, gave my mobile order code and was told my payment didn't go through so I'd need to pay. I responded that I'd used rewards points. Employee responded that nothing they could do. I called the store and was appalled that the manager responded the same. I use this app in many locations and I've never had a problem. read more

Went here about a week ago ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese meal and a happy meal for my son. Food was great people were nice but when I realized I only had one Patty and one slice of cheese on my double quarter pounder Naturally I called back and inform them of the mess up/mixup. Sandy the manager Told me don't worry about it we will take care of it next time you stop in. So here I am seven days later finally had a hankering for McDonald's again and she still remembered me and took care of my order. Customer service is not dead at McDonald's! read more

The new store is an abomination. Even with two drive up ordering stations the cars are backed up 7 or 8 deep in both lines. Stopping for an ice tea took almost 15 minutes. Inside isn't much better. There was no line at the register but it still took 5 minutes to get 2 egg mcmuffins during breakfast hours. The store is dirty on top of everything and decorated in ugly colors. read more

The new store, while pretty, lacks a lot. The new digital menu doesn't even have everything listed and changes randomly while you're reading it. Even the employees have said they think it's stupid. When you ask the employees if they have something specific or what the price is they don't know and they look at the menu and can't find it either. The new double drive thru turns into two full lines blocking the entire parking lot. They don't go every other one. More like 4 to 1 which is completely ridiculous. One day I was the third car on the inner side and 10 cars went through the outer line before the inner line ever moved! It's one of the busiest places in town and it's a mess. Weird that some stores refuse to provide sweet tea in a styrofoam cup, if you order it as a half cut. Is there something special about all that sugar and styrofoam reacting together? Likely, it is some stupid management directive to save a penny, while alienating a customer. Dumb rule. Also, don't ask for soda in styrofoam. They won't do it. But, if you order at the counter, ask for sweet tea, then take your styrofoam cup and put whatever you want in it. Does anyone in McDonald's management see the stupidity of not giving customers a choice? read more

All the McDonald stores I've been to, have Strawberry Sweet Tea. This new store is not stocking it. I thought when the first opened it was just temporarily not in, but today I find out that this store will not offer it. That lost my business. Secondly, and maybe more important, if you want to dine in, park over in the parking lot of the grocery store. If you park in the McDonald's lot, you might not get out anytime soon. The hours on the window say the lobby is open till 12am Friday and Saturday, and open till 11pm Sunday and thru the week. It's Saturday night, 10:49pm and I try to go in to order food, doors are locked. So, I go thru the drive thru and ask the guy taking my order if he realizes this, and he tells me "uh yeah, but we usually lock our doors around 11." What?! I myself have worked at Panda Express and we would get in MAJOR trouble locking the doors 5 minutes before close! Absolutely ridiculous. read more

It's about what you would expect from a McDonald's. Nice indoor decoration though. Sometimes the fries can be cold or the order wrong.
