Wasabi - Harmony Set - tasty!!

Food: pre-packed sushi. I got the Harmony set which had (18 pieces of various salmon, cucumber,…read moreavocado, etc). They have some hot rice bowl items but I didn't look at them. Price: £10.00 for the Harmony Set. Good deal! I had really low expectations, so I was very pleasantly surprised. The food was fresh and the sushi rice was good. The package comes with soy sauce and wasabi and there are free packets with fresh ginger which was good. We wanted something fresh, quick and a place to sit and rest with A/C and a bathroom. This met all criteria. They have seating by the front door, but also a huge seating area upstairs with one toilet. Service: wasn't very friendly, but this is a heavily tourist street so they are probably always annoyed. I wouldn't definitely recommend and eat here again in a pinch.

Quality/Quantity - The food alone, for being fast casual, is considered 5 stars…read more Good choices and in stock conditions. I just wanted a healthy snack and felt I overbought. Chicken Katsu Dragon roll - good, slightly spicy. Spicy Salmon hand roll - the pickled cabbage surprised and impressed me. I am not a big cabbage fan, but this was good! Veggie bento box - this was the HIT. I typically do not buy a veggie dish. This dish was 6 stars for me; it blew my mind. Good proportions, good flavors, fresh, etc! I would buy this again, especially knowing that it is a healthy choice. Atmosphere - Clean, bright, cool, and crisp decor as well as organized and fast casual restaurant. Open 7 days a week from 10:30am to 9:30pm or 10pm or 10:30pm or 11pm - see Yelp. Why so many different closing times? Can I suggest no more than 2 different closing times to make it easier for your customers? 2 stories, bathroom on both floors, you need a code to use. I think I was supposed to shred or burn the fine print code they handed me after use... Service - Just ok. Sadly, I felt that because they cater to so many tourists and don't expect repeat customers, the service reflected that. It was not bad, but not good service. I had to ask for utensils and napkins. Lastly, he hesitated giving me the bathroom code as I like to wash my hands before eating, see above comment. And bathrooms tell a lot about a business. What looks like self service checkouts are not (see picture). It is full service, they just have monitors on the customer side also. Price - Approximately 20 pounds. I felt reasonably priced for what I got. Owner Comment - Congrats on your success. FYI, are you having issues with your website as some of your links did not seem to work?
