While good, as a matter of personal taste we were not as excited by this dish. The fish was served skin on, so that was a strong flavor. My husband's filet had a thick layer of dark meat, also a strong fish flavor. The filets were thin, so once we removed the skin and dark meat there wasn't a lot left and it was on the dry side. For dessert, I had the cherry tart and my husband had cheesecake. I asked the server to describe the tart. She looked at me oddly and replied, "It is a cherry tart." It turned out to be more of an almond tart with three small cherries on top. The crust was difficult to cut through. The dishes were beautifully presented and some things are a matter of taste. The cruise was wonderful and the best part of the meal came at the start. Order a bit carefully. Ask questions. But, all in all a lovely evening.
