If they ask you to pull over to the door to wait for the rest of your order do not do it. You may have to wait 10 minutes or more like I did. Seriously!! I pulled into the drive-thru, was told to wait a sec, then proceeded to watch at least 5 cars go ahead in the other drive-thru lane. I finally pulled forward, sat behind all the cars that had ordered. At each window, no one came to ask if I had an order to pay for, or if I needed anything. I literally sat in the drive-thru for 20+ minutes and never had contact with anyone other than the original person that told me to give them a sec. Just tell me you're having an issue with that service station and tell me to pull around, why have me sit and wait for nothing. Horrible customer service!! This location often gets our order wrong. Probably 2/3s of them times we place a mobile order or go through the drive through something is screwed up. Tonight, I ordered a custom double cheese burger for my son and I got a ... crispy chicken instead! Surprise! It's like the worker didn't even check the ticket. Positive thing about this place is it's fast service and convenient location. Recently, I ate inside and noticed ants piled up on a piece of bread by the booths.. let the manager know and she acknowledged it. After that, I sat and ate at the cleanest booth I could find, most were really dirty. The whole time I was there, roughly 30 minutes, no one came to clean it up. It was past the lunch rush, so they did have time. Ruined my appetite completely. I suggest not going here. read more

I am about done going to this location I get off work at about 10 and I go to McDonald's on orchard and at first I loved this place in the mornings I have no issues there's a very polite female who greats everyone and is very kind but at night they seem to be closed I'm only 16 but I'm not delusional at first everywhere had said they closed at 12 so I had gone at 11 one night and somehow their closed I go today at 10:30 and again their closed but now their hours I don't even know if it's lack of doing the work but I would never do this s**t but as a said there is one extremely nice woman who does an amazing job I wish I could give 0 stars I'm being for real read more

I was not a fan of this McDonald's, I enjoy the food but it is more often that my order is incorrect or I'm missing items. Usually the people behind the counter are nice and exchange everything, but there are other times I utilize the park and pick up, and it's more than often with that I'm missing things or I get the wrong order. The wait is way too long. Make sure to check your order because they have giving us the wrong ones in the past. We just went today..the coffee was burnt and they forgot to give us napkins. Customer service was great! I went here because I'm addicted to their strawberry banana smoothies. Long story short they gave me an extra smoothie for my wait. I didn't think my wait was long at all but I was really happy to get 2 smoothies and I thought the gesture was really nice. read more

I like this McDonald's because the location is nearby my regular route, but 50% of the time my order is wrong. They'll forget hash browns and switch up what type of burger I order constantly. I honestly can't remember the last time I got everything I ordered. The wait is always long and they don't use the double speakers for orders well at all. The last time I was there, there was at least four cars that came after me at the other speaker that got their order taken before me. I finally had to pull up to the window because it didn't seem like my order was going to get taken at the speaker. This happens regularly. I'm also always having to pull into a parking spot and wait for something... especially fries! Not too bad overall being a typical McDonalds. The location is convenient if you live in western Montgomery or near Oswego junction. The service has been good four out of the five times that I have gone there. The inside of the restaurant is clean and well updated. The workers are typically friendly despite frantically filling orders for the drive-thru. It is obvious that the drive-thru now caters towards people getting caffine beverages quickly in the morning. If you have a regular breakfast order they might have you pull up and wait. read more

This place is ridiculous. We pulled into the drive thru at 10:55 and they told us they were closed. We then had to wait 10 minutes in the drive thru line because they couldn't feed the people in front us and they were stuck too. If you like wasting your time and not having any food to show for it, come on thru!! Put a cone in front of your drive thru if you want to close early. But don't make customers wait in the drive thru with no hope of food. This happened twice in one week. The first time I thought it was a one time occurrence. But apparently they suck all the time.
