I've never experienced this in all of my life. Ordered through the official Taco Bell app and it was a very small order because I had to eat something quick while working and thankfully I check my orders and didn't eat any but I found snot in my sour cream. After a long day, my boyfriend and I stopped in the drive thru at this location around 10 pm and ordered a party pack of tacos since we were hungry. Service was decent. Nothing wowed me, nothing to complain about. Wasn't too terribly long of a wait. When we got home and opened the party pack, there was a note in the box saying "Gay" First of all, this is obnoxiously rude, uncalled for, and disgustingly unprofessional. HaThe store is ran ridiculously. Manager charged me incorrectly on purpose then began to argue with me and wouldn't give me her name. I should have called the police cause she is charging customers the wrong amount but I was so annoyed so I left. She laughed and told me she owned the store. It was a tall black lady about 6'3 with braids about 200 pounds the same body size as my husband. She refused to give me her name, so I can only describe her physical appearance. If I could give negative stars, I would. I placed an online order for 4 party packs for a grad party at 8:30am. Pick up time for 2:30pm. When we went to pick up the tacos, the RUDE manager told us she threw the tacos away because we placed the order at 8:30 so that's when she made the tacos. My order clearly stated the pick up time was 2:30pm. We were cussed at and then told "it's not my f-in problem". Multiple times I have been here later at night or on a night out & have had my order completely mixed up as if I'm being served someone else's order via the drive thru. This location has really gone down hill. It was great a few years ago but I officially have to cut ties with coming here. Food takes forever and you can tell it's not prepared with love, only hate. I've always been very respectful and forgiving even though they've gotten our orders wrong time and time again. After reading other reviews, I'm starting to think that the people working there are punking all of us and seeing what they can get away from. This past weekend was the last straw. After placing and online order and trying to pick up in the drive thru, I was told that they were closed. I asked what about my online order and they directed me to park on the other side of the building and they'd start my food. It was about 20 minutes of waiting for my food and watching other customers getting frustrated as well. So if they were closed, why were they able to make my food? Bottom Line, go to another location. Yorkville location has always been extremely nice, it's just a bit further for us. read more

Normally I don't eat this type of shi*y food but at my son's request, I decided to stop at this location and get a bunch of assorted burritos. I came to the drive thru at 8:45 PM and since I can not tell the difference in burritos from the same paper wraps, I tried to place 2 orders bagged separately which they refused. I was told they could give me extra bags to separate and bag the food myself, there were no other cars ahead or behind at the time. I asked why and I was told, they don't make the rules and that if I wanted the food bagged separately I had to do it myself so I just paid for my son's food and went somewhere else for more, never again will I spend any of my money at this location with some of the worst fast food employees anywhere. This was the last location I still went to, but no more. They've replaced the entire management team and staff with what seems to be worse than any team I've ever encountered in any fast food place. It's as though not a single person had any form of training or manners. It was around 11:10 we ordered a burrito, Crunchwrap, a cheesy roll up and a chalupa with no tomatoes, no sc. They asked us to pull forward, there were already five cars in front of us though waiting so there was no where to go. Finally we were able to move up. We then waited until MIDNIGHT to receive our food. No apology for the wait, just attitude as the young gentleman was yelling back in at his coworker. And the cherry on top, or should I say tomatoes, was the damn tomatoes i said none of because I'm allergic. We didn't even waste our time to get a correction. Do not go to this location in the evening because they close whenever they feel like it. I've tried going several hours before close(according to their new hours posted) and they weren't open.
