Snot in Reduced-Fat Sour Cream

I've never experienced this in all of my life. Ordered through the official Taco Bell app and it was a very small order because I had to eat something quick while working and thankfully I check my orders and didn't eat any but I found snot in my sour cream. When I brought it back in the girl behind the counter didn't even begin to deny it and refused to refund me for starters stating that "The app and store are separate" and wouldn't give me anything. I wanted to review this location as a warning for everyone while I explore other options and remember to check your food.

Party Pack with a surprise note from a late night associate.
Rachel D.

Let me start off by saying I love Taco Bell. Its fantastic late night food and fairly reasonable. After a long day, my boyfriend and I stopped in the drive thru at this location around 10 pm and ordered a party pack of tacos since we were hungry. Service was decent. Nothing wowed me, nothing to complain about. Wasn't too terribly long of a wait. When we got home and opened the party pack, there was a note in the box saying "Gay" First of all, this is obnoxiously rude, uncalled for, and disgustingly unprofessional. Second, we did absolutely nothing to deserve this. We were kind and patient. Third, this is offensive on so many levels. Rethink and seriously reevaluate your night time associates. This is not funny. This is not a joke. This humor is grotesque.

Took 15 minutes in the drive through at 8:00pm on a Saturday night. There was only one person in front of me. Terrible for "fast" food!

I think that Mexican restos have the same unfortunate reality as Chinese and many Indian joints:…read moreThe worse the curb appeal, the better the food. Although it is prolly apocryphal, it is said Toulouse-Lautrec commented much the same about French restaurants. There is a sizable Latino population in our neck of the woods, thus there are many Mexican places to eat. MiRancho here falls under the category of my opening statement. It's (way) off the beaten path, and definitely not picturesque. But I have had too many good meals in places that aren't exactly the ritz, so I had to try MiRancho. The Yelps were encouraging. I was ordering from the menu board, then I saw a small sign announcing a "buffet". I asked the nice fellow behind the counter and he said it was on. Well. It was, again, not pretty, but the quality of what was on/in it was top-notch. Lotsa meats, all totally yum. Three soups, including a great Pozole. Proper garnishes and side dishes. The throw from the soft drink bubbler was excellent. Even from the buffet, everything tasted vibrant and fresh--Might be the best Mex food I've had in this area. At the right price, too. In the end, it was very "home-like" and I took the simple, yet clean surroundings as a statement of "We're about the food 100% here". A true "off-the path" gem!

I love to keep on getting their Asada and Chorizo tacos and Horchata the most. I think I need to try all the tacos! It's a great local Mexican restaurant and I love to keep supporting it. I have ZERO PROBLEMS with this place! The service is spot on, the staff is kind, the food is great, and I highly recommend!

The restaurant was clean, quiet, the bathrooms were clean, the cashier so sweet and patient--I couldn't ask for more! We ordered a asada burrito dinner, a chorizo burrito, and a large horchata to split. We were given a basket of chips and a delicious salsa that had flavor, but wasn't too spicy! The burritos were generously filled and had avocado! That's not something I see everywhere. The beans were a great consistency, the rice was soft and flavorful, and the horchata was top notch! It had a unique flavor, too, and wasn't watery. The cup also wasn't overfilled with ice! While we were patiently waiting for the burritos, we fell victim to the slideshow and decided we just had to try a gordita lol. It was SO good, but the portions were so filling we had to take the rest of the gordita and part of a burrito with. The tomatillo sauce was perfect and the red sauce had quite a kick to it, but not enough that it was painful. The food didn't NEED any extra sauce, but I like to try them, anyways! I wished I lived in this area so I could eat more gorditas, but I will definitely stop here again if I am around! If you're lucky enough to live in the area, please do support this sweet business!

Run...don't walk to get the Chicken Taco Dorados!!…read more Called and the person that took my order was very pleasant and concise. She read back my order to verify accuracy. So far so good. The food....holy cow! We ordered pick up and the food was nice and warm and tasted very fresh. When my husband went in to pick up the food he said the restaurant was very clean. Upon suggestion, I ordered a combo with a bean tostada, 2 chicken taco dorados, 2 shredded beef taco dorados with rice and beans. OMG!! The tacos reminded me of the little"street tacos" my Mom used to make. Took me right back to when I was a kid. I was always told you could tell a Mexican restaurant was good by their beans ergo this restaurant is Awesome! My bean tostada was delicious and the rice and beans that came with the combo perfectly complimented the meal. Great service, great food for a great price. We will definitely be back.

First off this place moved. Whoever is there now is much better- go there!…read more We ordered two taco dinners, nachos, and a chicken quesadilla. The quesadilla was such a mess I initially thought they forgot to make us one. See pictures.. it was just.. a mess. And that picture was right after we opened it. It was just like that. The tacos, rice, and beans were good. Nachos were ok but soggy but this was take out so nachos do that. Im most upset about the quesadilla. How do you mess that up? Plus it was my kids food so I had to make something else- the whole reason we ordered was to give me a break from cooking. So much for that. This is a 'you get what you pay for' kinda place. It was less expensive and we paid for it in the end. 5 out of 10 would Not recommend!
