This McDonald's has their stuff together atleast never really waiting that long for fresh food

Eek! This location has some pretty bad reviews, but my experience for breakfast has always been really good. The line moves quickly, the food is fresh, and the staff is remarkably friendly and upbeat. I'd say the morning crew runs like a well-oiled machine. I often go for the breakfast burritos, but sometimes I'll splurge on a Steak, Egg & Cheese Bagel. Certainly fills you up. I do recall a bad experience during a late night stop here. Therefore, I feel more confident sticking to mornings. read more

The absolute worst McDonald's I have ever been to. They promote young teenagers to management that have their low life gang boyfriends and friends hang out as they work. The owner does not follow Corporate rules, lets workers try to bully customers and their drive thru is a joke. Fast is not in their vocabulary. read more

They take forever when it's late night. I wait like 20 minutes for the car in front of me to be served usually. They really don't value service when its past midnight. I don't see the point of keeping this location open when the one on goldenrod is only 10 minutes more of a drive and would serve me within 5 minutes of ordering. Needs work. I wish I had taken a picture before I went to ask for a refund... the burger was not cooked! Not to mention when I ordered a deluxe which comes with tomato and onion, the girl at the counter told me it doesn't come with tomatoes or onions. I pointed to the sign behind her with the picture of the item and she said, no that's mayonnaise. lol then I was told I shouldn't have been able to order that because they're out of both so it came out as a regular quarter pounder. When I asked for a refund for the difference they were confused why I would need a refund. I ordered something more expensive and you gave me the cheaper option. It's not an unreasonable ask. They are out of buns as well so most burgers showed out of stock and unorderable ... needless to say I saved myself about 1200 calories today. Thanks McDonald's! read more

This particular McDonald's is ... not great. I've lived over here for about 2 years and in those 2 years, every single time I've come here (multiple times) the employees are not friendly, and the wait is long. Whether there is 10 cars in the drive thru or 2, it still always manages to have the longest wait out of any McDonald's or drive thru in general that I've ever experienced. In their defense, they have never messed up my order. Seems like maybe they need new management to come in and get this place running as efficiently as you would expect a McDonald's to. read more

This might be the worst McDonald's I've been to, and my expectations aren't that high for fast food. I usually come here because it's the closest one near me, and every single time I do I'm waiting in the drive-thru for 30-60 minutes -- even if there's not many cars in the line. Sometimes I'd try to order (around 10-11PM) and no one would answer the intercom. The food is also extremely inconsistent; it's impossible to get both crispy fries AND nuggets, at least one of them is always soggy. The only reason why I'm giving this 2 stars is because on rare occasions, both the fries and nuggets are fresh, and it's so good when it actually happens. read more

This has to be the biggest fail McDonalds in Orlando. You can expect that something will always be broken or they will be out of entire categories of food. No sodas. No burgers. No fríes. What kind of McDonalds can have no fries? And truly the worst part is that they make you wait in a lengthy line just to tell you all this disappointing news when you're finally up to order. This McDonald's is the worse in all states. I try to give them the benefit of the doubt every time I come here and it's the absolute worse every time. Nothing but kids that are unsupervised every time I come inside or go through drive thru. Right now I'm inside waiting for my meal while the staff is all playing around by the register, food, and in front the door waiting to see if a fight is going to start with somebody outside. Ok so even though McDonald's is the worst place to go for fast food it's really good. It's so go that it's so bad for you!! Man oh man!!! I can't never get enough of the fries!!! Especially when they just come out of the fryer!!! Hot without salt soft and mushy on the inside and golden brown on the outside. Beautiful color and eventually cooked to perfection!! And I am one for the fileto fish meal!! Flaky on the inside aldo golden brown on the outside topped with tartar sauce tucked in between 2 soft pillowy buns. That my favorite lunch meal. They also have other burgers, shakes, pies for dessert, fountain drinks, etc... Although, I don't recommend always eating here maybe every so often is fine. Enjoy read more

The only thing I ever come here for is French fries and once in a blue moon for breakfast. It's a McDonald's. I have never had a bad time with the fries. Fresh, hot, and good. The breakfast is typical and fast. The double drive-thru seems to confuse people. However, they are pretty normal now, so I'm not sure why people seem to still be confused. read more

I visited here recently, and my experience was way worse than "old bread". I drove into the drive through, and waited a while, then decided it was taking too long. I exited the drive through, and went inside. I walked up to the counter to order, but everyone was running around and so no one served me. I waited, then tried going over to the kiosk, struggled with that, and returned to the counter a couple times, then finished ordering on the kiosk. It didn't give me a receipt. I flagged down a manager who was busy, and asked for her to print a receipt. She did, and then I took a seat. A staff member brought me my food, and I open up a wrapper to see a burger with a slimy black thing coming from inside the bun. It was gross. (To this moment, I still don't know what it was. Another employee guessed it was from the grill.) I brought that burger to the same manager who... simply agreed that it was gross. She dashed off to tell a cook to make another cheeseburger for me. I went back to my seat, and another employee brought me another one. The other two burgers that I had seemed like they'd been sitting around for a while. They didn't taste great. I had also ordered a Minute Maid slushie, which I couldn't enjoy because it kept giving me brain freeze. (I know this is not a big deal or really their fault, but it added to my misery.) The sundae I got was messy, not made too well. It seemed like all my food was made by new people, or people that don't care. I really, *really* despise this location. read more

Me and my girl friend come to eat here several times a week for about a year. They have gotten out order correct maybe 2 times. Today we had to go back in line again because they made out order incorrect again. Then when I got it it looked fine. But when I get home my quarter pounder was not cooked all the way pink in the middle. I have never had this many problems at McDonald's in my life. It seems that the people there don't care. When I went Inside the cooks were fooling around and throwing food around like it was garbage or they were mad at the food. If you don't want to work in the fast food industry don't. Went inside around 830 pm, inside had no customers, drive thru had maybe 2 cars (meaning the store wasnt busy at all) ordered my food, waited over 35 minutes and still didnt receive my food. While I waited I watched 99% of the employees on their phones, talking to their friends, hanging out in the dining area Most unprofessional staff ive ever seen, it looked like the high school cafeteria with everyone just hanging out doing absolutely no work, just hanging out talking on their phones. After waiting 35 minutes for 2 cheeseburgers I walked out and will never be returning to this location. If i was a manager there overlooking that staff id be absolutely embarrassed, whoever runs this location needs to get an entire new staff and an entire new training method. I watched employees get up from the dining area go to the back, make themself a couple burgers, then go back to the dining area, eat there food, then hangout and I still was there waiting lol literally no one in the restaurant waiting for food except for me and they still didnt have my food ready for over 35 minutes. After a bad experience, I returned today with a guest to eat lunch. Our 2 separate orders were perfect. In fact, before I ordered I waited before I ordered to see how the employees were conducting their stations and I was impressed how Ailene the manager had the store running smoothly as she over looked orders. I proceeded to order my meal of Double Quarter Pounder with Lettuce minus mustard and pickles. The Cashier Yslied (apology if I misspelled it) welcomed us verbally and with a smile. She helped with our orders making sure we were satisfied. This team ran this restaurant efficiently and smoothly. This is what any business should offer all customers. McDonalds should throw in the towel. Besides the food being terrible and expensive, the employees can never get it right. This mcdonalds has consistently failed to provide adequate service! Missing items, incorrect orders and long waits in the drive-thru. The management isn't courteous and the reviews aren't taken seriously. I'm not surprised the franchise owner won't turn this establish around. If it's burger you want, get five guys! If it's chicken, pick up chick-fil-a. I went to this McDonalds today and the quality of the people are hit and miss. There was a special for McMuffins i asked very specifically was the McMuffin inclusive to the bacon,egg, cheese she stated yes. I tried asking her the question again in another manner to be sure I heard her since her voice was so faint. She stated the same again. I got the wrong sandwiches EGG MCMUFFIN NO MEAT. They took and observed my receipt and wanted me to give them more money for the exchange. I told them no because I tried very hard to communicate what I wanted and inquired of the price. Since the line was horribly long they called the manager but then said that's ok and just switched and gave me a different bag well it was not what I ordered it was a DRIED OUT BISCUIT EGG AND CHEESE NOT A MCMUFFIN!!!! They obviously left the sandwich on the serving line WAY past the expected time. I know people are hungry in this world an i really shouldnt complain. But I paid for my food and don't expect to receive stale food. I also expect them to follow their guidelines as to when food has been sitting to long. which would have changed the entire order to a positive. I decided they will only get my business 3 times per year. I will either cook or go to SWEET MAMAS. On another occasion I received pancakes and no syrup, no buttor for my grandson who is a cancer survivor and he loves McDonalds pancakes! I called them to complain they wrote my information down and said they would send me a compensation in the mail, I live down the street. I NEVER RECEIVED MY COUPONS. Finally, I see so many hispanic and whites employed my son who is African American and professional when it comes to good customer service. He has tried so many times for 3 years since they opened to get a job there but the female manager (white) refuses to acknowledge his desire to be employed.
