Well I was expecting long and slow service since it was lunch time, but today's experience was awesome! My sweets got a mcdouble which had a bun torn in almost clear in half. Both our burgers looked stepped on as well. Lose 2 stars right off the bat for something that looks like Burger King! Typically McDonald's has engineered thee perfect hot crisp fry. This is the only location that I've ever had bland fries. The burger patty was also not salted. They mixed up our drink order to top it all off as well. Though the ripped bun was hilarious, this definitely is my least fav McD's & there are other fast food options around. p.s. Didn't want to write a bad review since the two ladies running the drive thru were very nice but my Iced Caffe Latte was awful. It was all milk, no espresso. It was legit like drinking a glass of iced milk through a straw. I got a VERY slight occasional coffee taste in the back of the throat but that was it. I'll stick with Starbucks when it comes to coffee. It's just that this McDonald's was right across the street from where I was. read more

If you want to find the worst McDonald's, this is it. Bad service, slow service. The drive thru is a joke. They're always out of stock and always running behind. This is the absolute WORST McDonald's I've ever gone to. IF I COULD GOVE ZERO STARS I WOULD. We placed a mobile order and they NEVER gave us our food. And what's worse instead of helping us when we showed them the order on the app they said they would talk to their manager and NEVER CAME BACK. After waiting for OVER AN HOUR and trying to show them the order we left. We called to see them if we could speak to someone about a refund because they completely ignored us in store, the phone rang forever and when they finally answered they said they couldn't help with mobile order refunds, they said to call a 1800 number for help with a refund and that they don't do refunds for mobile orders. Dirty dirty dirty. I never eat at McDonald's and the one time I do they disappoint me with a filthy restaurant. Ketchup packets that look like they were taken off of tables and put back in the box to hand out. Lots of homeless people filling the seats. Not recommended. I just stopped going to this specific McDonald's. I understood when most locations shutdown the self-serve soda fountains during Covid. But now, all other locations have it open again, EXCEPT for this one. And it hasn't been open any time I've come in. My last visit to this location was the last straw. Since the self-serve fountain was shut down, all refills had to be at the counter. This location REFUSED to refill my drink more than once. They shut down the fountain, but refuse to provide more than one refill. I'm not visiting this one again. read more

This McDonald's has the worst customer service ever.The employee in the drive thru was very rude and used slang language. I came through the drive around 10pm on July 2nd bought 2 Big Mac, 4 spicy mcchicken and 3 large fries. The employee who took the order she put it as no meat in the Big Mac. Even though I explained her we don't want the combo just sandwiches by itself. Right after we took the food my 7year old son didn't notice that there is no meat in the Big Mac. When my brother told me I checked it and saw no meat in it. I called the store right away and spoke to the manager he said that it was their mistake and he told us to go through the drive again and he will replace it. We pull back to the drive and returned the burgers the lady who took the order, she said putting the order as no meat. Then another employee came and told they can't replace it. When we asked for the manager she told he is not here and she act like manager and started assaulting us. I told her we already spoke to the manager and then she told us we ate the burger and asking for replacement.She didn't call the manager even though we asked to talk to the manager. I told that it was your guys mistake taking the order wrong. They assaulted us and the employee (lady) who took the order used the F**** word to my husband and threatened us. The manager Jovan showed up and he didn't even apologize for the employee's behavior and wasn't even willing to resolve the issue. We have been discriminated because of the skin color. And this manager look like promotes the employees to assault customers and encourages employees to use slang language against customers. We didn't understand how comes this type people working in McDonald's customer service. If you are not satisfied with your job you have no rights to misbehave with your customers. Received a hash brown that was so saturated in oil, that I could not eat it. The hash brown stuck to the bag and broke apart when I attempted to pull it out. I had to rip the hash brown package open to try retrieve it, but it was so soggy with oil it just fell apart. I didn't pay to not be able to eat the food that I bought. read more
