My nephew wanted a Happy Meal lei for graduation. I thought, maybe we should get the Happy Meals a day before and put them together, but my family said no, get it the day of. I mobile ordered breakfast in the morning and by the time I went to pick it up, they just switched over to the lunch menu. I went through the drive thru and ordered 6 happy meals, 3 with nuggets, 3 with cheese burgers and fries in all of them. Only two of the happy meals had fries, the rest, nothing which I was disappointed about that, but I didn't have time to go back and ask for them. I was going through it looking online for how people did their happy meal leis and one lady used Saran wrap. We ended up just using two rows of packing tape on each side of the happy meal, which created a double strap in the middle to put around his neck. I'm happy to report that it held up the entire time. Did it look a little janky? Yes, but once it was on his neck with the rest of the leis, it looked great. Also, my sister made him a Chipotle lei, but she didn't have the food in it, just used the container and cleaned it out and strung it together with cellophane wrap. Ours had the food in it still and people commented that ours even smelled like McDonald's and I said, "That's because there's actual food in the boxes." The kids got a kick out of it. Saw the low rating but honestly it doesn't seem like it deserves a 1 star. It wasn't that bad. My experience was slightly slow service, soda fountain out of order, and slightly dirty in the lobby area. However, this location is one of their busiest since it's next to the mall so I understand the rush. I do think they should have someone walk around hourly and sweep. read more

I never really go to McDonalds but not gonna lie I came for the Grinch Meal and those socks haha! The packaging is super cute and festive. I ended up getting the red pair of socks. You are able to choose between chicken nuggets or a Big Mac meal. I chose the Big Mac. I was excited to try the Dill Pickle Salt and McShaker Fries. I would say this is a pretty standard McDonald's. You're getting what you would expect. The folks here were friendly to deal with, although I must say it was a little interaction since I ordered it off the app or kiosk. Also, I must point out that due to its proximity to the large shopping center, the traffic here and the ambiance is going to be a little more frenetic and busy. My work place go to late breakfast (early lunch); I usually place my order via the McDonald's app and take a short 5-10 minute drive down the street to pick my food. It is usually very convenient to come to this location rather than the one up on Foothill Blvd but occasionally due to a late breakfast rush or staffing work load (or mgnt), orders run late or there's one one to hand out prepared orders to arriving customers. Granted Uber Eats and DoorDash workers sometimes time come in to pick up large orders too and delay other customers orders. Otherwise a good location to order from. read more

So for the first time in years, I ordered a fillet fish and I got it steaming hot! Usually when I've ordered them, they come out lukewarm or on the cool side. It was so nice to get one that was steaming hot! I did order through the kiosk inside, which was pretty quick if you're not familiar with it, don't do it unless you have time to mess with it because it's not user-friendly. The ambience inside is decent. The restaurant is clean. I was satisfied I would eat inside but today I took it to go. When I got to the window, I showed the manager, Paco, but he refused to do anything for me and just said they've been having this issue all day. ***This review is for restroom use only*** On our way home, I had to tinker LOL so I was looking for a good place to stop. My eldest daughter was with me at the time. She was like you can't go wrong with McDonald's... they always have restrooms. She is right. McDonald's is usually the one fast food restaurant that can be found everywhere really. McDonald's it is. It's parking lot is tight to say the least. It is shared with other businesses though. When I got to the women's restroom, it was locked. First time for me to see a locked restroom at McDonald's LOL. Anyway, I saw an employee walk by so I asked her if I needed a key. She said she'll open it for me. I waited for her to come back, but she never did. Then I saw a man enter the men's restroom. At that moment, I tried to open the women's restroom and go figure, it opened. I'm like... did the lady buzzed it open??? I thought maybe there was another door entry from the inside, but there wasn't. So I guessed the door is electronically controlled. Anyway, the women's restroom was clean and decent. I didn't buy anything this time around like I usually do in support of the business especially when I use their facilities. Next time I'll be sure to show my patronage. Went today (1/17/25) the young Asian dude that works the drive through can't hear and can't talk, literally mumbles. He's incompetent and has no social skills. He won't acknowledge you or say anything when you pull up to the first window to pay and/or get your receipt. The young lady that handed me my order was very nice and professional. A very low rated Mc Donalds on Yelp - sad to see, because of the times I've visited, nothing has been very disappointing. I would consider this location good - location wise, and food wise. You will experience wait times around lunch time, as it's in a very high traffic area (Ontario Mills Mall). But the food is fresh, service seems fine -- and employees seem motivated. Today I stopped by for breakfast, a large coffee with three creams (no sugar) and their sausage egg mc muffins which are killer! Especially once topped off with their Mexican salsa. As a retail district manager the way this shift manager Maria spoke with a customer was absolutely disrespectful and unacceptable. Customer kept saying I have my order from the McDonald's mobile. She snapped at him 3 times saying if it's not on the order screen your lying and your not getting anything from me. Have a good night. She walked away came back and saw the same guy and said " I told you have a good night your not getting anything so have a good night. " finally she acknowledged that his order popped up on the screen. She never once apologized for snapping at the customer or that she jumped the gun to assume he was trying to steal an order or get free food. Absolutely shows why this location has 1 star. Service here is always below par and leadership always has attitudes. Definitely will not return to this establishment. Stated that in order to get a refund for the poor customer service, poor food quality and multiple missing items for an order close to a $100, we have to bring the food back to the restaurant and the GM will credit us back. Why shouId I expect better customer service? It's McDonald's, what's new? It's just really disappointing that they failed to get the order right and refused to assist. We came to this place twice and each time we ordered our food using drive-thru. First time we ordered Coke and it was so flat that we almost trashed it immediately. Yesterday we went to this place again and we ordered Pumpkin Pie, Chocolate Cookies, Sprite and McChicken. McChicken, Pumpkin Pie and Chocolate Cookies were not warm. Update The manager Maria who said the pending transaction on my bank card will go away. It didn't it actually posted! She did not handle this suitation correctly as a manger. She didn't even bother to ask the cashier in the drive thru that handles the payment what happened. She's too busy wanting to go on her lunch and thinks everyone just wants free food then take the time out to handle the problem correctly and efficiently. She should have took down my information with details and if the payment posted in a few days I can go back and get my refund.
