I never really go to McDonalds but not gonna lie I came for the Grinch Meal and those socks haha! The packaging is super cute and festive. I ended up getting the red pair of socks. You are able to choose between chicken nuggets or a Big Mac meal. I chose the Big Mac. I was excited to try the Dill Pickle Salt and McShaker Fries. I was afraid the pickle salt would be too salty but it wasn't at all and it had a great pickle flavor. read more

I would say this is a pretty standard McDonald's. You're getting what you would expect. The folks here were friendly to deal with, although I must say it was a little interaction since I ordered it off the app or kiosk. Also, I must point out that due to its proximity to the large shopping center, the traffic here and the ambiance is going to be a little more frenetic and busy. Food wise it's pretty standard and I thought it was fine especially since I was grabbing McDonald's I knew I was getting myself into. read more

My work place go to late breakfast (early lunch); I usually place my order via the McDonald's app and take a short 5-10 minute drive down the street to pick my food. It is usually very convenient to come to this location rather than the one up on Foothill Blvd but occasionally due to a late breakfast rush or staffing work load (or mgnt), orders run late or there's one one to hand out prepared orders to arriving customers. Granted Uber Eats and DoorDash workers sometimes time come in to pick up large orders too and delay other customers orders. Otherwise a good location to order from. read more

I live very close Maybe 1 mile. This is the McDonald's closest to me. I have gave this place 4 times to get better. It's not happening. You don't expect much from McDonald's. Basic food and usually consistent. You expect the order to be fast!! Fast food. This place is the opposite of fast food. I waited in the drive thru for a mobile order for 13 minutes. Then was asked to pull forward another 7 minutes. That was it. No mas!! It's quicker to drive a bit further to save time. Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. I've see a bunch. Ugh read more

Went today (1/17/25) the young Asian dude that works the drive through can't hear and can't talk, literally mumbles. He's incompetent and has no social skills. He won't acknowledge you or say anything when you pull up to the first window to pay and/or get your receipt. The young lady that handed me my order was very nice and professional. She read back my order and ensured everything was in the bag. I'm sure McDonalds isn't paying her the greatest or giving her enough hours. Hopefully she goes across the street to In N Out. I only stopped here because my kids wanted nuggets from year, but I'll avoid this location at all cost. read more

First off we were in drive thru. Young lady couldn't understand anything that we asked for we had to repeat cheeseburger happy meal with extra fries and a coke 4 times she could understand don't know if she was new or just not paying attention attention. I tried to use my McDonald's rewards points for a burger along with other items, and I had the code ready to show. When I got to the window, I showed the manager, Paco, but he refused to do anything for me and just said they've been having this issue all day. He offered no solution, so I had to cancel my reward meal. Then, in front of me, he yelled at an employee and blamed me for "causing a huge line." Extremely unprofessional, unhelpful, and disappointing behavior from a manager. read more

***This review is for restroom use only*** On our way home, I had to tinker LOL so I was looking for a good place to stop. My eldest daughter was with me at the time. She was like you can't go wrong with McDonald's... they always have restrooms. She is right. McDonald's is usually the one fast food restaurant that can be found everywhere really. McDonald's it is. It's parking lot is tight to say the least. It is shared with other businesses though. When I got to the women's restroom, it was locked. First time for me to see a locked restroom at McDonald's LOL. Anyway, I saw an employee walk by so I asked her if I needed a key. She said she'll open it for me. I waited for her to come back, but she never did. Then I saw a man enter the men's restroom. At that moment, I tried to open the women's restroom and go figure, it opened. I'm like... did the lady buzzed it open??? I thought maybe there was another door entry from the inside, but there wasn't. So I guessed the door is electronically controlled. Anyway, the women's restroom was clean and decent. I didn't buy anything this time around like I usually do in support of the business especially when I use their facilities. Next time I'll be sure to show my patronage. By the way, I love McDonald's french fries, too LOL. P.S. I will post photos later. I have to get them from my computer since they are no longer on my phone. Thanks for your patience. read more

A very low rated Mc Donalds on Yelp - sad to see, because of the times I've visited, nothing has been very disappointing. I would consider this location good - location wise, and food wise. You will experience wait times around lunch time, as it's in a very high traffic area (Ontario Mills Mall). But the food is fresh, service seems fine -- and employees seem motivated. Today I stopped by for breakfast, a large coffee with three creams (no sugar) and their sausage egg mc muffins which are killer! Especially once topped off with their Mexican salsa. The salsa is mild, has a very minor kick - but makes the sandwich complete. read more

As a retail district manager the way this shift manager Maria spoke with a customer was absolutely disrespectful and unacceptable. Customer kept saying I have my order from the McDonald's mobile. She snapped at him 3 times saying if it's not on the order screen your lying and your not getting anything from me. Have a good night. She walked away came back and saw the same guy and said " I told you have a good night your not getting anything so have a good night. " finally she acknowledged that his order popped up on the screen. She never once apologized for snapping at the customer or that she jumped the gun to assume he was trying to steal an order or get free food. Absolutely shows why this location has 1 star. Service here is always below par and leadership always has attitudes. Definitely will not return to this establishment. Then she started telling me that if I don't work for McDonalds that I have no business saying anything. And for me to go away. I told her that I'm a customer and if I hear her being rude I have every right to speak up. Update she called the cops on me while I ate. Someone at this restaurant has covid.. I went Tuesday and after I ate my big Mac I instantly felt sick... I have not gotten sick in a long time. Turns out I got covid. Today my father in law (which I haven't had any contact with in a while) went to the same McDonalds and he felt sick right after he ate here.. and he did the covid test. Our Uber Eats order was missing sauces for the chicken nuggets, one of the Quarter Pounder with cheese orders was missing, as well as my husband's sweet tea. Contacted them and the one who answered (found out during second phone call employee is named Jorge) said to WAIT TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER AND TO CALL BACK IN 30 MINS. HE HUNG UP. He barely spoke English. 5:30pm 6/16/24. Order # 1663. You guys do not deserve a star. Yelp, next time allow ZERO STARS. Update: Got a hold of someone after 25 tries since Jorge left the phone unattended (busy tone). "Supervisor" Maria is unhelpful and unprofessional. Will not assist. Will not provide GM's number. Stated that in order to get a refund for the poor customer service, poor food quality and multiple missing items for an order close to a $100, we have to bring the food back to the restaurant and the GM will credit us back. Why shouId I expect better customer service? It's McDonald's, what's new? It's just really disappointing that they failed to get the order right and refused to assist. No lead or manager should ever treat a customer this way. There is no excuse. Imagine eating your nuggets with no sauces, your fries cold, no drink with your meal and one person with no food. You don't get not even an apology. You get a "May I have your phone number so we can get this over with." So sad. read more

Update The manager Maria who said the pending transaction on my bank card will go away. It didn't it actually posted! She did not handle this suitation correctly as a manger. She didn't even bother to ask the cashier in the drive thru that handles the payment what happened. She's too busy wanting to go on her lunch and thinks everyone just wants free food then take the time out to handle the problem correctly and efficiently. She should have took down my information with details and if the payment posted in a few days I can go back and get my refund. Instead Mc Donald's took my hard earned money and I got nothing but a bad auttiude. I'm going to contact my bank and dispute the transaction with all the details. Not gonna recommend this place, not at all! This McDonald's location is locally owned & operated and their food is literally below average. We came to this place twice and each time we ordered our food using drive-thru. First time we ordered Coke and it was so flat that we almost trashed it immediately. Yesterday we went to this place again and we ordered Pumpkin Pie, Chocolate Cookies, Sprite and McChicken. McChicken, Pumpkin Pie and Chocolate Cookies were not warm. At the same time, they were very stale. Sprite was flat. Nothing was wrong with their service but their food wasn't worth our time and money. Never coming back to this place again. read more

Save yourself the trouble and go to In N Out down the street. Every time I go here I ask for the same sauce, and every single time they give me the wrong one. The staff always hands your bag out the window super hasty like and never ask if you need anything else. Whenever I hang back and wait for them to return (to ask for the correct sauce and the ketchup they didn't offer me); I'm given attitude for "holding up the line". Aside from that, it's a good fast-casual spot for typical American food. I usually go here for their breakfast burritos. I arrived at MOOYAH Burgers (Upland) on Sunday (around 10AM). Parking is very easy. The lot is big. Although I arrived at opening hours, MOOYAH Burgers only unlocked their doors around 10:10AM. Staff is professional and pleasant. Staff worked hard, and the location felt understaffed. I was the first customer that day, and my food took 11 minutes and two seconds. Fairly slow for a cheeseburger. As mentioned, I ordered the MDC ($10.99). It arrived picturesque. Unfortunately, its appearance was tastier than its ingredients. The buns were toasted and extremely buttery, but they easily flatten like cheap, thrift store hotdog buns. There's no bounce. Then, its meat patties tasted bitter and dry. The best part of this burger was the gooey, well-melted American cheese which desperately tried to distract from all its shortcomings. Regarding ambiance, MOOYAH Burgers (Upland) felt clean and comfortable. The tables are well wiped, and the floors are swept. There's also a restroom in the back. The decor felt sleek and modern. Overall, I had a disappointing experience at MOOYAH Burgers (Upland). The location is not horrible, but it's also not great. At the very least, the burgers make a pretty photo. 3.4 out of 5

The other item we tried because it had great reviews where the brussels sprouts. And although the portion was a little smaller than I would've hoped, that too, was just full of flavor and really enjoyable to eat. I tried their red beer which comes from Redlands and that was also really nice and full and rich. Overall, a really good experience. Two entrées, an appetizer and a beer came out to $65. I don't know when things became so expensive, but the next time I want to splurge on a date night with my wife again, I would definitely come back :)
