This subway is amazing. They care about how they make the sandwiches. And they treated my family and I very well.

My experience here was so awful that I had to walk out, still hungry-without the sandwich. I refused to eat from here after seeing OLD BROWN LETTUCE and other gone bad food that would be sold and cause someone to become sick. When I mentioned it to the woman, she had an attitude and ask what I wanted her to do, then she said I'll get some fresh and put out. "Fact" it should have already been put out. Worse, the way she was making the sandwich was unsanitary; she put gloves on but did not wash her hands prior to. In addition to when I entered, she was picking and eating from where the food was. When I called her out on it, said never mind, I'd go elsewhere she started yelling and screaming from the top of her lungs. I kindly walked out before passing out. Lastly, it was hot a hell up in there and that dawned on me, that was why the food looked the way it did. OLD & BAD. The energy, attitude and lack of customer service etiquette need a swing push. CONSUMERS HAVE OPTIONS. WORSE SUBWAY EVER. Never ever again will I step foot into this location. read more

To bad mouth a customer in front of them about an order is horrible. I walked in to while she was making my order and just talked about what I ordered how i use a coupon and was pissed off like if i stole it. Had it order at 5pm scheduled for pick up at 5:20pm and with no one there and no online orders at the time she didnt have my order done until 5:45 which was a total of 2 footlongs. The quality of the meats have gone down hill. The sandwiches made are no where near as they advertised on TV. The lettuce was turning brown and we had to tell the sandwich maker not to use brown lettuce! The tomatoes were not looking to healthy either, so we didn't get the tomatoes either. The service was ok, but we felt rushed to get the sandwiches made and there wasn't anyone else in the store. All the negative reviews I've seen are on par with my experience today. Very Rude for starters!! Stingy with the meats, veggies and even the sauce. Called the old Indian lady out on the stinginess and she started slamming our sandwiches on the work station while wrapping them in paper. Honestly I don't write reviews for places like this but really, I walked in nobody was in the front the manager was somewhere hiding in the back, finally someone clocked in to help me, only 4 drinks work one being the drpepper (didn't actually work and it was the only reason I purchased a meal.) I even payed a 15% tip and instead of replacing my drink or offering a refund she gives attitude and walks away. Trash service and trash place. Wish I could get me 12$ back. read more

Avoid this place!!! Beware of the Indian lady with a horrible attitude and behavior towards customers. The worst customer service experience from a subway. I have read the review of this location and most of them if not all are bad. Today my sister and I decide to walk over since we live right around the corner and get some subs we had a coupon for 3 footlongs for $19.99 which can be done online or in person. I believe the lady working there did not like that we would purchase with a coupon. At first she said her machine did not take coupons, but we knew it did because we have previously purchased with coupons from this same exact location. So we scanned our coupon and it did go through so she lied which is the first thing, second she made us pay before we began to build our subs, third she said we had to make all subs the same exactly way so to hurry up and decide what we wanted for protien and to choose limited amount of veggies. I did not know subway gives you limited amount of veggies because like I said that has never happens before. She only let us pick 3 veggies and one sauce!!! What is wrong with this place I believe it was the owner she is a lady and if I am not wrong Indian, nothing bad about being Indian just want to make sure we know who we are talking about incase anyone else has an a similar experience. So basically last but not least she threw the subs at my sister no joke literally threw them . We will be there tomorrow to try and get a number to report this place because everything should be on camera unless they lie and say it's not working. Avoid this place if you don't feel like being treated like trash. Will update my review with details after making a report of this specific location. Man the struggle is real.. I really wanted pho but I'm trying to be a skinny beeotch so I decided to go to subway to get a chopped salad. The customer service is really good here. The women who made my salad was very polite and was asking about my day and the weather. Which is refreshing since most people in Southern California don't give a rats butt about you. The thing is I have been going to Subway for the past 3 days in a row for lunch. If I were to compare the Subway at 2252-A Euclid Ave Ontario, CA 91762 (The one I usually go to since it's near work) and the subways I've been nation/world wide (Hong Kong). I've firmly decided to give this subway a 5 star. The reason is explained below. We decided to have Pho Viet on a Friday, however the large bowl of noodles wasn't enough for me. Of course I didn't want to ruin my Subway streak and my goal to be the next 2015 Yelper. I checked in at this place and little did I know I was rewarded with a free cookie after checking in! Boy was I happy! In additional, the place is spacious, clean and bright. The glass panels to cover the veggies and meats were squeaky clean. The spinach looked fresh and yummy. Amit and the rest of the team understand the definition of customer service. The entire team knows how to make the customers happy. Including the customer who ordered in front of me. The team knows how to create a loyal customer to Subway. I didn't ever imagine myself giving Subway a 5-Star. Good job guys! read more

I specifically asked the girl if she had the white stormtrooper bag for the kids meal and she said yes. Then I asked if she had the cup with the stormtrooper on it, she said yes.
