Amazed that this location JITB is getting lousy reviews. For me, the staff hasn't even provided a bad order. Food cooked well and haven't had any burnt food. The best is their meat lovers burritos and tacos. Was disappointed that they discontinued (again) the monster tacos at all locations. What I found the best of late is the mocha iced coffee! Wow! Very smooth and delicious! The overall review is this is a fast food place. With that said, the cooks should not burn food and then try to sell it to their customers. McDonald's is infamous for selling burnt food. Jack in the Box is better. 4stars for this location had tables uncleaned at the time of my visit. read more

I ordered the new Chili Crisp flavored seasoned curly fries here at Jack in the Box, and let's just say... what I got was basically a carton of oil with a minor cameo from some fries. I swear, if I had tilted the container just a little, I could've changed my car's oil with it. I usually love their curly fries, so I thought this would be a nice switch up, it was not. The photo I posted honestly speaks louder than anything I can write my phone nearly slipped out of my hands just looking at all that grease. Would I buy it again? That's a hard NO from me. And before anyone asks--no, I didn't eat anything before taking the photo. That tiny portion was all they gave me. For the price, you're better off grabbing a burger. At least the burger won't try to slide out of the box. read more

Your overnight worker ...the white big "woman" is always rude and food is always cold . I told myself to stop coming here even though it's 2 minutes away . But for sure not worth it . Surprised she's still working there smh ! Wasted my damn money because I threw everything away ! read more

No grape sprite??? Smh...had a craving and went to multiple locations. Coincidentally the only flavor that they didn't have.

No staff has hairnets, bathrooms are closed to the public ? It's 6 PM.. ordered online for pickup coming home from a Long trip and have to go to a nearby business to use the bathroom after getting my food. Just inconvenient at least the food only took 10 minutes or so for pickup read more

SLOW AF to take order in drive thru amd even longer to get good. After waiting for the food they asked me to go wait around the building.

Its not the store, its the employee. Always messes up my food, today I ordered 2 burgers and 4 tacos and waited over 10 minutes in line. She asked if I wanted cheese on my spicy chicken sandwich and I said yes - after waiting and receiving my food the tacos were COLD bc of how long they were sitting there and my supposed SPICY sandwich wasn't spicy nor was there cheese on it. This needs to be resolved bc it is an ongoing issue. read more

Horrible place, I kept watching people that ordered after me get their food, it took them 30 minutes to get my burger and 2 tacos out and that's because I had to remind them I was still waiting. Tall skinny guy in the front knew I was waiting and still did nothing. Negative stars if I could. LOWER minimum wage cuz people like this don't deserve a raise! read more

I have ordered there and late night munchie meals always great But I really wanted to know if you guys are hiring if so I am available to work any time/day read more

No no no.. Don't go to this Jack's if possible. Apparently they charge you extra for coffee in your combo. Noticed they charged for upgrading it to large. We told them no thank you we just want a small coffee. They stated we have to give you a large and charge you. Wth?!? We usually go to the jacks off Haven and Philadelphia and they are amazing! Won't be coming over again! Btw after waiting 5 minutes at the window they parked us... never again. read more

I keep coming here because it's the only place open close to work, there's always problems here from rude customer service to always missing things in the order, never having half of the menu available and the long waits for small orders and just staying quiet when waiting in an empty line wondering whether or not someone's gonna take my order. Wanna know how to improve the experience? Start by making the whole menu readily available or start putting "sold out" signs on the actual menu next to the item. read more

I could see why this location has such bad reviews. The drive through lady was so rude taking the orders. Idk if she was so focused on being quick, but she wasn't listening to the order, she just kept asking how many burgers like they're all the same. The manager was very kind and said he would address the issue. I sure hope he does, it's not that hard. read more

Waited for 14 minutes in the drive dru. Two people talked in the speaker to take my order and still took this long. Bad for a fast food place and hearing two people for taking orders. read more

Let me tell you everybody here HIGHLY LACKS good customer service. Lack of humanity and respect. They were letting someone walk out of their restaurant without their food even tho it's paid for! -1 read more

I have been coming here for over 6 years. I have never had a bad experience. It wasn't until my husband and I were attended by Cristal on several occasions that we would have horrible service. We were overcharged, our order was wrong, there were things missing, and she would have a horrible attitude. I have not been attended horribly by anyone else there but her, so if you run into her good luck. I had expressed this to their manager and he was very professional, understanding, and helpful. Along with the other assistant manager and gave me a refund for the food I did not receive and parcial refund for being charged $9 and some change for sauces. They have improved their food and service. For my easy and helpful service after that unfortunate and uncomfortable situation they deserve more credit. I will definitely come back! read more

Ordered through the app and when I got home I was missing my fries. I didn't bother to check before I left because the bag was sealed. I assumed they would have my order correct. Wrong, double check everything. read more

I go order 2 Grilled cheese sandwiches, 2 tacos & chicken sandwich. I eat tacos & there tasted like they were red topped from previous order maybe that cancelled & used again not fresh at all. Grilled cheese was one bite & spit out. Wrong kind of cheese or bad cheese. I call soon as I get home & she makes note of my complaint plus cashier never gave me receipt so I told them to look at time & see on camera. I call since management never called back all I get is bogus number to Distract manager then call again & girl calls me asshole. I'm in the food industry & I've never insulted a customer. This place needs better management & some people deserve to lose there jobs. Very unprofessional read more

So I gave this specific place the benefit of the doubt. I went to the drive thru and told them to please make sure my food is hot and fresh because I had a bad experience from there. The lady that took the order said that we make it fresh to order. I was like "cool". She told me my total, it was like 10$ and some change. So I gave her a 20$ bill and she gave me .22 cents back. And I'm like "where's all my change and she said "you gave me a 10$. I said" no, I gave you a $20. Like it doesn't make sense even though if I did gave her a 10$ , it would've been short but she gave back 22 cents. Oh I also noticed that she had some bills in her left hand, I don't know where it went. I'm not sure if she was stealing or what but it look shady.. anyhow, my food was not hot at all. The curly fries was cold, mozzarella was cold, and the only thing that was warm enough was the little tacos.. I'm so disappointed with the food and just threw it in the trash... never again... read more

Swear they never open at night. They take 45 min breaks and leave a note on the drive thru menu saying "On break for 45 mins" But they have that for a while. Some nights at 1 am and others in 3 am so not sure if they even come back read more

They suck. Paid extra for a hash brown and don't even get it. Smh. Slow... and want even right. Sandwich super burned.

Food was delicious and the service was fast! We went through the drive thru and our order was accurate.

was at you location last night around 7:30 Two young girls working, ordered Teriyaki Chicken and Chicken Fajita 1. The teriyaki chicken consisted rice and 4 pieces of chicken and some chicken slush. 2. Employees we're having a great time trying to throw the sauces across the room and tying to catch them in the bag of our food. They missed! read more

There loyalty program online or app promises 20% off is stupid. Orders put in on either area doesn't give option. Walked in to order no one said anything. What a joke of management. First off they made me get out of line and pull around to the side so they could up their drive through clock to look better for corporate. Made me wait 10 minutes extra to hand me stake dry ass food. If I wasn't on my lunch break best believe I would've raised hell. I will be reporting your location for drive through timer abuse and they will deal with your manager swiftly read more

Can you ever get an order right?!?!? How hard is it to just make the order the way it is in the picture, just use the same ingredients, that's all I want read more

lol I don't know what I was expecting. I kept seeing their adds for their spicy chicken tenders and I thought to myself "Sure I'll give them a chance! How could they possibly get that wrong." Boy, was I wrong! They were burned to a crisp which, based on other reviews, is no news here. They tasted like an old sponge soaked in old burnt oil. I couldn't even finish one. It seems they have a particularly difficult time operating the deep fryer at this location because my fries were also burned. I mean, kudos on their marketing for these because they got me to purchase them. #JustAsIThought,Trash! read more

Went to jack in the box for lunch and I forgot to ask for sour cream at the speaker box and so I asked for it at the window Dude tells me they dont carry sour cream He says "carry" not "out of it" Didn't have a problem with this location until now. So when did y'all run out of sour cream? Or is it that your employees are too concerned about their drive times that they would rather lie about having sour cream than having to check? I know how drive thru works. I've been there. Drive times should not matter, it should be more about customer satisfaction and I was completely unsatisfied. I was at that same location last week and did the same thing, forgot to ask for sour cream at the speaker box and asked for it at the window but they actually gave it to me that time. So, did you guys actually run out of sour cream? Also got food poisoning today from eating their food. Don't come here. read more
