Disappointing service and wait time. There was only one person in front of me. She ordered 3 giant subs. I waited in line over 20 minutes for these subs to be prepared. The other worker was too involved with online orders. It's very disappointing that jersey mikes focuses on less employees, more on mobile orders, rather than customers that go into the store. This particular location has done this to me several times. I walked out because it took too long. I didn't even have a chance to order with only one person in line in front of me. Me, my mom and brother food from here and it was horrible I have gotten a turkey sub they gave me half a slice of cheese an one piece of turkey! My brother got a meat ball sub they have him one meat ball it was just cut it half! The bread was extremely dry too my mom got a hot sandwiche and they gave her a cold one! This was my first time going to this location of Jersey's Mike and my daughter and I had such a great experience! Our server was Evanjelina and she was extremely accommodating. My little one has allergies and is overall just a very picky eater and Evanjelina made sure to recommend food that she liked and was extremely friendly and kind to us both. My daughter loved it and keeps asking for another sandwich! The individual energy that Evanjelina brought to the environment is what makes me enjoy going to chain restaurants--you can still have such a great experience depending on your server (and Evanjelina made sure of this). Walked in with my wife to try the viral "pregnancy" sub because it looked amazing! So we went and I had asked if it was okay to order, the short chick answered "well I dont know what that is" all rude as fuck. I get you may not know but damn could you have just asked to maybe be walked through the toppings? I said pleases and thank yous and still she was a beeeeyotch. Ruined the vibe. Wont return. Train your workers to leave their issues at home, or get a actual hard job like working the warehouses that line the entire area. Smh. read more

For starters definitely need to improve on customer service, specifically destiny - I don't know where the attitude came from but when your behind a counter smile just a little more and don't respond with such attitude. Came in my lunch break and there was a line. No big deal. I place my order for 2 sandwiches, asked for wheat bread for 1 and white for the other. The young lady responds back to me with "ok White is fine", I asked for what. She then tells me " it's because I have to go to the back to get it"! So I say whatever white is fine. Now I have a gentleman making my sandwich and I told him mikes way for 1 sandwich and no tomatoes on the the other. Now I don't know what the requirements are to work here but I'm sure " listening skills" Is one of them. I had a dry sandwich and it wasn't even mikes way, no wheat bread because the young lady was too lady to walk a few steps to the back! That's not all. I go to pay and the young lady gives me my total. I ask to enter my number for shore points to see if I have points towards anything. She rolls her eyes and says, " ugh it's because I need to log in". She calls someone and they scan a badge or whatever. I then enter my number. Her responded to me was " You don't have enough points do you have to pay for 2 sandwiches"! Came here yesterday and was just generally grossed out with my experience. The employee making my sandwich was not wearing a mask. I know the opinion on masks varies from person to person, but right now I think it's best to err on the side of caution, especially when handling food, and have everyone wear one. What made matters worse was when this employee coughed into their elbow and proceeded to make my sandwich without even changing their gloves. The first time, I told them what toppings I wanted on my sub in the tub, and they gave me no toppings and bagged it to get the lunch rush done faster so I had to go back and ask for more toppings. My wife and I thought we'd give Jersey mikes on philadelphia in Ontario a chance for some sandwiches, while waiting in line a guy was behind the counter preping food, he coughs on the food, then wipes his dripping nose on his sleeve, then he continues prepping food for what looked like a to go order, then he sneezes on the food and into his glove and again wipes his nose on his sleeve, he didn't even turn away, he changes his glove and continues, we walked out immediately, the food server had no mask on and was obviously sick, his partner even looked over at him and was shaking his head.
