McAMAZING SERVICE! I pulled up for an early morning pick-up at Archibald's McDonald's and was totally surprised by the quick and considerate service. The gentleman delivering the meals to each car had a professional serving tray and handled our food with the utmost care! I pulled down my window and found that he was friendly, professional, and polite! I'll definitely return to this McDonald's, I ordered six McMuffins over the app and my order was ready as soon as I arrived. The breakfast is great at McDonald's, I love a Sausage & Egg McMuffin in the morning. The restaurant wasn't packed, there were enough pick-up slots for each mobile app guest. It's easy to pull-in and out of the parking lot as it's quite spacious. I loved that everyone was mellow and I didn't see any shady folks loitering. Worst service possible. If they ask you to pull around to wait for food, don't do it! They forget about you, and your food is cold when they remember you're out there. Additionally, the order is often wrong when when you finally get it. The last time I went, it took 20 minutes to get the order. I did not get two items I ordered but they did not say anything. When I check my order, i asked about the two items and they told me they were out. I've never been to a place that was so poorly managed. read more

Servers are generally rude here. And even if some are nice majority are rude as hell. Literally when my mom and I go through the drive thru, I could hear them sigh in annoyance which is fucked up since my mom has a learning disability and it's hard for her to read so I was explaining something to her. Didn't even take long but they purposely embarrassed my mom and made her feel bad for asking questions about the menu. Food is sometimes good and sometimes bad depending on the time, so a common experience at McDonald's. So I can't really say much on that. And ambiance is ok I guess.... Not only that but they also take a long time and while I get they're busy at times there's also times when there's hardly any cars in the drive thru and there's hardly anyone in the restaurant as well and still they take long. Just picked up a few happy meals and while waiting there were 2 ladies who complained about their burnt but not burnt apple pie and filet o fish that wasn't to her liking but I'm sure it was perfectly made. I would like to commend the staff that was working today 8/12/25 at 7:30pm. So I wanted to update my review since it's been 3 years and there have been changes made. As of now. The kids working now, for the most part are more friendly and the management seems more engaging and ready to help out when needed. The ice cream machine is still a hit or miss but the food quality is getting better and orders is less likely to be incorrect. read more

I have been to many places that will sometimes get my orders wrong or be missing a side, but this location has a 100% fail rate in the approximately 10 times I've been there. From missing a toy in the kids meal, missing apple slices, wrong drinks, missing fries, and most recently, ordered just 2 sandwiches, and when I got home and looked in the bag, only 1 sandwich. Part of it is my fault for assuming they wouldn't mess up...again, and giving this place another chance. But is it so much to expect an established franchise with employees demanding higher minimum wages to perform the simple task of putting the right items in a bag? read more

I got to the widow right at 10:30 and they told me I couldn't order breakfast anymore I told them I've been waiting in line for over ten minutes and they still didn't care, so I didn't order anything. This is probably the worst mcdonalds I've ever been to. I placed a mobile order and waited in the drive thru, was asked to go to a number and my food would be right out. Waited a total of 30 minutes since i placed the order and had to go inside to ask only to find my order just sitting there. The lady took the receipt from my hand and told me to grab my order. Mobile ordered breakfast at 10:15am and paid online. Got to restaurant about 10:20am and checked in on the app. It was 10:40am and no one had brought out my order. There were also a lot of other cars waiting for their food. Finally got off my car and went inside where there was a line of people waiting for their mobile orders as well. One man mentioned he had been waiting for 30 minutes. I gave the person my spot number and they placed a coffee on the counter that had been sitting on another counter and didn't say anything to me. They finally gave me my order at 10:52am and guess what? The coffee that had been sitting there since who knows when was for me. I went the other day to use up the last of my points. I order a filet of fish and when I opened it this is what I saw MOLD on the bread. I walked back into speak to the manager and get a refund. When I told him about the mold and showed him, one of the ladies in the back told him it was from the "steamer". Well if it was fresh bread that would NOT have happened when using a steamer.
