Just a fair warning, don't come to this restaurant. We come here every weekend for my brother. We order our Fries and Fanta and we wait LITERALLY until 10:58 to leave our house and they'll either say "please pull over to the side" or just point us down and don't say anything. And the line is always long like it's a special event going on. Also there employees are Deaf and Blind tbh. HEALTH CODE VIOLATIONS! My family and I ordered 3 large fresh fries at 5:00PM in the drive thru. As we pulled ahead I saw a blonde short haired girl rubbing/wiping her nose with her hands and then grabbing the bag for our french fries and preceding to open it up, which meant shoving her hand down into the bag. I got her attention and asked her if she could wash her hands or at least sanitize them since she was rubbing her face (I politely said it that way so we wouldn't get anything "extra" in our fries) and thanked her. She walked around the corner out of site and I'm not sure that she did but we all said we hoped and would have to trust that she did. A couple of mins later while we were waiting a long dark brown haired girl with earrings in her inner ear walked around the corner. She then stuck her long manicured finger nail in her left ear and proceeded to dig around in it, then she pulled it out, looked at it and wiped it on her pants. I tried getting her attention but our fries were ready so she proceeded to bag them up and bring the over to us. I asked her politely if we could get a refund (since we had paid via a code in the McDonalds app) and proceeded to calmly tell her what we saw and why we wanted the refund. She turned around and yelled to the other blonde haired girl that we didn't want the fries and shrugged when asked why as she threw them on the counter behind her. She gave us our money back and I calmly explained that what she and the other girl had done was a violation of health code and it was very unsanitary and dangerous for the health of the customers. I asked if there was a manager there and she said no but she was "one of the managers" and then she proceeded to say she only had her finger nail in her ear and there's nothing in there so why is that a problem? In disbelief I explained that there is ear wax and bacteria and its very unsanitary and she rolled her eyes and said "I don't have time for this" (we were the only ones there) and she closed the window, turned her back and and walked away. I had promised myself never to eat from the Ontario McDonald's because of the poor quality and the sloppy built burgers. I gave them a chance to redeem themselves by going there on Tuesday afternoon to order the new McRib sandwich. The order was placed for the sandwich and a order of fries. The order was filled and I sampled the fries before I left the window and they were cold and stale! The McRib sandwich was thrown in the box with the onions and pickles not even on the sandwich, the sauce was all over the inside of the box and not on the meat. Ordered two crispy chicken sandwiches. They were dry and not crispy. Absolutely terrible. They replaced them with two Big Macs. They were ok. I decided to get one of their cinnamon buns. Unlike the scrumptious one we received in Florida the bottom of this one was like cardboard. UGH! read more

Burnt coffee and waited over 7 minutes for it. Two cars ahead of me had a food order, which took a long time to prepare. I noticed when they finally got to pull up, that the car in front of me also only had a drink. Doesn't it make sense to pull ahead the one order and get the next two cars out fast? This has to be the worst service I have ever seen. It's McDonalds for goodness sake put the food in the bag....next. I live in ontario and will never go there again. You have to blame the management when you have employees standing around, not greeting customers and giving the general impression they really don't care that you are waiting for food that is suppose to be "fast". A great place to go if you want to play " Drive Through Roulette " because you never know what you're going to get. We to this location because it's close. They have messed up our orders 80% of the time - and that is NO exaggeration. Today we ordered apple pies that appeared to be raw dough. The 2 plain hamburgers that we orders and were NOT plain. We were missing the double hamburger too. Ordered 4 large drinks... received 1 lg and 3 med. Sadly, the managers stand around talking and are rude to both employees and customers. Hey lady, I don't care about you sons drug problems. At lease now II know where to go if I need to buy drugs. The training manual this store must say: 1. While a customer is placing an order, scream at a coworker. Loudly. So everyone turns and looks. Then roll your eyes at the customer. 2. If the sink in the Men's room doesn't work, toss a bottle of Purel at the customer. When he shows that his hands are already covered in soap, tell him to use the ladies room. 3. When the hand dryer doesn't work, yell at the customer, telling him to "hold the button until it works" 4. Be sure to put a wastebasket under the dryer. Ensure there is lots of mold and crawling bugs in the wastebasket. 5. Roll your eyes at the customer when he points out the bugs. 6. Make the customer wait another 5 minutes while you figure out where that other customer's coffee went. 7. Make the customer wait ANOTHER 5 minutes while you try to master the Egg McMuffin 8. Rudest female manager ever. My husband has told me stories about her, but today I heard it for myself because I was on speakerphone in the car as he was at the drivethrough. There was an issue with an online order we did and she basically told him you didn't read the fine print, we don't have your order. No offer to help rectify the issue, no offer to take the order manually, and absolutely no help. I think she expected him to just go away. As he's trying to get her to listen to him she gets downright nasty. I'm about to tell him to leave and she tells him HE'S being rude and starts getting loud. He tells her to forget it and says he's calling the owner. She tells him to go right ahead. He calls the store and she happens to answer. He asks for the number to the owner and she says she already called the owner. She then says she's not giving him the number and he could go F%#K himself!! If he wants the number he can come in and get it. We found the owners number but have yet to hear back. We also complained to corporate. Never have I encountered such horrible customer service. REPEATED horrible customer service. This woman should not interfacing with customers. Shame on the owner for letting this go on for so long and doing nothing about it. read more

Very disappointed. Last week the 3 cookies in the bag were hard as a rock. Took a second look and it was marked past the expiration date. Today two of the three hamburgers had a strange aftertaste . . . as if they had been sprayed with cleaner. Did the food touch a wiped down counter which hadn't dried?
