I actually didn't really have a bad experience when killing time at this location. I got into Omaha extremely early via train, and had to find somewhere to hang out until my rental car place was open. I got to McDonalds about 6:30 AM, it was nice and air conditioned, and the ladies behind the counter were all very pleasant. They got my order right, and were in no way offensive. That said, it is a McDonalds. Don't expect anything above average. read more

This has to be the worst McDonald's that I have ever been to. We were in the drive thru for over 45 minutes. The food we received was cold and some the fries were limp and somewhat cooked, while others were stale. The soda was also flat. The order taker was rude and very short when complained to about the wait time. The person giving out the orders was equally as rude. We were not the only ones that were displeased with the service, or lack thereof. Others were getting out of the line also. It would not have done any good to go into the lobby as there were people walking out of it too. There was a homeless guy asking for money outside the store. It was rather an uncomfortable feeling. The food is fine. It's hot and tastes good. Not the worst kept lobby I've seen but could be better. You have to be buzzed into the restrooms. However the drinks are terrible!!! They taste flat or something every time. Or not getting cold? The one that I can stand to drink is the sprite spirit nice you know warm sprite is a good thing when sick. This place gave me a headache. All I wanted was to get some quick food for my family because someone is in the hospital. I go to the drive thru and say I want "2 large caramel frappes, 1 medium frappe, and 2 chicken nugget happy meals for boys". They try putting the frappes in the meals making it cost more when it shouldn't. The first lady couldn't get it right, so someone else had to do it and she got it fast. We get our food, and realize they didn't even fill up our frappes, it was a good chunk not in there. We didn't realize until we got out the car that the toys weren't even in the happy meals. HAPPY MEALS INCLUDE TOYS. They couldn't get our order right at first and they couldn't do one simple thing? Sorry, but if you can't even do your job right at McDonald's, then I don't think fast food is for you. read more

Seems like the overnight crew has quite a bit of turnover & constantly being filled with individuals who seem to detest their jobs. From the manager on down you are rarely greeted with a smile, thank you or have a nice day. I understand that the overnight shift is not exactly easy but they have been employed to provide courteous customer service without such negative, unhappy attitudes. I pulled in one morning & a customer had smashed the drive thru window because of the rude manager. The food is never consistent & the coffee is usually cold. read more

I try to give this place patience because I know it's a terrible job and it's the only fast food place within five minutes of my apartment. And I will probably continue going even though it is the most dysfunctional McDonalds in the state. Here are just a few of the experiences I've had: waited at the drive thru speaker for 10 minutes for someone to take my order, waited ten minutes for them to get more ones to give me my change of $4.89. They couldn't eat the 11 cents and give me a $5. Once we went and ordered hot chocolate. Saw the woman pick the cups up off the floor. They were only half full and tasted like perfume. I have never ordered anything that included food here and gotten it in less than 20 minutes, and I've been to this McDonalds at least once a month for the past two years. read more

I stopped going to Mickey D's, because they never get my order right. But I used to love the Chicken Bacon Ranch Wraps, so I decided to go through the drive thru and treat myself. I ordered the wrap and a happy meal for the grandbaby. When I got home I just had a triangular shaped chicken patty with ranch dressing wrapped in a flour shell. I called and them and asked what happened to the lettuce, tomato and bacon. I was told, they no longer sell the wrap I wanted--they only sell the new snack wrap. But when I ordered, she never said anything--I thought I was getting what I wanted, instead she just gave me what she wanted me to have. I could've made that at home myself--no apology, no nothing--she ended the call--and I felt like they took my money under false pretenses. They seem to think hungry people are like animals at a zoo--just throw them some food, anything. Watch out when you order I was there today 7/28/16 and ordered and the kid at register said my card did not go thru so I used another one and no problem. I got back to the office and got ahold of my bank and the charge went thru no problem they said.
