i have been coming to this Burger King for a bit and it has been slowly going downhill. I once was able to get an impossible whopper until close (my s/o is vegetarian) but slowly they have been telling us they dont have any for the night. We would say "ok thank you" and go to a different location. Well tonight was the last straw. We came through the drive thru and was met with "what you want". They repeated nothing back and didn't put in our order as we talked. I order the new jalapeno burger And my boyfriend order his usual impossible whopper both large meals with dr peppers. along with two 8pc jalapeno cheddar bites. Without the order on the board. We were told "pull forward" We weren't told a total. They charged us and then when we got our food. We didnt get straws and they charged us for two jalapeno whoopers. Without telling us they were out of the impossible whopper. Tried saying we order two of them. But that was not the case. We were told "we don't have them this late". If that's the case it should be marked on your board. We were treated like his dietary restriction was a problem and was very rudely asked if we wanted a refund. I know people like to rag on this place, but I like it. The jalapeno poppers and the cheesey tots are awesome, the Whopper is an American icon, and I like their fries. Date of incident: 5/21/25 at 1:37 pm. Absolutely worst service I have EVER had. I created my order on line went to the restaurant to pick up. Counter person ignored me for 13 minutes. I then summoned her to ask about my order. After showing her the order number and items, she stated she could not find it in the system and continued to work. After 28 minutes I inquired again. She became disrespectful and asked what did I want from her. At that the other workers came from the kitchen to the counter and confronted me. I asked for the manager and was give the name Allison. This restaurant located 2912 Dodge street managed by Chris in the mornings is terribly ran. After spending a nice amount of money on a few meals I noticed that I was missing a sandwich. When I circled around to go inside and notify the manager, I was accused of trying to steal the sandwich. Then I get a sandwich thrown toward me at which I threw it back and asked for names and was told their name was none of my business. Went through the drive thru to pick up some burgers for a new homeless friend we made. There was 1 car in line ahead of us but we had to wait almost 10min to order. Fiancé wanted to try the impossible burger so we hit up the old BK gem. It was deceptively similar to a real burger patty; I'm convinced you could switch it out with a "real" patty and nobody would ever know. However, the new $1 taco menu item was the most greasy, underwhelming fast food item I've ever seen. I always like to visit this Burger location because I think the drive thru is very scenic. The burgers are very good and the condiments are proportioned really well at this place. The folks in the kitchen really know how to craft a well balanced sandwich. The workers here all do a great job and they are friendly and helpful in the process. The WORST fast food restaurant and service I have ever had. Went to get breakfast at 9:45 am today (Sunday 8/2/15) at 10:15 am I am still sitting waiting for my food from the drive through. Waited 15 min at the window until they said to pull up to the front to wait. No explanation given. While waiting I saw what looked like a dead cockroach inside of the window. After waiting I went inside and asked what was taking so long. The manager said there was two of them (understandable) but was rude about it. I told the manager about the bug issue and she yelled and said that it was a beetle bug. After waiting another ten minutes my friend went in. Because this had made her late to work. She did the same and talked to the other man working there. Meanwhile I was sitting in the car and watched the manger (one of the two workers) have a cigarette and call someone outside by the dumpster. She then walked in and said she was going to "choke out" my friend for raising her voice at her nephew who apparently was the other man working there.
