I sought but humble fare: a sausage biscuit, golden hash browns, and sweet orange elixir to wake my weary soul. Alas--what folly. The line, long as Hamlet's soliloquy, did not move but crawled, as if each patron were requesting a feast of fifty hens. The staff, though present in form, did seem lost in spirit--wand'ring aimless like ghosts in Macbeth's heath. Twenty minutes passed, though the sun seemed not to shift. I aged in that queue, a man undone by time. When at last my name was called (or rather, mispronounced thrice), I was handed a sack--a trojan bag, bearing not what I ordered, but what some other soul must now lament the lack of. Bacon lay where sausage should have slept. The hash browns? Gone, vanished like fair Ophelia. My juice? Replaced by naught but air and disappointment. I returned to the counter, voice trembling with morning grief, only to be told, "We're short-staffed." Aye, and shorter still on care or correction. In sum: Service slower than a tortoise in a tragic play. Orders more wrong than Iago's intentions. Atmosphere bleak as King Lear's moor. Definitely the worst McDonalds I've ever been too. Horrible service. Mobile order for a happy meal. Everyone inside is miserable because they are stuck waiting for their food. Stayed in town overnight. this was the closest, quickest stop. My husband picked it up while I unpacked at hotel nearby. As we ate I made a comment about how nice my Big Mac looked and tasted. It was well put together and not smooshed. He mentioned how all the employees were really nice and all had something about team Leonard on their uniforms. Just no. -_- I've been here maybe 3 times? Each time I come here I question my choices in life. Firstly, It's McDonald's. The people working here hate their lives, obviously, and they aren't afraid to let you know it. The drive through is a joke. You'll get faster service if you go inside, I only made that mistake once. Going inside, it's gross. I question how often they clean the place. The last time I was there it kinda smelled like sewer and maybe their toilets were having issues. The most important part is the food right, I certainly don't go here for the service or atmosphere. I order only like 2 different items here. A cheeseburger, triple extra onion, extra pickle, no mustard. Or an oreo mcflurry, extra oreo. It's not hard in my opinion, but obviously it is. Each time they refuse to add extra onion to my sandwich (the only way to make them edible) even though it's added to the ticket. I ask them to add more onion, they look at me like I'm nuts. I say to them "I want it to cover the top of the bun". Blank stares. Finally I get my sandwich (not an isolated incident, happened each time I came here) and it's got enough onion on it, no extra pickles. At this point I give up just thankful for my onions. I hear the employees in the kitchen saying I'm "f--ing crazy lady" and I walk out. AT LEAST wait until your customer is gone to start complaining. Came in a while ago and had to wait in the line for a good minute. I made my order and waited in line, when it was my turn to finally pay, I handed my card and the worker stared at me and replied "...oh...we are only accepting cash." I told them to cancel my order and left. Had I been told before ordering, I would have saved time for those behind me. Returned back tonight and everything went smoothly up until I got to the second window. The guy hands me my meal and I asked for some sauce. The guy stared at me and said I had to pay 50 cents. I would understand the charge if I was requesting ADDITIONAL sauces, but I was not given any. Not to mention, the guy had no uniform. SHELBY IS THE WORST MANAGER IN CUSTOMER SERVICE HISTORY!!! This guy is not only rudy to the customers, he's also teaching his staff to do business in the same manner. I sat at this location for over 45 minutes regarding a situation over fries. After about 15 minutes of waiting for the fries, they were half full. I waited about another 10 or so for them to fix the issue, before I asked for my money back. After about 5 minutes one of the employees asked if he would refund me? He replied and said he's going to wait until I fill these Uber orders. Even thought the overnight manager BRANDON runs this location AMAZINGLY, from speedy service, and hot & fresh food. This McDonalds is always having trouble. Most of the times I go the machine is broken or they run out of things before I can get there. I find this to be very discomforting since every once in a while I need some food to keep me going at night since I have night shifts that I need to be up for. If I could give this establishment zero stars I would. We came in on a Saturday night the door were still open and the lobby was FULL. As we walk up there is no menu. We ask if there's one we can look at and the lady says no it turns off at 10. So we just kind of order what we need and wait for our food. Or food is up and my husband is about to eat his burger and finds what looks like snot inside. I was gagging. He took it back up and the lady was rude and just down right nasty. Gives him a new one. As essentially everyone has stated, the wait here is hilariously long. I assume the wait is due to a tete a tete with the local homeless population though, as I was propositioned for money not once, but twice while sitting in a 30 minute line at midnight on a Saturday. After all, if you get people through the line in a decent amount of time, that leaves no time for the homeless to tap on your window begging. I ALWAYS expect this at intersections in this part of town, but its definitely new at a McDonald's drive-thru. Just a bit of advice, maybe the homeless should set their sights on a more upscale clientele (Arby's maybe?) if they really want to profit. The employees are clearly stoned out of their gourds but I don't go to McDonald's looking for fine service and thank-you's for my business. The car in line in front of me that had no back window was chucking garbage out of the drivers side window onto the lawn, and it didn't look out of place there, if that gives you any indication of what you're in for. I'd recommend trying a McDonald's a little further to the south where the employees likely have a modicum of self-respect. Oh, and the food was cold as shit. It's McDonald's. The customer service is usually non existent. Your order is probably wrong and you usually have to wait way longer than you want to. But, it's early/late, you're hungover/running late and it's convenient. With that said, a lot of people seem to have pretty strong negative feeling about this location. I've never been inside, but the drive-thru is always busy. And while the greeting I received this morning (Can I help you?) seemed a little off, bc obviously you can help me, I'm in line to order food...what else would I be there for? They were fast, my order was right and they told me to have a good day. This McDonald's is close to work, so I do occasionally stop in for an Egg McMuffin. What can I say, I am a fool for a McMuffin. I'll let you read the reviews and decide if this is for you but mostly you get what you expect at McDonald's. The employees are marginally engaged, sometimes it's slow, and it's fast food. I've never been through the drive thru at 2 am (those days are thankfully behind me) but generally, it's not that bad. If you need your fix, this one does the trick. read more

When I got to the microphone this is what occurred: While ordering my food, he put the order in wrong on the screen customers use. I corrected him, he said "man I know what I'm doing" Next at the register window I gave him the card and said the chip is dead. Insert 3x then swipe. By far one of the worst McDonalds in Omaha. People working are hit or miss annoyed you are there or on occasion super nice. Mostly annoyed thou. Accuracy is low priority and time is not of the essence. Slow and wrong orders make this place terrible. I assume they are slow because they are correcting orders every 10 minutes. I will say the night shift. After midnight are on top of stuff. This was the only place open for food so I sucked it up and ended up getting amazing service. Good job night shift! read more

By far, this is the worst McDonalds in the continental United States. I waited almost 45 minutes to order, pay for, and finally receive the correct order using the drive thru. Their were THREE cars ahead of me. I was not provided a receipt and informed that I didn't want one anyway. The young lady took several minutes away from the window to process my credit card. I was provided the wrong food after waiting nearly 40 minutes and had to wait nearly 5 more minutes to have my order aggressively handed to me. I say aggressively, because the young lady serving me, when told that she gave me the wrong order, proceeded to bark back at me, "Well what did you have then?" Remember, I had already endured over 40 minutes of waiting at this point and I was made to feel that them providing me with the wrong order was either my fault or a great inconvenience to the employee. The decaf coffee and McChicken were both ice cold and inedible. I really wish zero stars was an option as providing even 1 star to this abomination of an eating establishment makes me uneasy. New staff is required. The current staff are unemployable and don't deserve to work in any capacity serving te public. I actually didn't really have a bad experience when killing time at this location. I got into Omaha extremely early via train, and had to find somewhere to hang out until my rental car place was open. I got to McDonalds about 6:30 AM, it was nice and air conditioned, and the ladies behind the counter were all very pleasant. They got my order right, and were in no way offensive. That said, it is a McDonalds. Don't expect anything above average. read more
