The service was excellent. Not only because there were only 2 of us in the restaurant on a windy snowy Sunday in Omaha. But I'm sure even if the restaurant was packed. The salad I had was delicious, fresh and crispy! The burger and fries were also tasty, but I had clumps of salt on my burger and fries. Like the chef threw more seasoning and salt on at the end. Went in for lunch on a Monday and it was absolutely dead. We were the only ones there. Service was not great, the young lady that helped us acted like we were a burden and never checked on us. Food tasted ok but if I'm going to pay $20 for a burger, it needs to be a good one. The burger was a prefab thin patty like you would get at McDonald's on a Big Mac. Burger was with cheese, lettuce and tomato. Actually not too bad. Very beefy taste and bun fell apart due to the 3 gallons of mayonnaise on the bun. So I ordered Caesar salad with substitute of chicken to shrimp and it's pretty delicious and there huge. I'm waiting for my burger, but I think the burger is gonna be good as well. I've been to a few of the BT establishments across the country and usually they are okay for a burger and beer but this one would be the worse one so far located in the Holiday Inn. We ordered two classic burgers which were burnt to a point where charcoal patties would have been better. The ambiance in the restaurant was weird to say the least. The bartender was nice however was limited in her ability to serve. Anthony, a Holiday Inn employee, inserted himself into our lunch experience by quizzing us as to why Budweiser had become best known by military. He proceeded to articulate what it supposedly stood for, first forwards, and then backwards. All before engaging in a grossly inappropriate interaction with the bartender/waitress/host in front of us. All of which ended up costing $90ish dollars. We should have just went straight to the airport for our preflight lunch and beer. read more

We were hesitant on coming here due to reviews but it was close enough to our hotel that we figured we'd give it a shot. Went on a Wednesday night and was lucky enough to have Antoinette serving us. She was super friendly and attentive and her service is definitely worth 5 stars. Food was decent. We had the fried pickles, wings and lone star burger and were happy. 3.8/5 stars for the food. I give an overall rating of 3 stars because it was very obvious that if there were any more tables in there, service would've declined rapidly since there was only 1 server. If management can figure out how to find more people like Antoinette, I'm sure you'll have a good time here. Otherwise, beware that your service quality may vary. read more

Ohhh....Burger Theory. My mom used to use the expression 'hot mess' and this applies to all aspects of Burger Theory. Just yesterday, me and my family popped in for two custom burgers and a chicken burger on lettuce. Sounds easy, right? Nahhhh... not for this crew. Getting straight to the point the service was absolutely horrendous. And specifically, Nataly A is who you should avoid. It was us and, quite literally 3 other couples in the establishment, and between her watching college baseball and taking smoke breaks she struggled to get everyone their food. Appetizers-20 min. Main Course- 37 min Annnnd.... the chicken on lettuce was wrong. She brought out a chicken on a bun. For a pescatarian. Lol. Here's the kicker... I said.. "Hey that was supposed to be on lettuce?" She responded with, "Oh you're right." Then proceeded to pull out the toothpick, take the bun off (with no gloves) and set another piece of lettuce on top. Then handed the plate back. We are here for a convention. Walked in, not only were we not greeted, we were ignored. There is no sign that says to seat yourself, but I presume you are to do that. We stayed next door to this restaurant and walked over because it was convenient. Convenience was a plus. Melisa, our waitress, was very nice. The food - a fish sandwich and a cheeseburger, was average in quality. Fries were slightly cold and limp. But the most disappointing aspect is that the cab wine was of poor quality and our waitress was not empowered to take it off our bill or offer a reasonable solution. Her manager wasn't available. We find it incredible in modern times that an eating establishment won't let their employees make decisions to accommodate customer needs. We will not return. read more
