Because of that, we respectfully asked about getting a refund. The staff told us only a manager could approve refunds, but the manager wasn't there at the time. No alternative solution was offered -- not a replacement meal, store credit, or any way to help resolve the situation. Since this is a family-owned restaurant it left us feeling stuck and unheard as customers. I understand policies exist, but spending that much money and leaving without being able to eat the food or get help addressing the issue was very frustrating. I hope management can improve how situations like this are handled so other customers don't have the same experience.

The egg and chorizo Mexican torta was so huge I didn't think I'd be able to eat it all, but each bite was rich with authentic Mexican flavors that I couldn't stop. We topped it off with the beautifully baked concha bun that finished us off perfectly. I had a Strawberries and Cream cold brew that was very good. Hubby had two different types of iced tea for the road and left with a big smile on his face. The shop was very clean and nicely decorated. There are some nice pastries too.. i was eyeing a very scrumptious looking crumb cake but passed it up! So many different coffee selections to choose from with fun concoctions. You won't be disappointed.
