Over the past few weeks when I have stopped for breakfast, the drive thru is very slow. Even with only 2 cars, its very slow. The breakfast chicken scramble wraps is poorly wrapped, falling apart while trying to eat. Also, the food is not evenly distributed. One end of the burrito will be all egg, the other end all chicken/crowns. This has happened several times. Today, I ordered 2 chicken burritos. Both were hardly wrapped at all. More like haphazardly folded. My burrito had 1 chicken nugget and a few crowns, meaning 90% egg. My coworkers burrito was a little better on the contents. I think he had 3 chicken nuggets. I don't go to Chick-fil-A very often but found myself in the area running errands and decided to go through the drive-through. Granted the drive-through was busy and I was at the end of the line almost when I initially pulled up. OrderEd 2 gfilled chicken combos and eight piece chicken nugget. The order crew was friendly and helpful however when I arrived at the delivery window I received my drinks and was instructed to pull up and park. They were already places filled and could not do so so I had to wait a few minutes. I was instructed once again to pull up and to wait for my order and wait indeed I did. I was unaware however I had text my daughter upon ordering so I knew the time that I had placed my order and arrived in the drive-through. I was astounded later to learn precisely how long I had waited. I counted 15 vehicles pull through the drive-through receive their drinks and food and pull off. There was one additional vehicle behind me and I had waited long enough for my food. Hence I got out of my vehicle and walked up to the window and stated politely I'd either like a refund or my food, to which the window employee stated OK and asked "what is your name?" This told me that my food was not cooked nor ready or waiting for me nor were they waiting for it either, as didn't know my name. I returned to my vehicle and waited another five or so minutes and finally a young employee was sent out with my food and for the vehicle behind mine. I attempted to state to her are you the manager and she replied yes, but knowing she was not and there was another gentleman inside overseeing the employees I did not wish to debate this with her. I tried to tell her that I was counting the vehicles and 15 had gone by she then wanted to say oh but you got a grilled chicken sandwich. and at this point I just pulled away. When I arrived at home and looked at the receipt and noticed the time in the vehicle that my food was brought to me the time between this and ordering my food, was 22 minutes. Insanely slow, a young group of workers which is great, but they're getting nothing done.

This is the most unorganized Chick Fil A I have ever been to and the customer service is not very good over all. When you go to Chick Fil A you expect a better level of service, It seems like I was at a McDonalds and not at a chick fil A. This time I went inside to dine in with my kids and the food took almost 15 minutes to get to our table which is quite a long time for fast food. Also a week ago we went to get food in the drive thru here and we were waiting over 30 minutes, thats ridiculous for a chick fil A and they also messed up our order, we had 2 missing nuggets and drinks. I don't go to Chick-Fil-A often but found myself here with friends on the way back from a beach trip. First off, this location is spotless everywhere. It kind of even seems to sparkle when you drive up (so serious, just look at the photos). My chicken was hot and fresh and the fruit cup was great! Note: I take fruit cups very seriously and am super unhappy when the fruit is 1) all the same fruit or 2) old and nasty. It was a healthy mix of apples, oranges, grapes, strawberries, and blueberries--fresh like the farmer's market! I got my favorite half vanilla and half strawberry milkshake. If you haven't done a half-and-half shake before, you're missing out! I didn't know that servers came around to give refills, which was a welcome surprise. This location fell short on the customer service side, cashier was overwhelmed, annoyed with us and was flustered. Our order was messed up , the gentleman who delivered it didn't acknowledge it but an order woman who I assume was his wife did ask and fix the order , but no apologies. The clerk who helped us with refills was great and delivered the service we have come to know from chic-Fil-a... possibly just an off day.
