I had a hard time deciding what to order, but I ended up going with the Salted Honey Vanilla special--and wow, it was one of the best coffees I've had in a long time. It was creamy, perfectly balanced, and still had that rich espresso flavor that really came through. Not overly sweet, just smooth and delicious. I don't live nearby, which makes me a little sad because I'd love to come back and try more of their flavors and specialty drinks. I wish they had a location closer to San Francisco! I really hate having to wait to get my order remade and having an extra drink that's not needed and most of the time goes to waste. All I ask is to make the drink correctly for how it was ordered because I'm sure it causes stress for the folks that are having to remake the drinks when they have other orders to also work on, as well as the customers who pay for one thing and end up with something else.

I ordered a salted caramel cold brew, but it tasted nothing like salted caramel. The latte was also extremely watery and tasted more like milk than a latte. What concerned me most was the hygiene. While working, one of the staff members was petting a customer's dog. She then went directly back to work without washing her hands. I found this particularly concerning when handling drinks and food. The long wait, poor quality of the drinks, and hygiene issue made this a very disappointing visit. I wouldn't return based on this experience.

It was a bit surprising--not because of the policy, but because of the tone, which came across as a bit harsh. Maybe she was just having a bad day, which I can understand, but the delivery didn't feel very welcoming. I want to emphasize that I have no issue paying for water at all; in fact, I planned to go back to the car after ice cream to get water since we parked nearby. I came back specifically for their hot Thai tea--it's only $3.50 for a generous, great-sized cup, and it is absolutely delicious. The gentleman at the counter is incredibly friendly and crafts every single drink with so much care. On my first visit, I ordered a cappuccino, a hazelnut latte, and a hot Thai tea. I actually got lucky that day because a previous customer had left a "pay it forward" in their menu; so one of my drinks was free! I made sure to pay it forward as well for the next person. I love that they encourage that kind of community vibe. Tip: They do have parking, but keep your eyes peeled because it's on a busy street and can be easy to miss.
