This is my favorite Mc Donald's in the whole Contra Costa County! I've always loved Mc Donald's growing up, but now my protein diet has changed, I only eat fish. My custom Fish Filet I order here is with shredded lettuce, extra pickles and slivered onions plain with no cheese. It's my go to choice for a delicious fast food that is my deserved cheat day. No where else do they make such a good crispy fish sandwich anymore that I can trust, plus I love the perfect temperature in between crispy, soft fries. The inside establishment is also my favorite for indoor play for my children when they were younger. It has large tubes to slide and race with friends through, a small play area for little guys and a basketball hooped area. To be honest, I haven't been to McDonald's in a very, very, very long time, but I wanted to get my granddaughter some pancakes. So I ordered a big plate and one. The woman rang it up that said muffin. I didn't know McDonald's had muffins. I haven't been there in so long. I thought maybe this is something new And I said well what kind of muffins do you have aren't she replied muffins that's what we call them. I says are the blueberry or the strawberry what kind of muffins they're just muffins I got frustrated yesterday. Asked someone what the muffins are called that she comes back with the same muffins that we use on McMuffin. Oh yeah that's clear. Thanks. I went up to her window. I paid her. I didn't say thank you I didn't say anything to her so I guess saying, give her too much to think about by the time I got to the I told her to mom I don't wanna do it window to pay. The guy opens the window hands me a bag and closes the window not ask me if I need anything else not a thank you. I told him I would never come there again and he said good and a story food was what everybody says not worth it so I came home. We threw the egg part out. We ate three of the pancakes with the muffins but they had to be put in an air fryer to crisp them up because they were soggy so there you have you decide if you wanna go back there or not I will not thank you for nothing. read more

This location is not too far from where I live so we come to this location all the time. I love McDonald's especially the French fries. So when the fries are missing I get upset. Been to this McDonald's many times and this is the third time they forgot my fries. And no I did not check the bag because we wanted to get home. And no I did go back to get the fries because it's annoying! French fries are not cheap anymore, so yes I am complaining. Every time we come here they forget something. We almost always have to pull around to the front and wait for someone to bring out our food. They never wait for us to check our order so the last 2 times we had to go inside and claim what was forgotten. Also asked for sauce and didn't get any. I gave 2 stars because the food is usually good. I do try to avoid this location, but it's right off the freeway and my kids prefer it over other fast food options. read more

The employees are so bad, we made sure over the drive thru that I was getting 3 mchickens for the price of 8.57 which is still more than it should have been, and they charged me 10.57, the chick when I got up there looked like a dwarf, she wasn't very bright and had attitude, then I got to the second window and the guy had even worse customer service, just ignoring me and not replying, he looked like he came off the slums in Aladdin. If I could give no stars I would. I had a coupon code ready to go and gave it to Alexa in the drive through. She told me it was invalid. I just did the code a minute before I went through the drive through. So I tried again through my app which told me the code had been used. Of course it had because I just did it. Great kids play place, but other than one very good employee didn't see any cleaning take place in 3 hours there. The same good employee brought food to the table as part of the kiosk order system, but after he left I had to practically beg for my subsequent orders at the counter. Came in during the lunch rush and spent 25 mins in the drive through to satisfy my craving for salty fries. I got home and hubby noticed that his food wasn't in the bag. Even though it was on the receipt. I called and spoke the Lana the manager. I explained my problem and she invited me to come in to get my missing food. Only problem was, i was on lunch break and didn't have time to go back and forth again. She said I could come after i get off work and I graciously accepted. I came in just after I clocked out and she remembered our conversation and gave me my missing parts and then some. She really made up for the mistake and offered a sincere apology. Thank you Lana. I really appreciate your effort and making it right for me. I am normally not a fan of McDonald's but my pregnancy has changed my tastebuds and I just can't go without it lately. My bf got a McDouble last night and while eating it he said it was the worst McDouble he's ever eaten...within an hour of eating it he said he wasn't feeling good and got food poisoning and was in the bathroom the whole night and this morning.
