Went through the drive-thru, and specified NO CHEESE on my Big Mac meal, and two plain McDouble's , then my total was given to me and I requested to add a sausage McGriddle, they said you may add at it at first window,ok. Get to first window she read back my order, verified my Big Mac NO CHEESE she stated yes I have that, and I asked her please add a sausage McGriddle , she said ok. But then when I paid I double checked did you add the McGriddle , "oh shit, no" she's all let me place another order for you. And on to the next window. As soon as I get there, my drink is given to me, and we are asked to park at the front slot #2 because our sausage McGriddle isn't ready. We wait , then when food finally comes my McGriddle is missing, get off the car to ask for it, then guy inside with attitude we'll you had to separate orders, I'm aware of that, but why make me park outside and specially telling your waiting on my griddle. The manager Jorge at this location needs some more training. I came with a simple curbside pickup order in slot 3. He told an employee that I had to go inside to verify my order. I show him the Mcdonalds app and he rudely tells me that he needs the order number... Well 15 minutes after my order was placed the only thing that shows in the details is what was ordered, no order number. He grabs a bag and says thats the order and turns away. No apology for the wait or the inconvenience of having to go inside. I didn't like the way he was speaking to his employees also. And as I was watching him do order checks, he's scratching his neck, then touching food and placing it into the bag. If you cant handle the heat, get out the kitchen bro. read more

Today (3/5/19) i was craving the new? Bacon, egg and cheese mcmuffin so I went to this mcdonalds (corner of Norwalk and Imperial). From the drive through I ordered the bacon, egg and cheese mcmuffin combo with a medium coffee, 10 creams and 10 sugars on the side please and a burrito. I paid at the first window after they repeated my order again to me all was good. I get to the second window and the lady hands me my bag with food items I noticed no cream or sugar bag inside. Then she hands me my medium coffee, so I asked my cream & sugar? She said its already in the coffee. So I told her I'm sorry but I asked for it on the side. Bow mind you I don't actually put the whole amount of cream and sugar, I just rather have more than enough that to need more. So after they give me my coffee I leave without checking my order. I'm at work now and I open my sandwich and it is not what I ordered. They gave me a bacon, egg and cheese mcgriddle instead of a mcmuffin. I cant leave work to go tell them and get the correct one. Service was slower than expected. Food was nothing special. The parents sitting in the dining area allowed their children to run wild all over the restaurant and scribble graffiti on the tables and benches like little gang members in training. They have the worst customer service, they ALWAYS mess up my order,I definitely am thinking about calling corporate. All I asked is to please replace the cup my 2 yr old drinks out of. It was thrown away when I went to change his diaper came back and was gone. Not once but 2 x. Not at fault when an employee throws away my food. Had a very bad experience..the morning manager is so rude and definietly dont know nothing about customer service. I ordered a number 6 breakfast meal and i noticed my sausage biscuit and egg dident have cheese so i asked the cashier if i can get cheese on my order. She than charged me so i paid and waited. Who doesn't love a quick treat from your local McDonald's. But what if your local McDonalds is run by a lazy staff and poor management. Well that's what you'll find at this location. Prepare yourself for dirty tables, no lids for soft drinks, caution tape blocking 2 booths and a long wait time for your food inside the dining area. First I used the restrooms. Very clean! Lupe took my order. There was no wait and she went out of her way to help me decide what to order based on deals the store had. She was very informative and very friendly. Patient with me while I tried to decide what I wanted. As soon as if filled my drink, my food was ready. Even though I was still near the counter, Mary Ann offered to take my food to my seat. She was very nice and showed interest in my son. As a proud mom, I love that! A few minutes after I started eating she came to check that I had everything I needed! The store manager, didn't catch his name, stopped in the play place where I was eating to check on things. He was friendly. The play place seems very clean and I feel completely at ease letting my 1.5 year old play and climb. He loved it and even ate all his food, a success! read more

I gave this Mc Donalds a good rating due to the great customer service I recieved from the manager Rafael. A week ago i ordered a burger meal and when I came home there was no meat in the burger. I reported this on the survey and Rafael called me . He was kind and funny . He refunded the meal and gave me a gift for the inconvinience. I have had issues with another fast food restaraunt constantly getting my orders wrong, the manager called me once while at work and never again. Anyways the lady working inside was on the intercom and being so rude , my boyfriend and I were screaming asking her to switch the screen back so we can see the options to choose from and she kept saying "what?" , and "I can't hear you". But my boyfriend was driving so he was closer and definitely could be heard. She cut us off at one point was like pull up already. She said 10 times at least "what" and "I can't hear you".
