I'v been coming to this location for over 15 years. I won't even bother rating the food but it's the same. When you get a craving for fries or a mcchciken you come here, when it's late at night and ur drunk u come here (dd is driving of course). Even if ur on a diet and u wanna fall off the wagon u come here. This is the slowest line moving line ever !!!! You will be waiting for ages inside and especially outside in the drive thru. I see people leaving the line all the time. They recently renovated and upgraded to the self order computerized menus. Technology is great and sure we are moving forward in the future. But has this made ordering and eating any faster ??? No it hasn't!!! It will take time, ppl are confused but that's a separate issue. Ps: the parking lot is tiny. read more

This McD's is located on the east side of Weston in the big mall right off the 401 exit for Weston Road. There's a duplicate listing that has almost 20 reviews but I'm going to post mine one this listing because it has the proper postal code and phone number. I only really go to this McDonald's when I go to visit my brother who lives not far from this mall. I can remember the last time I was here that I was fairly livid because of the disorganization at this particular restaurant. To start off they have 3 cash tills and they were both signed off. Both of them. Really how are customers supposed to order? The counter is tiny and it's crowded because of everybody waiting in this tiny congested area. I had ordered and this particular store while I've seen this practice at other McD's locations is not right but at the same time they completely fail at it. What I'm talking about is ordered are timed. By the time an order is placed if you look at the board your order should appear there. On their screens there are the ordered displayed and time runs as long as the orders are not fulfilled. I find this locations and others "fudge" this process. They close off the order before it's actually complete so their "TIMES" appear better. They end up closing the order and give you your food. Where THIS particular location completely fails is that they do this AND they forget orders. The last time I was there I was upset because they closed off my order and forgot what I had. I had to show them my receipt because behind the counter it was complete chaos and confusion. Coffees were put on the order counter (marked 0 through 9) so they can match up with who ordered what but when you clear the orders from the screen to make it look like your restaurant is not as incompetently as slow as they are in reality, things implode when they actually don't fulfill those orders and leave customers hanging in the crowded queue in what I like to call the lobby of dissatisfaction to eventually be fed up and go back to them demanding what the hey they are doing...??? IMO this practice of closing off orders to get the RED orders off their order queue screens has to stop. If your numbers are bad because you're too slow your numbers need to reflect how bad you're actually doing as opposed to gaming the system to look like you're doing a better job than you actually are doing. This latest visit wasn't as bad but still this place made me not forget how they did things last time and I see egregious fudging of their order times again I'll consider reporting it to corporate or whatever level is above the store because forgetting what was ordered in order to cover up ineptitude and mismanagement is not acceptable regardless of where ever you go. read more

Coffee is priced great, especially when compared to Starbucks across the street. This coffee usually hits the spot. I noticed that their coffee stopped tasting as good. Is it because of a Covid-19 product supply related issue? Not sure but the last two coffees I purchased tasted burnt and too strong/bitter. Not even the sugar and cream magic duo could fix it. Homeless people inside, homeless people outside, homeless people working the always long drive thru line and everytime I go in I hear them complaining about people not showing up for shifts. Maybe it's too small for such a busy location but I've found the drive thru takes 15 minutes most of the time and going in takes even more time. read more

Lets clear some stuff first... I love McDonalds...lol Its cheap and fills the tummy :D This location here was a bit busy during workday lunch hour. The service is fast and the server and the person putting the food together were friendly and were joking, which was nice. The seating plenty but it is a smaller location. There is parking on the location and they have free Wifi. They are keeping the food consistent with other MC D's. read more

The only reason this place doesn't get 1 star is because of one friendly morning worker who is always smiling and really pleasant to deal with. There's so many issues with this place I need to make a jot note review. 1. The average wait time for drive thru is around 30 minutes or more. This is hands down the slowest drive thru I've ever been to in the city. I come here around 6:30am and I've actually timed the difference between them and the Tim Hortons across the street. In the amount of time five cars are served here the Tim Hortons serves 12. And that's with coffee and the occasional muffin or the odd sandwich order; so if you see more than 5 cars in drive thru I suggest you go elsewhere. Let me be clear: if you hit this place at lunchtime and there's a lineup that reaches into the parking lot you'll be waiting over 40 minutes. 2. I can't even count the amount of times my order has been wrong, but I was told once in drive thru that I had to turn around and line up again because she couldn't give me a free cup of ice water with my meal since it wasn't on the receipt. Needless to say I got the cup of water. Staff are rude; they don't have any sense of urgency and they'll move at the same pace with 20 cars in drive thru that they'd move with 3. 4. If you think going in will help, it won't. Same wait times unless you catch them on a good day. You may as well order an entire meal because you'll wait the same time for a coffee that you do for three Big Macs. And even then you'll probably get the wrong order. To be clear, my issue isn't even really with the employees. They definitely could be more efficient, but my real issue is with the ownership and management of this place. It's evident you need to hire more people. You need a better system. You need two people working orders in drive thru and you need WAY more people in the back. The ice cream machine was broken here for weeks. There was a two week span that you couldn't get a regular iced coffee. This location has way too much traffic for you to just say "oh well, at least we are busy" because lately I've been bypassing this spot solely on not having 40 minutes to dedicate waiting in a drive thru. It's in such a convenient location and it sucks that he service is so immensely terrible. read more

If any location of McDonalds is worthy of negative stars it would be this shambles of a restaurant. If you go anytime between 5pm and 8pm be prepared for at least a 20 minute wait for your food. The lines are always long, either they are always under staffed or the staff is under trained and lethargic. If not for the incessant nagging of my kids for Happy Meals I would go nowhere near this place. After another 40 minute wait tonight, I need a stiff drink to calm my nerves. read more

This has to be the worst McDonalds worldwide and its too bad it is still in business because it give McDonalds a bad name . the owner has either has not control over the staff or doesn't care. The staff is rude and if you make a comment, the staff answers back with "so you still come back".The order is never right you get burned bagels, no ice cream because the ice cream machine is always broken, no Cappuccino because the staff either doesn't know how to use the machine or there is no milk. Last night was just the icing on the cake, when it took 30 minutes to get thru the drive thru and have the person at the window scream at me. I will never go to McDonalds again, I will go out of my way and go to Tim Hortons for coffee even thou I like McDonalds coffee better, I will order Swiss Chalet delivery rather than eat another McDonalds product again. Definitely the worst location I've ever been to. I have only been through the drive thru so I can't attest to the how the inside is. Waited 20 mins in the line up AFTER ordering, was charged the wrong amount at the first window and had to correct my order which was a very simple meal. Got my food and checked to ensure it was correct which it was not so I sent it back and was asked to wait again. Finally got my meal which appreared to at least be in the same box but after eating the sandwich it was like they just took the first one, added a couple of things and put it back, so it had condiments that wouldn't regularly be there and others weren't there that should have been. On top of the frustration the staff was not pleasant at all. read more

There is exactly 1 improvement on McD menu: red onions choice. But they still serve their sandwiches without melting the cheese & it's lukewarm. At least the fries were hot. Mushrooms have no flavour, they are put on cheese separately instead of melting them with cheese. No wonder everything is bland and tasteless unless you salt & pepper it. I asked for a crispy chicken Swiss Mushroom melt with only red onions & pickles. I loathe ketchup mayonnaise & relish & given I have diabetes I shouldn't have the sugar anyway. The server gives me my order with no cheese & mushroom & then claims I said ONLY red onions & pickles. Then why would I ask for a Swiss Mushroom Melt? Duh! So they remade it. And put on mushrooms separately & didn't melt the Swiss cheese at all. One star is generous. read more

First off we waited about 15 minutes for our order when there was no one else in line, then the staff had a friend sitting half way in the staff door way half out in the dining area chatting away with 4 employees doing nothing while one poor guy was working away in the back, during the conversation with their friend the staff was swearing and calling each other the N word, staff all seemed miserable when speaking with customers and finally the bathroom was disgusting. There was a VERY rude girl in the dive thru that didn't even speak to me as she was talking with a fellow employee about her night out. She used vulgar language and when I mentioned it to her as I had 2 young kids in the car she rolled her eyes and closed the window. Look, as you can see from other reviews I have written, I'm try not to be a negative person, but hopefully someone will see this and things will get better. I'm not a regular at McDonalds, but while killing time for an airport pickup, I thought I'd swing by as I had just downloaded the app and they had a deal with a McFlurry. I also grabbed another item off the menu, which I did not want sauce on. I tried the touch screen displays to order, but as I was new to it and didn't really want to spend a bunch of time trying to familiarize myself with them right there, I went to the cashier to place my order. I explained that McFlurry deal on the app, no worries, and placed my other item without sauce. I even restated it before I paid. I'm sure you can see where this is going. As I got it to go, I didn't realize that it still had the sauce on it until I had got into my car. I didn't have time to go back in, so I drove away. My suggestion is that with special orders, maybe repeat it when you pick it up at the counter. I'm not sure where the miscommunication was, but I can say I won't be back anytime soon. read more

When I am in the mood for McDonalds, I steer well clear of this location. Had several bad experiences here well beyond the common problem of forgotten items in the drive-thru. The workers here are frequently busy doing anything but taking orders and making food, are often rude - chewing gum, abrupt, and generally disinterested. I understand it's a fast food restaurant and not always a job for life, but take an interest in the customers please - they pay your wages. The parking lot is frequently disgusting, with McD's litter all over the place. My wife once had a ghastly salad there with brown lettuc and moldly tomatoes, and when calling management to complain they were dismissive and difficult - although wedid eventually get a free replacement item when we finally returned. After too many bad experiences I will now drive the extra 10-15 minutes to the next closest location rather than submit myself to the misery of this one. read more

Saw the reviews, thought maybe it was an exaggeration.. after all, how bad could it be? Well today, I witnessed the worse McDonald's in my life. First off, the parking lot and the design of the drive thru is horrendous. Simply terrible.. not enough parking and the way the drive thru cuts through the path to MCD is really strange. Also it is a one way design so that adds to the confusion. I came during breakfast and ordered a standard egg McMuffin combo... Definitely did not expect a wait over 25 minutes and the order to come out messed up. If I wanted that sort of wait, I could've gone to a Coras. No idea how that could occur since I've seen busier MCD bust out orders within 5 minutes. I hate to blame the employees but whoever is managing this store is doing a terrible job. read more

Waited over 20 minutes on chicken nuggets, only to get the wrong happy meal toy, waited another 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us and by then we said screw it and left the toy. The customer service was horrible, the staff was fooling around in the back and ignoring us and other customers and it wasn't even busy enough for them to be behind. When a staff member did acknowledge us it was "what do you need" instead of asking if they can help us, completely rude and ignorant. Always a mess, and completely unorganized. Entire staff needs to be fired and replaced. read more
