Walked into lobby, I'm the only customer. Ordered food at 7:13, did not Get the food for over 20 minutes. This poor woman is running the one register (sometimes) and the food to the waiting people outsid. When we pulled in there was not a huge line in the drive-through so I don't comprehend exactly what happened. But this is the same thing that happens every time I come here. The drive-through runs fairly efficiently, but there's always a tremendous weight inside. By the time I got my food, they were three or four other people waiting in the lobby for food or orders, or something, and then not even been addressed yet. Everyone these days is just out to get people. When I order my food, and I say "no drink", then you do not charge me for a drink and don't give it to me. How much the difference in price might be, it does not matter, it is the principle! And charging me a donation for RMHC without asking my consent, that is outrageous, at least ask me, but just charging, handing me my food at the drive though, knowing there is no light, room and time to check the receipt, I call that theft. The woman that brought our food out was a manager by the way, she lit a cigarette before bringing it to us and while bringing the food to she was smoking it. we ordered food in the drive thru, there was maybe 1 or 2 cars behind us and they asked us to pull into a spot to wait for our food to come out. We waited for at least 20 minutes and there was another person in the car next to us and he was waiting even longer then us. We had to go inside to ask for our food and when we did go inside all the employees were messing around and didn't seem to care about how long we were waiting. I went to McDonalds today for a coffee after picking my daughter up from school. I pull up to the drive through window and the barista did not put the lid on the coffee cup but just set it on top of the cup so when he passed the cup through the drive through window the cup collapsed spilling searing hot coffee all over my legs and my white leather seats of my brand new SUV. I screamed how hot it was and how it had burned my legs. I asked to speak to the manager and she said all she could do was give me the three dollars back for my coffee. That three dollars does not even pay to get the coffee stains out of my white leather seats. After arriving back at my home I examine the damage of the burns on my legs and they are raw and red. I placed my order at the kiosk I ordered the big breakfast with pancakes and a large coffee. I filled out the information at the kiosk Specifying 2 creams and 5 sugars. The kiosk directed me to take a number to place on the table as I was dining in. After almost 15 minutes of waiting for my order, the attendant at the counter calls on my table number. What was the purpose of me taking a sign with the table number on it to place on the table if I had to go up to the counter and get it? I got two sugars and one cream for my coffee. I frequent this place for deliveries and it's probably the most well-run McDonald's for delivery drivers in the entire Cleveland area. This McDonald's franchise is a disgrace. First of all...I am a local resident, and I try to get to one of the local places before 10pm to grab some dinner (I work late). I don't show up 10min before closing...when that's the case I go home and make a sandwich, or just go to bed... I get there around 9pm. Tonight, I ordered a 6pc chicken...I got 5. My fries were insanely undercooked. The girl on the intercom at the drivethru was having a conversation with a coworker...laughing and joking around...and I couldn't understand a word she said to me, or even if she was talking to me or the coworker she was laughing with over the intercom. Stopped at this McDonald's after a long morning of shopping. I ordered chicken nugget 10 piece with ranch and buffalo sauce. Medium fries and a orange drink. At the window she read me my order, everything was correct and I paid. She gave me my bag, knowing this McDonald's well I stayed at the window to check the bag... in the bag was a double cheese burger with a small fry and my drink was a sprite ..... that is NO WHERE CLOSE to my order at all and she even repeated it back to me.
