This has been, THE WORST EXPERIENCE. I Mellisa have ever had. I door dashed some McDonald's for me and my girl pals. And the bag came COMPLETELY SOAKED, My nuggets were infused with bubbly sprite! And don't even ask about the McChicken!!! My sprite was split down the middle!! It was a pool! And my food was swimming in it! My bun was soaked! NOTHING was salvageable!!!! Twice in the last 10 days I have visit this store and ordered 2 apple pies. Drove home to find out the store didn't give them to me. I asked about it tonight when placing my order and when picking up my order and was told by employees they were likely out. So I said so you just didn't give me something I paid for? And they said likely. They then proceeded to tell me it was my fault I didn't get them since I didn't check my order before driving away! I asked to talk to the manager who met me at the second window. She proceeded to tell me there was nothing she could do for me since it didn't happen today. Worst McD, in terms of service, that I've ever been to. Went there with my wife & four grandkids around 11:30 am for quick lunch. There was a line at the single, open register...so we e-ordered. After 15 minutes of waiting, and never seeing our order number appear on the "in progress/ready board", I approached the overwhelmed service team for a progress report. No one seemed to know what I was asking and I was repeatedly asked to show them my receipt. It took the better part of 20 full minutes to get everything we ordered. I hate doing the e-order thing when there's more than two of us, as it takes forEVER to complete the ordering process...and then it takes an eternity to get the food compiled & delivered. Sorry,McDonalds...the e-ordering seems to only alleviate you from having to man a 2nd register. The customer gets the "screws" in this scenario. Four Happy Meals and two sandwiches shouldn't take twenty minutes to produce EVER! read more

I went last week with my 10 year old cousin and his sister which is 6 years old and my husband and we got water cups and my little cousins got a little bit of juice and the manager got very furious and she came almost screaming in an attitude saying you need to pay for that or throw it away and I said okay I'll throw it out and she came back with new cups and she yanked my cousins cups from their hands and threw them away and we didn't want to cause a scene so we got our food and left but the remaining of the time we were treated like we stole something and all the employees kept following us around and criticize us read more

The night before last myself and some friends went to McDonald's to grab them a few cheeseburgers and fries and go back and watch a movie at restaurant. As we looked at the menu board and we're deciding the worker at the front register kept looking down at something. We decided what to order and made order the worker the front register continue to look down not at the register but something else. I chose not to get myself food because I am not a fan of McDonald's. I did step up in line and order food for a friend of mine to take back to work. After I made my order and paid this worker I finally saw the name badge was named Stockton. As he was handed me back my change he for better words through my change back at me and I drop that down on the counter. As I was attempting to pick it up he kept looking down and I finally noticed that it was his cell phone he was playing on the entire time we were there. Step to the side waiting for my order and continue to watch him and for the next two or three customers he treated them the same way and wouldn't go within five seconds of looking at his cell phone. I can honestly say that that is not the correct way I like to be greeted or treated when I come to fast food restaurant. I don't want this review to be all negative the workers on the bag were scrambling doing a great job to keep up and keep the fresh orders moving out the door. If I was in management I would have to make sure that employees did not have their cell phones or were not more worried about them than worried about the customers that pay their checks. One of these days I might try that McDonald's again probably no time soon. read more

This specific McDonald's is a huge disappointment every time we order from the drive thru. I'm not sure if it's because the teenagers that are employed there have poor work ethic or they're just not very bright. Can't seem to ever get our orders correct. Today, we ordered a McDouble cheeseburger with no pickles and no mustard - we received a mcdouble with no pickles and no CHEESE. We had to supply our own cheese and attempt to scrape off the mustard that was not wanted. We also ordered 10 McNuggets and when asked what sauce we wanted, we chose sweet and sour. We received zero sauce for dipping. This is just an example, but it's a different screw up each time. I believe they did get my order right - once. When I asked for one mocha frappe. North Ogden McDonald's, if you can raise your standards when training even though you are a fast food restaurant, that would be great - putting cheese on a cheeseburger is not complicated.
