Worst McDonalds I've ever been to lol. I don't know it can stay this bad for four years

Girl they took 37 mins so I could get a 20 pc. Chicken nuggets. AT 6:45 pm. At there was tons of other people waiting also!

I can understand busy and having to wait, but to wait 16 minutes in the lobby to even be acknowledged, then to wait 37 minutes for 2 mcchickens and a fry is beyond crazy. Manager wouldn't even give me my money back after waiting almost an hr in total. No excuse! Do not recommend. Always terrible terrible service. read more

I placed a mobile order with a McDouble and 6 piece nuggets. Easy enough, right? Wrong. After waiting for over an hour and being asked what was on my mobile order, I was handed the complete wrong order. When it was given to me, I told the lady at the window who then shut the window and didn't say another word. After then pulling back around to the order station I was not greeted for over 5 minutes. When I called, I was told that I told them the wrong order (I've had the same McDonald's order for 5+ years) and that I'd just have to wait. I've worked in the food industry for years, and always have a soft spot for food workers, however this is absolutely absurd. Do better read more

If you want clean service, don't come to this location. I witnessed an employee taking a break eating and going into drink prep without washing her hands. The manager was busy running register with cash & bagging peoples bags of food with no gloves. The only employees with gloves were those making the sandwiches. Not sure it deserves one star. read more

Sat in drive thru for 30 minutes . then they had us pull around to park and wait on our food & we sat for another 45 minutes waiting on 3 things . 3 things ... we ordered at 9:54 and got our food at 11. The staff gave us the wrong food when we tried to tell the lady it was wrong she walked off. I went inside to get our actual meal we paid for and she had an attitude and told me that it was my fault that we didnt get the right food. She also said she gave our food to the person in front of us. She was incredibly rude. I understand that right now its not easy for anyone but if Im being nice and respectful to you I expect the same in return and I was not getting that. When I got my order I asked if I could have some bbq sauce and the lady scoffed loud enough the whole restaurant could hear. This McDonald's has some of the slowest service of any McDonalds I have ever been to. They also state they are open 24/7 and there are always workers there but a lot of times they lock the doors so nobody can get in. We were by the door and someone was knocking so we let them in because they are open and one of the workers gave us the nastiest look ever. Overall a very unpleasant experience. read more

This location is the worst. Just got home, and they once again completely screwed up our meal. All we ordered was a kids cheeseburger happy meal and a cheeseburger/nugget package meal. They forgot a fry, and sauces, kids burger had pickles and onions and no ketchup (I ordered a kids cheeseburger with ketchup only). The fries were very cold and we were missing a drink one of the burgers weren't actually put together it was just tossed together.

The staff is more concerned with chilling and hanging out than they are with getting the orders right. i honestly don't know how this mcdonald's has 3 stars. i know the fast food industry is stressful at times and it can be intense, but this mcdonald's has messed my order up EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. i've watched them give my food to the wrong people, they've forgotten to give me several items that i ordered, i've waited for 35 minutes for my food with no one else in line, and occasionally all three happen within the same visit. any time i've politely tried to let them know that they forgot part of my order, they get so angry and have the worst attitude. do not drive off without verifying that every single item you ordered is in your bag. this location wasn't always this bad but things really went to shit. drive the extra 10 minutes and go to the one off alameda. read more

My son and I have eaten at this McDonald's for 5+ years and I don't think I've ever been able to get any kind of ice cream at this location. I don't know if the equipment is so crappy that it is constantly broken or if the employees use that excuse so they don't have to mess with it but something should be done to help resolve whatever the issue is. If they don't want to deal with maintaining the ice cream machine then take it off the menu so that option isn't available anymore. read more

Worst customer service I've had at McDonald's. Got a mcchicken, the bun was ROCK hard so I drive 10 minutes back and tell them my buns rock hard, I don't even want a mcchicken anymore I want a fish filet and the manager then says I can't do that so I get frustrated and let her know I'll be calling corporate and then she says I can but you'll have to pay the difference it's $3.60 that's complete crap first of all, second I give the lady the difference to get the fish filet and I get no receipt so for all I know she put that money in her pocket.
