I placed my order at the kiosk but wanted to pay cash for 2 ice cream items on the menu.. no one was paying attention to me from the kitchen although 2 workers turned and looked I tapped hard on the counter to let them know I needed help like the posted sign said . One worker came and I told her I wanted to pay cash . They looked at me strangely so I asked if they were a cashless business. She said no and I paid cash She was not rude but the manager I'm black was and I told her why. She walked away and said loudly "whatever!" As I left I ask for a corporate address. I was given a toll free number then manager said there are not enough employees to keep one standing out front all day I know businesses have fewer employees now but I was only asking TO PAY FOR MY ORDER and was given a stern look and told to go to another McDonald's if I wanted a person standing upfront.. I told her I won't. Literally the worst McDonald's for service I have ever been to This one should be ONLY be drive through in my opinion because they were keeping up with that for sure. My husband went to the McDonald's at Brannon Crossing. He went up to the counter to order and was refused service. The person at the counter refused to take his order. He was told that was what the kiosk was there for. He stated that he did not know how to use it.He asked to speak to the manager and they were of no assistance. We will not be going back. What are other senior citizens who do not know how use the kiosk suppose to do. read more

Okay, I'm not the biggest fast food person and I'm honestly not a huge fan of McDonald's, however, this location was amazing! I initially decided to come here because my fiance really wanted a McChicken sandwich so I naturally obliged. The drive thru experience was honestly the fastest I've ever experienced at any McDonald's. The service was wonderful and the employees were super friendly. What else can anyone ask for?! Like I said, my fiance got the McChicken, along with a large fry. I decided on the 20 piece chicken nuggets. The nuggets were crisp and fresh. The McChicken was also tasty and the fries perfectly salted. They also provided plenty of sauce and napkins. This location is in Brannon Crossing so it's easy to get to. However, I have driven past and seen it very busy so be sure to keep that in mind. Parking is plentiful for those who want to opt out of the drive thru. All in all, my experience at this McDonald's location made me a fan. I will definitely be back for a late night meal soon. read more

Horrible wait time, and followed up with cold food. Second time that we've received cold to lukewarm food too, and the last time I got sick for a week. I'm not joking; so this time I took it to the manager. I had to request a refund. I even told the manager, I'm really hungry, but that's not happening, I'm not getting sick again, and throwing up from food poisoning. Didn't even offer to replace our entire meal. Plus, by the time that was done, we returned to our table, and the fries were now cold. I only wish I could give zero or 1/2 star. read more

I would give zero stars if possible. Every time I go to this restaurant I am disappointed. The drive through service is horrible. Tonight I sat at one of the order speakers and watched while two cars went through the other one after I arrived first. I finally said "hello" and the employee was rude and said, "I will be with you in a minute." in a very rude tone. She never came back on the speaker and I finally drove away. They might as well shutter the place because they will soon have no customers willing to do business there. read more

I'd make it a negative 5 if I could. Went inside to order and could only do it on a kiosk. An elderly couple needed help entering their order and the employee was rude. The lobby area was filthy. There are several people waiting for their orders and you would have thought they were ghosts. No one even acknowledged customers and when their order was ready they called the number and literally threw their food on the counter. Finally walked out without my order - will not be going back there. I will drive a little further and go to Chick-fil-A - they treat customers with respect and their food far exceeds McDonalds. read more

Drive thru worker cussed at us after asking us what we wanted to order, I said I'll take a and that's when he cuts us off and proceeded to cus at us and say that he is not ready to take our order which made no sense why he would be that mad when we barely said a word. Very uncomfortable situation, we told him we didn't feel comfortable placing an order and he said he didn't care and said some other rude things. No clue why he was so mad, I get it people have bad days sometimes but don't take it out on innocent customers who only tried ordering. Tried calling the manager but as soon as we told them what happened the manager hung up on us. Awful experience. This is a great McDonalds! They bring the food right to your table and each table has a caddy with crayons, coloring books, and goodies for kids! It's ingenious and I wish other McDonalds closer to home did the same. Food was fresh, hot, and tasty too. Friendly staff on top made it a great experience. read more

Went thru the drive thru today, ordered a 10 pc mcnugget and a sweet tea. The first thing I saw when I opened the nuggets, was a bite missing from a nugget!! I took it back in and the manager said it was not a bite, but clearly it was. She claimed it got stuck in the fryer, but I do not believe that one bit. I will NEVER go here again. To know that my food was tampered with is not only disgusting, its unacceptable. The manager replaced the nuggets but wasn't a bit concerned that my food had been tampered with. I love going to McDonald's, especially here because it's so close to my house but the past two times I have gone and ordered an UNSWEETENED tea, I have revived a sweet tea. To make it worse there isn't even any ice in it. I tried to let I.t go the first time, but I absolutely hate sweet tea, so the fact that they have done it twice is what makes me mad. Also to add on the workers that served me today were very rude. Anyway the rest of the food I got was good and was what I ordered I just hope they can get my tea right the next time. read more

The staff and managers are by far the best at customer service. I get coffee every morning on my way to work at 6:30 and the window workers are always nice and friendly.. out side trash cans are never flowing over like the others.. Very clean! read more
