Here is an update to this review on our last visit through the drive-through. We had a child's happy meal and they forgot to add the french fries so we ended up calling and the young lady that took our name. Said all you gotta do is come back in give them your name and they'll give us the missing fries. Well that's actually not the case there was some lady who appeared to be some type of management sitting out in the guest area on her laptop, and the guy that was behind the counter really has no clue. He went over and talked to her and said that they don't take names to replace food orders that were messed up or missing so I find out to be a little bit odd. The staff has a little to be desired at this location, especially management or assistant management. They really need trained on what customer service is all about and it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure that out you just make sure your customers are well taken care of, and if you're the store manager, you need to inform your staff, if there is an issue, such as what we experienced that you're forthcoming to tell the people that they do not take names to replace food. The ambience that I take from this location is untrained staff, chaos, and very inexperienced management. I will give you two stars cause the happy meal we purchased the other day was done correctly. read more

This McDonald's makes me super frustrated! This location is always either out of ice cream mix or that's the switch up response instead of saying the machine is broken like they used to say. If it's an inventory issue then someone isn't ordering the proper amount! Normally the staff here is friendly and helpful however today whoever was responding to the ice cream incident was snippy and condescending. Anytime we've been to another local McDonald's the ice cream isn't a problem. It's always this location. Let's get it together folks!! read more

Stopped at the worst McDonald's in the country went in ordered on the kiosk and waited another customer had to ask them to please wipe the tables so an employee wiped all the tables in the establishment with one and only one napkin lots of people waiting for their food and drive through line was the only one getting food no food for the inside needless to say I asked for my money back after waiting for 15 minutes and no one was getting food except the drive through read more

It's been a long time since I've been to a McDonald's where the food given to me at the drive-through was as fresh, well-made, and well packaged! Been to this location twice in the last month and had the same experience both times! My Big Mac was expertly crafted and not a sloppy mess, the fries....WERE STANDING UP STRAIGHT!! It's like the angels were singing the hallelujah chorus when I opened the bag! Great job! read more

Horrible people there! We were there 7/30 at 5:30 the people were cursing and screaming that they were short staffed and the management wouldn't help them. The place has gone downhill since new management took over. We won't be going back there and the Hanover one is awful too! Avoid this place at all costs! read more

Has to be one of the dumpiest McDonald's I have ever been to. The entire place feels greasy. Stopped in there passing through and I had to wait for the teenagers to stop talking to help me. I kid you not, my burger was completely raw. I found out after I bit into it. Maybe those teenagers should pay more attention to their work. I threw it away and left. read more

I ordered a lot of food and the person at the speaker handled it very well. They were not mean to me, and they were patient and understanding. The boy at the first window was very sweet. The nice girl at the second window asked us very politely to pull into a parking spot to wait for the food. In less than 5 minutes the sweetest older man came out to give us our food. He let us know to check the bags and make sure everything was in there. They gave us everything we asked for and more. This mans name was Dale. I've dealt with rude workers before at other McDonald's restaurants but this man just made my heart happy and made my night with his good attitude. We need more people like Dale in this world. read more

What a dump. This placed smelled awful, looked awful, and tasted awful. This was by far the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. Period. The food looked like they just pulled it out of the freezer and threw it on a tray. I have worked in fast food so usually super understanding. But I will drive 25 minutes out of the way then go to this McDonald's. First I asked them to put mustard on my sandwich and they told me it doesn't come like that so they could give me packets but they "couldn't" do that. Then when I get up to the window to pay I used the mobile app and paid that way so it came through as a notification from my bank that my card was charged. Then the girl asked for my card saying it didn't go through when i had proof so she called the manager back and she was snippy to me also. Probably the same one that said they could put mustard on. And I showed them AGAIN that it already charged my card and she started to fight me about it. And then she said "just give it to her she probably just wants it free anyways" IT WOULDNT BE FREE I ALREADY PAID FOR IT! So when I go up to the window to pick up the food she ran up and was telling everyone and they were saying all the crap. Literally trash talking me. And the girl at the window said here is your free meal. I know McDonald's doesn't care that I won't go there again but all of that was uncalled for. Just like every other McDonald's you 've ever been to (3 stars) when it comes to the food, but +1 for the artwork, of which they have kind of a lot. Barns, farms, amish kids, that sort of stuff. As far as McDonald's(es) go, this one is kind of quaint. Homey. If you have to go to a McDonald's (and in this area there's not too much from which to choose) this is a very nice one. read more

As most chain fast food restaurants go, this is standard McDonald's food. The staff always seems friendly and the food is always fast. Lunchtime can sometimes be a little hectic, but I think that is just about every fast food joint. If you enjoy McDonald's food, you won't be disappointed. read more

I went when I was in a rush to go to work and even though I had to pull up to the white line at the drive through, the wait still wasn't too bad. The worker who took my order could have been nicer, it seemed to me that she wasn't very happy to help. And the food was adequate but it wasn't very hot and my burger was slightly over cooked. read more

The bathroom was filthy! Mold between the toilet seat and the bowl I can only imagine what the ice cream machine looks like.

Every single time I go to this McDonald's, they mess up my order. They're not clean and their customer service isn't satisfying.

The workers were nice and got my order right the first time even though I customized my order!
