Well I have to update my review. This place has went to hell since last year. My wife can not eat cheese, so she orders a quarter pounder without cheese. Ahe opens it and it has cheese. She takes it in to have it remade. The manager is the one who talks to her. She tells the grill person to make another one without cheese. Well with the manager watching he makes another one WITH cheese. She finally went back and made it herself for my wife. No matter what she orders and request without cheese she always gets cheese. What a joke of a place. When it's made right the food is good but that don't ever seem to happen. So if you eat here check your bag before leaving as there is a 50% chance it will be wrong. read more

Drove over from Beavercreek, twenty minutes away waited another twenty minutes for our food. 1 star.

I visited this store when there was only one customer inside and two cars in the drive-thru. I placed my order and waited over 15 minutes, watching at least 10 or more drive-thru and DoorDash orders get filled. They clearly prioritized people who hadn't even arrived yet over paying customers inside. I tried to ask the manager about the delay and was completely ignored. I then asked a young employee for the corporate 1-800 number. She asked the manager (a shorter woman with thick glasses), who was standing just four feet away. The manager knew I was upset but refused to even turn around to address me. She simply handed the young girl a bag, pointed to the number on it, and had her give it to me. When I finally got my food, half of it was cold from sitting out. To add insult to injury, the completely empty lobby was absolutely disgusting, with food on the floors and uncleaned tables. I have given this place multiple chances, but it fails me every single time. The blatant disregard from management and the filthy dining room are completely unacceptable. I am done. read more

Still the same crappy McDonald's , I was hoping it would get better . This morning I witnessed a manager inside McDonald's (I came inside because drive thru had a super long line ) downsize(belittle) a elderly man because he asked for a cup sleeve for his hot coffee that the manager just poured to walk back to his table. I could see the humiliation in the elderly man's face after the manager talked to him like he was a child he was scolding . I was so angered by this interaction between the elderly man and the black manager . The reason I state his color is I don't want the other manager getting in trouble for something they had no part in. This is unacceptable in any circumstance. I took the elderly man's cup and walked it back to his table for him . The cup was so hot I put a napkin around it for him to drink . The elderly man was sitting with a bunch of other elderly people . What kind of world do we live in where it's ok to treat people this way especially elderly people. If I could put zero stars I would . read more

Recently this McDonalds has been plagued by extremely slow drive thru times (20-25 minute waits) during the evening hours, around 6-7pm. It's about a coin flip if they have their milkshakes available or not. Seems like a convenient excuse because they don't want to hassle with the machine I suspect. The morning drive thru does seem much better by comparison. However there was a total lack of quality control this last week when I got my daughter a bagel sandwich...a sizable portion of the bagel was completely burnt (photo included). It's impossible that the employee missed this, it's just that they must not have cared about the product the customer was paying for. I do believe that McDonalds in general has been getting worse and worse because they are overcomplicating their menu, rather than just focusing on doing a few items very well and quick...Try hard syndrome. It's the opposite of In and Out burger that insists they stay simple and focus on quality, even if that means not expanding out East. Now that's some serious quality control! Oh and to the corporate office: BRING BACK THE DEEP FRIED PIES from decades ago...the baked pies suck (no one buys a pie and expects it to be healthy). read more

"Insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results." Albert Einstein I must be insane to go to this McDonald's. Every time the order is wrong. Every. Time. Perception is reality, and it seems that the wait time is easily 20-30 minutes. I don't understand why this one has issues. McDonald's has an "idiot proof" system, just follow the script. I believe the failure with this particular location, is the leadership. Today - a number of young kids (one that was working the counter, did a good job). "Swing" manager was horrible. Yelling at (not instructing) young team. Not a good way to lead. However, the unforgivable is when she began yelling at guests. Seriously, get it together. read more

Ordered a deluxe crispy chicken combo meal, 2 McChicken sandwiches, small fry, and a coke. Food came quickly but the deluxe chicken sandwich was smaller than the McChicken. It had 2 tiny end cut tomato slices. The French fries were warm and old. They had no pop. They were out of Coke, Dr Pepper, Sprite, Rootbeer, and the tea wasn't good either. When I asked for fresh fries the counter help had to tear herself away from her phone to help me. The only good thing was my McDonald's app saved me 20 percent on the crappy dinner. read more

Giving 1 star because I can not give none. Over the past month everytime we stop in they do not have their buttermilk crispy chicken tenders. This means not only can you not get a number 8 but you can not get a crispy snack wrap either. When you complain they just ignore you. Not to mention it takes over 30 mins just to get thru the drive thru at 9:30 at night. read more

We went through the drive-thru. The wait was over 20 minutes. That's pretty bad for a Mc Donald's. Also, when we got our food, two of the burgers did not have meat in them. Unacceptable. Worst part was how the management handled it. I called to let them know of their mistake and they said they would send out coupons. Didn't sent them out. By this point, it's the principal of it! So, I called corporate. They called Mcdonalds. No coupons. Worst experience I've ever had with a Mcdonalds and I've been to them all over the US. read more

This place is the slowest and sorry to say the dumbest McDonald's I've ever been to.. we had to wait for our order for 20 mins and after the food was coming out to us.. he gave it to the car in the back of us, I went in to ask where the food was and they told me they had already sent it out.. I had to wait another 20mins to get the order after their mess up. read more

Always a 10+ wait in drive thru. Never the right drinks. Food is always cold. Twice I've seen my order handed out to the car in front of me. And always rude and hurried customer service. I've worked at a McDonald's for nearly a year, I get that the struggle is real. But come on. read more

Always, always there is something wrong, today the problem was. Drive thru was out of sweet tea apparently. Young lady handed me my drinks said "2 sweet teas have a lovely day" and due to many many past mistakes here like wrong order. Sour tea. Missing items. I took a drink of the tea before pulling off just to check it. And it's unsweet. I knocked on the window and told the lady it was unsweet. She didn't say anything but roll her eyes as she took the teas. Then I say there and watched as she waited for someone to refill the tea...I'm sorry but if you're out of something. Go refill it instead of serving something else in its place. No sorry just "here ya go". When I take my daughter there on Sunday's I always order the same thing. Steak and egg muffin sub egg whites and white cheddar. I have had everything from an amazing sandwich to paper thin egg whites and the wrong order. But sadly it's the closest Mcdonalds. Besides huber and lord knows the service on Troy pike is pretty bad. read more

This place is horrible, I keep giving them the benefit of the doubt and they fail me every time. Numerous times I have order a hot caramel mocha w/ whole milk and no chocolate drizzle. But it always has chocolate drizzle on it. Then on top of that the employees have horrible attitudes. Went through the drive through just an hour ago, and the guy taking my payment at the window was cursing at another employee with the window open. I really feel sorry for this world if this is our future. Parents you are doing a top notch job, keep it up! All I can say is WOW! read more

Just spent 15 mins in the drive thru waiting to get to the speaker. After it hit the 15 minute mark, I left just like the other 4 cars behind me. Within a week went to this McDonald's twice. Both times the service was very very slow. The first visit we have to pull forward to wait on our drink, which is understandable. However, 15 minutes to make two coffees is unacceptable. The second visit, we had to pull forward yet again. We ordered three drinks and three meals. We were given one drink at the window, and then pulled up to wait for our meals and other two drinks. When the woman came out 5 minutes later she only brought our food. After waited ten minutes on her to bring in our drinks, I went inside, and the woman was about to head out with our drinks. However, she completely left one of the drinks that was apart of our order on the counter and I had to tell her that it was my drink. Very disappointed. read more

Pretty clear that they lack any leaders in this place. Long wait times not representative of the number of customers. Frequently have to remind them for parts of my order and I'm not even the type that make special requests. Certainly not greeted with a smile either. read more

I've never had a super long wait in the drive through here. The order has never been wrong so far, and in all the years I've been coming (which has been 10+), there may have been a couple of times that the food was not as fresh as it should have been. That being said, for those with children, no, they no longer have a playland. They used to, but it's been gone for some time now. Also, for those who LOVE couponing, they will let you choose any of the burgers to use for the promo on the top of the receipts... NOT just Quarter Pounder! I don't know of any other McD's doing that. read more

Pulled in and noticed the drive thru had a bit of a line. Decided to go in since only one customer inside. HUGE mistake as by the time they took/delivered our order it has been nearly 30 minutes! The manager handed us our order and apologized giving us two cards for a free breakfast item. These are all at locations quite a few miles away and not even for this location. Really?!? Not worth the long drive for gas. These are useless. Another slap in the face. Avoid this McDonald's or stay in the drive thru only bc they do not appreciate you coming inside! I won't return to this one! read more

Absolute garbage. Long waits (40 minutes) in the drive thru and order is always wrong. Manager gave me an expired coupon for free meal and then wouldn't honor it when I returned. This restaurant was being remodeled but for some reason was open for customers. Most of wall covering had been removed, most of floor was peeled up, most of dining area blocked off. Exposed parts of wallboard where trim had been removed. Only 6 or 7 tables to eat at; all were filthy (greasy, with food or ketchup stuck to them). We picked the best of the available tables--my table wobbled and had part of a broken chair on the table, all tables looked like they came from the Goodwill. This place was a MESS. Trash bins stuffed full. We asked cashier to make sure we got fresh, hot fries and her initial response was to start to tell us she couldn't promise that, then corrected herself mid-sentence. Drink machine area filthy. Out of lemons. Restroom filthy and running out of supplies. We stopped here on the way from the airport to our hotel, will NEVER go there again A word to McDonald's Corporation: You should not allow your franchisees to project the kind of image this DUMP gave people of McDonald's Restaurants. Better to close down and complete your remodeling than to have this disgusting dining area which the employees weren't keeping clean. This was at 2:45PM, not during a rush period. YUCK!!! read more
