There are McDonald's, and then there are McDonald's. They're all the same, yet they're all different in subtle ways. There's a koan in that, somewhere. This one should be singled-out, for Management and Employee Excellence. I visit this one 2 or 3 times a week, in the mornings. I usually go inside, instead of the drive-through - I enjoy interacting with people, versus Apps - a dying breed, I know. Yeah, inside the service is a little slower (it sometimes takes 15 - 17 seconds for staff to realize "hey, somebody came inside!!". But I don't mind - if I gum ip their clock work operation for a few extra seconds, nobody chews me out for it. And, "Clock Work" it is, too! Whatever Service Goal they're aiming for, I'm sure they're hitting it: while remaining good-natured, cheerful, attentive and caring. I must credit the Manager and the employees for this - having managed fast food in my past, performance like this deserves Merit! Over 100 visits in 2026 so far, and only 2 misses: cold hash browns once, and sausage instead of beef on a #7 EVM. Forgiveable Human Error. That's an admirable track record! I'm sold! This location isn't worth your time. Just skip it and find an alternative one. The drive thru service will mess up you order 90% of the time. They will forget sauces for nuggets, give you incorrect food, rarely serve fresh fries and chicken, etc. It's not common I leave 1-star reviews, but this location deserves it. Customer service here is also a joke and they don't fix their mistakes. If you're in the area and have a late night craving for food, just go to Taco Bell instead. read more

I was actually grade-school level bullied by the order taker...See that kid? He and his friends giggled over my glitched order. Grabbed eachother and giggled. "Oh myyyyy god!!!!" "Tee hee hee!!! She got out of the car!!!" "Gasp giggle!!!! She's still here!!!!" There was some stupid freebie if you used Apple Pay (which I always use anyway) The kid was convinced I was not competent to use Apple Pay. He was sure I didn't click the order through. I showed him a screenshot of my bank info flashing upon order completion and then of the actual order in the app. He did not comprehend the event. He told his manager "yeah, welll... she won't show me the app...." "Take my phone. Please." I had to get out to show the manager the app because there were several cars behind me and I wanted fast closure. I didn't get it. This took several minutes. Seriously. The glitch: after I paid it, the order was apparently not relayed to the restaurant. The manager just kept telling me that I hadn't completed the order. Finally she said "what was it you want? I give it to you for free." Yeah... no, I'm paying for it. Check my bank account. I didn't get my order for free. ATTENTION MANAGEMENT!!! This McDonald's is being run by a bunch of kids! They rang up the order without taking my coupon and then said they could not accept the coupon because the order was rung up already. It seems they don't know how to work the register. Instead of trying to remedy the problem, he shut the door in my face! While him, and his little buddy next to him had a giggle on it. to make matters worse, they dumped the salt shaker on my fries! HORRIBLE service!! Mobile ordered breakfast at 1053 but didn't make it to the restaurant until 1108. I apologized when I got there and asked to get my order to which they said they wouldn't give to me because it was now lunch time. Again i apologized but asked for an exception since i ordered on time just was late to pick up. They gave me attitude and said "We told you it's lunch and you can't get breakfast sandwiches anymore!" I asked if they'd substitutes for lunch sandwiches since they had already charged my card. They said no and told me to order something else and pay for it. Fastest McDonald's I have ever been to Nationwide! My favorite thing to get is sugar-free vanilla iced coffees. Usually they mix them up really well and add the proper amount of cream... once in awhile I have to ask for a bit more but they're always friendly and accommodating. Lately there's been some truck parked in the front with a gigantic The Donald flag flying out the back which makes me lose my appetite before I even drive part way in. I asked finally if it was an employee's and they stated it was some guy who made a point to park his pickup truck right up front in the same spot with this irritating flag flying... I think I'll have my husband rig up a giant Obama flag in the back of our pickup truck and make it a point to park right next to him. Seriously, I want to go there and enjoy a coffee after A hard day's work not at the look at a stupid Trump flag flying in my face. The morning service was very efficient and orderly. I used to live out here and remember they were always quick with my very large lunch orders at noon, as well. That was about 5 years ago since I've left this area and it still seems to be running well. The food was very fresh and the store was very clean and appealing. What I liked most was how management was ever present and the staff were extremely respectful and on task. This is my favorite location to try Fast Food Roulette. It only works after midnight tho. You place your order and you wonder what you got was correct. Luckily, the odds of winning (or losing) is only about 50%. For example... this is my personal experiences.... Order a McChicken with pickles. It will come with the bread and chicken. But 50% of the time, it wont come with anything else including the pickles. Best part, the wrapper even has the add pickles sticker too! Order a Big Mac. It will come with the bread and meat and cheese. But there is a 50% chance it will come with anything else. Order a Jalapeno McChicken. It comes with the bread and meat. The order taker's way of presenting "extra fries" on top of the standard fries was a bit confusing. 2. They did not seem to know what I ordered when I pulled up to the cashier's window. I was very happy & satisfied with my food!! Everything was hot!! My Big Macs had enough sauce & were not dry like they usually are! The seating areas are nice and modern. The staff is constantly walking around to keep the dining areas clean. It's hard to find a McDonald's anywhere like this one. The food was actually better than the other McDonalds. I get coffee everyday on my way to work from here and they have never screwed it up!! (How can you even screw up black coffee right? But it's possible I swear.) Picture this - Lunch time 12:00. No little cups for the ketchup. Had to use a couple of soda lids to hold my ketchup. The ketchup pumper was struggling to get any out. Reminder, it's lunchtime. It took 4 minutes to get my order in. The most frustrating part is that 2 cars on the outside passed me and my food was shit.
